I think im getting this instructions for the 10th time.I CAN NOT change my security code BECAUSE I don't have acces to my account and I think I was very specific with this

I am rejecting this response because: Its not a password problemIt's not an Instagram problems, my account is not hackedAnd the last link may have helped but it doesnt workI attached a screenshot of what happened when I clicked on the last linkIt let's me sign in then it immediately says I need to verify my account, initially it wasn't sending me a code to my cell phone, then I got an email say facebook removed my cell phone number from my account so now it tells me that it needs to send me a text message but there's no cell number on my accountFacebook needs to put my cell phone number back on my account so we can see if it'll possibly send me a code now or notThere is a way for facebook to fix it, someone just has to do and stop referring me to the help center because nothing there will help thisI literally just need to have someone go on my account, add my cell number and or take off the identity thing so I can log into my actual account and not get stuck verifyingThe error is on facebook side, something glitched when it told me it was going to send me a code and never did and it all went downhill after thatThe photos after the first one are all screen shots of the errors messages I've been gettingWhen my cell number was there in the beginning it wouldn't send me a code, we checked with my cell phone company and they said its not on there end then after awhile facebook took my cell number off my accountI can't get past the security checkpoint without a cell number on the accountIf someone could call me this would be way easier to explain***, thats my cell, that's the number that should be on my facebook page for me to receive a code

Reclamação: *** estou rejeitando essa resposta porque: The answer is unsatisfactory, what you call the help center simply does not exist here in Brazil, I have tried for months to access this center and nobody answers anything, as you can see from the correspondence exchanged here I exist and I have the account on facebbok, which Desire is only and only the release of the account, just that release is the question is solved.Best regards***Atenciosamente, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I am not making a request through Revdex.com I am making a complaintI have already exhausted the options offered by the Facebook help pagesI am not able to close the account because I can't sign inI even provided my cell number when requested as an option to reset my passwordWhen I used the code Facebook texted to me via my cell phone I reached the same dead endHowever as soon as I provided that number I began to get text messages from strangers asking to "friend" me through facebookI have a prepaid phone and my balance has gone down quickly even though I don't open or respon to these messages. I do not understand Facebook's responseThey have not provided a solutionThis is not a game to me I am retired and cannot afford extra charges on my phone or this continued resistance from the company to address this issue.
