Upon review of your booking, yes it was cancelled well within the hours of bookingHowever, as seen in our Terms and Conditions, there is an agency fee that is charged upon any cancellation.
That being said, we have now
refunded the two fees that were charged back to your credit card as a one time gesture of good willThis refund was processed today and should show on your statement within the next days. Please do keep in mind that for and future bookings
and/or cancellations, this courtesy will not be offered.

Thank you for your message.
One of our Customer care Representatives already reviewed this file when you called into our call center. As she has informed you, our agent had provided you with several option to help with the airline schedule changeThe option were provided for
a full refund of the ticket, a use of the ticket for a Future Travel or to travel with the schedule change given. There was a refusal to all options, a request to leave the booking as it was and then a no-show to the flight on the day of travel.
This ticket that was purchased was non-refundable therefore it has lost its value now that it was tagged as a no-show by the airline.
There is no action we can provide as the rules come from the airline.

As stated by the Justfly*** representative I should have received the refund by today Friday February (which is the end of the week)However it still does not reflect in the credit card account as pending and when I contacted the credit card company to check with them, I was advised that there has NOT been an attempt to credit the money
Justfly*** has yet to contact me even after I called many times to speak with George and requesting a call backI don't even get an apology from them

Upon reviewing the bookings that were attempted, there were no actual, physical charge on your cardThere were a couple of attempts but they were declined. See the message below that appears on the attempted bookings.
There was no
hold on the funds as the transaction was declined therefore you would need to clarify this with your bank

Hello,
I continue to get blown off by JustFly.com regarding the status of the refund of $5,for airfare after our flights were cancelled on 9/29/17. I was assured on 9/30/by the JustFly representative that our refund was confirmed and would be forthcoming in 2-weeks
It is now almost weeks, and they still are claiming they do not even have a response from the airline as to whether it will refund our money at all; contradicting what they told me in September
What is my next step? I am losing time at work (I'm an hourly employee) trying to track down our money
