Their claim "no longer an issue?" is falseWhere are they getting that from? It continues to be an issueThe account *** remains active, when it was suppose to have been permanently deleted from Facebook
It continues to remain an issue until *** is permanently removed from FacebookAgain, due to a suspected glitch within Facebook system, the email address related to the account was made inactive - however, the page continues to be published on Facebook: ***Sincerely,*** ***

Hi,I have tried to recover my Facebook account by following these steps:Follow "Recover Password" URLFacebook offered me to authenticate with my Google account OR to receive password recovery email to my email accountI authenticated with my Google accountFacebook recognized me correctly and offered me to enter new password (so far so good)I have entered new account (which I have newer used before)Facebook display me the message: "Someone May Have Logged Into Your AccountIn order to keep your information secure, we've locked your accountBefore we can unlock it, please verify your identity and change your password.Your account will remain hidden until you complete this process." There is a continue button as wellWhen I click on a continue button I get a message:"Choose a Security CheckHow do you want to confirm your identity?"with only one option:"I have an unlock code"There is a continue button as wellI click on a continue buttonFacebook displayed me message:"Enter Your Unlock CodeIf we emailed or texted you an unlock code, please enter it hereYou can also click on the unlock link in the email or text message."There is a text box for me to enter the code but I do not have the code.There is also a link "Confirm Identity Another Way"However I did received two emails: first one is "Get back on Facebook with one click" and the other one was "Facebook password reset"I disregarded the second one because it was just infoming me that someone is trying to change my password (which is obviously me)First email was somethig that looked it would help meIt contained a button "Get Back on Facebook"I decided to try with the button in the email "Get Back on Facebook"When I click on this button, Facebook display me the screen with the message something like: "You do not have any valid codes right now" and the link to generate the codeI click on the link to generate the codeAgain, I get tihe page where I can authenticate with my Google account or to get an emailI used my Google accountThis time I get "Email verification failedPlease try again."I go back to the authentication choice and select to get an email this timeI did get tihe email containing the code and have been redirected to the page "Enter Security Code" where I should enter itI enter the code in the box and click continueAgain I have been redirected to the screen "Choose a new password"I enter a new password to the box (one I newer used before) and hit "Continue" buttonAgain, Facebook displayd me page with the message:"Someone May Have Logged Into Your AccountIn order to keep your information secure, we've locked your accountBefore we can unlock it, please verify your identity and change your password.Your account will remain hidden until you complete this process."I hit "Continue" buttonWhen I click on a continue button I get a message:"Choose a Security CheckHow do you want to confirm your identity?"with only one option:"I have an unlock code"There is a continue button as wellI entered same code I got couple minutes ago and hit "Continue"I got the message "The text you entered didn't match the security checkPlease try again."As I don't have any other codes I followed link "Confirm Identity Another Way"I have been redirected to the page "Choose a Security Check" with the message: "How do you want to confirm your identity?"There are two options: "I have an unlock code" and "Upload a photo ID"As code didn't worked last time I've selected "I have an unlock code" optionAfter compliting photo upload process Facebook informed me that I need to wait for verification process to be completedAfter verification process is done I received an email from the Facebook with the link to reset my passwordF0llowing the link took me to step of this process and I wass back in the loop trying to recover my account!Please help

I log in as *** at *** *** *** The issue is they keep
running security checks on my account after I have done all they have requested of me to prove it is my accountI have use their two factor verificationI have gave them a list of my friends to contact for security and yet it continues to be an issueJust about every to days I get message that because of suspicious activity on my accountI send them my photo and wait to days for them to unblock itPlease tell me what I need to do to stop this cycle and get my account fixed permanently so I can enjoy my Facebook account.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I was not hacked, and I am not reporting a hack through Revdex.com Also, there is no way to report a hack without having access to my account I was able to have ***! recover *** to reset password- because that is the initial problem, but Facebook has not sent the link to reset password I just need an email with a link that resets my password This began with me not being able to update my email account because I didn't remember my password, so I verified myself by having friends give me a code, and then waited days for the confirmation link to my new email to arrive- it never did So, if we backtrack this entire process I just need the password reset link sent to my recovery email address ***), which Facebook should have been able to do already, but no links have arrived Thank you!Sincerely,*** ***
