Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I attached two screen shots. They are prices for the EXACT SAME flight, i.eno fare difference. One is for a new customer the other is for a customer using a travel credit. Theres a difference of $dollars. Yes I know that Aeromexico charges a $fee to use a travel credit, but what did I pay JustFly $for? And where does that extra $come from? And why is it required that I rebook the same origin and destination? I spoke with Aeromexico, that is not a requirement for their travel credits. So I pay $to Aeromexico, $to JustFly for no apparent reason, and some mysterious $dollars along with a JustFly requirement of keeping the same origin/destination. Had that been clear, I would not have paid the cancelation fee as the total fees ($+ $+ $52) is $less than a brand new ticket! Plus I could fly anywhere. Ridiculous. No wonder there's a rating of F from Revdex.com

The business did say that I would be receiving the check but it has not been received as of yet
Yesterday 9/I made contact with JustFly to remind them of my pending check and I am still awaiting receipt
While their accommodation is satisfactory in this case, I hope they change their business practice on their website and am awaiting their follow through with the check
