Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Facebook continually diverts me to their help center Which contains only other Facebook USERS who are trying to answer one another's questions My very question is posted numerous times with many users becoming as frustrated as I am regarding this glitch in the facebook system There is never any facebook employee or help to be found there It's clear that facebook is a FACELESS corporation, and if they don't care that my information is kept current by assisting me, then I don't care either I find it very amusing that my BILLING email however was updated immediately per my request Since trust has been broken with Facebook, I will no longer use its paid services either, as I would never be able to contact anyone if I ever had an issue I could not resolve on my own or ask other users to resolve It is evident that Facebook does not care to resolve this issue, as they continually only provide their same link to the help center I cannot ask them for something they cannot resolve, and they do not have employees qualified to handle such an issue, regardless of its simplicity or complexity *** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Like I said before, I had problemsFirst, I didn't receive any email from facebook that send digit codeSecond, It have been over months and whenever I access my facebook, It said "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documentsWe appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." Since when you will get back like you said, to review my documents?P/S: I went to Help Center and do everything that I find relative to my issue, but It doesn't help anything.Sincerely,*** ***
