One of our Customer Care Representatives has reviewed your complaint and bookingWe have attempted to get you what you are requesting but the dates of your trip do not apply to get an authorization for a refundThe flight is operating
You have the option
to use this ticket for a Future Travel Credit but please keep in mind that there are penalties that will apply as the ticket it non-refundable.
We apologize for not being able to assist further but we need to abide by the airline rules

Our records show a phone agent who spoke with you on January 2nd, that you mentioned the airline was to offer a refund. Since the airline
took control of this booking, we are in the process of awaiting their response on this to move forward. According to our procedures, there was no refund offered therefore we would need their authorization to process

The issue has gotten worse - not resolved. *** canceled my reservation all together with *** Airlines without any communication (see attached). I am including an attachment of my reservation with *** *** as well as what *** Airlines shows on their system
Please note - I am not asking for my money back - I want the reservation as they sold me back in OctoberI have a hotel and tours schedule and paid for that are non-refundable and immunizations that are required for this trip. I just want what the sold me in October:-)
