As previously mentioned, this booking was nonrefundable and the only way to be able to salvage some of the fees is to offer a Future Travel CreditThis is clearly stated on the website when a cancellation is initiated.

Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because: I did not agree with just fly regarding the refund that they offered. I have been in communication with the customer care team via email but can not reach anyone by telephone. This was escalated to another individual who was to call me by telephone by I have been waiting for over a week for a return phone call. I have followed up with several emails with no response as to when I will receive a phone call. Additionally, I have seen no refund activity on my credit card. The hour refund rule enacted by the US DOT, requires airlines to allow passengers to cancel a non-refundable booking or reservation with in hours without penalty. So when a customer is booking a reservation Just Fly, you are prompted with an extended cancellation policy which leads one to believe that you can make cancellations/ adjustments beyond the hour period permitted by DOT regulations. I found the advertising of this extended cancellation policy to to be extremely misleading and unethical. Why are they charging a consumer for something that is enacted by the DOT. Complaint: ***

Yes we understand that it was an Siberia Airline flight bu tit was still operated by Air BerlinAs stated previously, we have attempted at getting you a refund but it is not possible due to their situation.
