As per your discussion with our Customer Care Representative, we have advised that the tickets are valid for Future Travel Credit until the 22nd of March There is a penalty from the airline that is applicable as well as the fare difference.

have however offered a refund on the modification fees as a gesture of good will.

That being said, for this one time occasion, we have refunded the cancellation fees for both passengersThe refund will appear back on the card used at the time of booking within days

I had no business with justairtickets*** before contacting the JustFly*** representative to cancel my flightThe JustFly*** representative is the one that purchase a ticket with justairtickets*** in my nameThe theory the company seems to be floating is that I somehow mistakenly called the wrong company and booked a second flightI'm a computer systems engineer - I am able to determine which website I purchased my tickets from and locate contact information for themThey have no reasonable explanation why I would purchase a set of tickets with them, then inexplicably book the the same flight a day later with a completely independent company and then immediately cancel itI have already talked with JustAirTickets.com and they agreed that the purchase wasn't legitimate and refunded me the $cancellation fee they charged meAll my issues with justairtickets.com are resolved
Justfly*** is a ticket re-seller that makes a profit off third-party booking of airline ticketsThe idea that their representative would try and sell me a ticket from another vendor if they didn't have any available is actually exactly what you would expect a re-seller to do JustFly.com obviously has little positive control or record keeping on its agents
The only resolution to this situation I would accept is a refund of $(cost of the ticket minus the $cancellation fee)Any equivalent credit would require me to have further dealings with the company, which I do not wish to do.

I am rejecting this response because:I do not want this compliant case to be closed as it is nowJustfly.com has been holding my the sum of $($for tickets and seating fee from original purchase and $charge on 05/17/17) which I am trying to cancel with no or minimal cancellation feeI was told by Justfly.com supervisor on 05/17/that I will be charged $for cancellationAs I have notified, I received a call from Justfly.com representative two weeks ago on 05/24/in which he mentioned that he will listen and review my conversation with the agent when the dispute occurredI agreed that Justfly.com will be continue listening to our conversation with the intention of resolving this matter
