noted the information in file so that should be ok when you checkin
The other option would be to cancel and get new tickets which would incur some fees

not have been

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: this does not address the issue that this business does not take care of customers when there is an error made on the website there should be a full refund policy if done within hours of booking just as Expedia and all major airlines do in that situationThey charged me for an “extended cancellation policy” when I didn’t knowingly authorize it when bookingThe same hour I booked the flight on the website I noticed an error in the dates and called them right away to fix it and was told I would not be able to cancel without being charged fees even though I just booked it less than an hour before I called.Sincerely,Angela Carney

For now, I would appreciate if this claim could stay openAs they stated, I have been refunded the $service chargeHowever, I have been informed that it will likely take many months for a $refund to be sent my way, and I would like to make sure this actually happensOver the phone, the representative who called me told me that the amount to be refunded to my closed bank account was already "Processed," but that it takes 6-weeks to make it to the bankFrom there, they'll wait for the bank to send them back the money, and they claim that once they receive that, they'll send me a check
As my refund is still incredibly futuristic, I'd appreciate if the claim could stay open until the refund is actually sent my wayThank you
