Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the reason for the complaint originally was that you want me to send my ID across the internet, to someone that I don't know and doesn't really know meAfter working for years at a major bank in Australia, I have seen so much fraud due to people sending their ID over the internet I do not see the reason after all this time, that all of a sudden you require my ID just to prove my username that I have had for many yearsI do not send my identification to anyoneEither facebook can come up with a better ID process if its so important to make sure that a username matches a person or you can simply remove the lockoutIf you choose not to then I simple wont be using facebookmy life does not revolve around facebook, but it does around my IDI will not be sending any identification to anyonePlease do not refer me again to instructions on sending ID, I've been given that information online already
I do find it outrageous that you ask people to use their own real name and to prove itI chose my username particularly so that most people don't find me online, so that I can give it out to those that I chooseI like my privacyFacebook is only a simple tool that I use to keep in contact with a few friends, but there are many other ways to do thisin this world of viruses, Trojan, malware, redirectors etc, why would you ask people to send their ID's across the internet, this is extremely irresponsible of FacebookI would appreciate any better solutions that does not involve me sending random people my identification.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The *** International Film Festival (***) desires to have a page for the festival A recent Facebook support response directed us to change the name of the profile page established many years ago to administer the *** page
Changing the name has made the situation much worse The name was changed to *** ***, VP of the *** As a result his personal profile was commingled with the *** And, the festival still does not have a standalone Facebook page
We now have a situation in which *** *** needs to regain his personal profile without being commingled with the *** Facebook presence, a new name needs to be assigned to the *** profile that does not create a conflict, and the renamed *** profile needs to be converted to an *** page that identifies the page as the "*** International Film Festival."
Reference has been found on the internet indicating that if we follow your latest suggestion *** *** will irreversibly loose his personal profile and the *** page name will be changed to "*** ***." Neither is a satisfactory solution

None of those links refer to the trouble I'm.Now I have received my credit back but I can not use itIt now shows that it is "not in placement" and says no reason for thatAnd it has also been aproved alreadyI've surfed all around the Facebook help pages and the forum but I got no answer and there's no way to contact themEven if you want to spend your money with the companySincerely,*** ***

Complaint:***I am rejecting this response because:
I started this process of attempting to resolve this issue through the Revdex.com on February 3rd,
Numerous messages and replies have gone back and forth, many replies from Facebook appeared as if a “run-around” and or “canned responses”Facebook has provided useless links to their website,with no links offering any type of resolution
Repeating the issue: Years ago, I attempted to “permanently deleted” the account *** However, the account continues to appear on Facebook
So, I decide to retry permanently deleting the accountHowever, the email failedI attempt numerous times to use “forgot password and find your account” and receive this message: “No Search ResultsYour search did not return any results.”
Perhaps a glitch caused this issue: The email address related to the account, *** is no longer recognized by Facebook as related to an account
It appears as if the email address related that account was deleted in the original process, however a glitch kept the account active
Again, “I do not agree to terms and conditions” please permanently delete this account from Facebook
I am concerned that the only method for resolution is a “Civil Lawsuit” against Facebook

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:AS I have stated previous two times, my account has been locked temporarily and Facebook says it's unable to confirm who I am even though my email is set up on my accountI still receive emails from facebook notifications so why can't I be sent a code to "verify" and secure my account? The help center only works if someone can access their accountI have no access because you guys temporally locked my account I'm so frustrated it's like going in circles can you please unlock my account so that I can take the correct steps to securing my account.
