Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I do not think this is fair because I had permission to share multiple posts in the groups I was posting inThis has happened to multiple people within our gaming communityThere needs to be a way to speak directly to customer service to resolve these issues as it has impacted multiple groups and their growth
You also did not address my second concern which was not being able to add a new email onto my accountAll my old emails do not workI have tried multiple times to set up a new email on my Facebook account and I have yet to receive any confirmation emailsI have checked all my email folders and there is no confirmation emails whatsoever
You need to address these issues to make your site better

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand why this is so difficult for FB to understand! They want me to supply even more personal information to a site that I didn't join!?? Why would I do that? I know absolutely nothing about how face book works, I know nothing about timelines or sending URL.s and I have no idea what stolen information was used to create a phony account that is using my e-mail address!!! I really do not get it!! FB needs to consider the fact that even if I were to send them my info, it probably would not match up to the stolen info that was used to create a fake account and therefore removing the fake account using my stolen info would not happen!! FB requires me to send them a picture or URL or timelines that I do not have and now nothing about, especially since I do not use FB, never have used it and will NEVER use!!! Its a complete mystery to me why FB cant search their data base for my name and email address and then delete it and the phony account! My info was stolen from my computer and used on FB to create a fake account, its that simple! Why is it so impossible to remove it!!?????Sincerely,*** ***

Revdex.com:After reporting the comment for a second time, it got removedI do not understand why the comment did not violate the community standards on the first time but then did so on the second timeThe response given by you clearly shows that you did not read what I wrote at all againOnce again, Facebook shows how terrible its costumer service isOnce again, Facebook censors people who stand up to bigotry while at the same time it provides shelter to neofascist and violent groupsIt makes no sense for *** *** to pretend to be a "liberal" and for Facebook to pretend to support LGBT rights while we all now that the reality is that Facebook is still terribly prejudiced

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:everytime I sign in to facebook and get on facebook I just be looking at facebook they disable it talking about unusual activity and I havent done nothing when I was signing in I seen this person by the name of *** *** she hacked my account and facebook hasnt gotten her off of there I need my facebook because I sell avon and the people on my facebook are my customers and also when I did click on my friends to message them facebook disabled me again I dont understand why they disabling me from facebook im not doing nothing for them to I need help getting my facebook back and I need help keeping so facebook dont disable me when I message my customer friends my email is *** but you and facebook can send my messages to *** please help me so I can stay on facebook instead of getting disabled all the time for nothing thanksSincerely,*** ***
