I am rejecting this response because:This is the same message facebook has sent to me times nowI have already done what they have asked several timesI have sent multiple pictures of different forms of ID, and I've multiple times a picture of me holding my IDI did all this almost months ago and just want my facebook to be reactivated because I have proved who I say I am.

Yes, I do know my Facebook account has been compromisedI would love to follow Facebook's online help, but I will reiterate the issue...My email and password was changedThe email was changed to one I don't recognizeSo when I click through the verification process, Facebook asks to send a code to this email that I don't recognizeI'm not going to send a code to an email that is not mine
By referencing me to Facebook's website does not solve the issue.
Do you have a contact number I could actually talk to someone about this?

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: My account was not hackedIt is indicating again and again there is spyware on my computer which there was not and asked me to verify my account several times which I did and it still was not working It is only an issue with the google chrome browser on my computer that runs older spoftwareMy husband kids, everyone can get in on the same computer It is basically a Ransomware that Facebook has with Their preferred anti virus vendors and you have no way of rejecting it

Complaint:***I am rejecting this response because, while Facebook's block on my
account ended after a three-day period, the block never should have been imposed in the first place -- and that inappropriate block is the core of my complaintThe company has continued to fail to offer any method of immediate redress or appeal when blocks are inappropriately or wrongly solicited by other FB users and inappropriately or wrongly imposed by FB-- particularly when those blocks are incited maliciously by other FB users as a method to supporess either free or fair speech or to suppress factually accurate information or those who promulgate that information
What I seek from the company is threefold: 1) an acknowledgement from the company that this block should not, in fact, have been imposed and the removal of any internal record of this block from my account (this is particularly important since FB's internal metrics and methodology for imposing ever-increasingly severe blocks in the wake of flags from other FB members are opaque in the extreme, and malicious flagging has been used by right-wing trolls as a method to target specific content and specific FB members whose content meets community standards but whose posts and accounts they seek to repress), 2) a policy of effective redress that allows people whose posts meet community standards -- but whose accounts are inappropriately or maliciously flagged and subsequently inappropriately suspended -- to seek immediate reinstatement; 3) a way for those whose accounts and content are trolled and inappropriately or maliciously flagged to report this activity and these users to FacebookThis last point is important, because Facebook currently has no mechanism that permits the targets of trolls to actually report that malicious activity when it is designed to maliciously flag content that, in fact, meets community standards
