Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I have already tried these things including being able to reset my
password The issue is when I login I receive a confirmation code
and enter it nothing happens I've done this dozens of times
since Facebook is linked to My *** I can't use my rewards which I estimate to
to worth about *** at the current time Please help

The old account that was hacked was: *** and my name listed was *** *** ***Ideally, I would like that account back upAlso, this is VERY important: I was the creator/admin for the business page *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** **One of the things the hackers did was take me off as adminI must have that page backThere are almost months of lack of contact with customers waiting

I have tried several appeals and sent my id picture in countless timesWhen my account was hacked, I was sent emails from facebook about logging in in *** and changing all of my security settingsWhen I clicked "This is not me" and was sent to a log in pageI couldn't log in because the hackers had already changed EVERYTHINGHow could this happen? Why, almost months later, is this not fixed? Aren't there red flags that get sent up when an account that has never logged in in ***, never changed her language to Arabic, and never changed all of the security settings in less than minutes?
