This seller used racial slurs, slandering and just down right nasty and inapproiate language and words to me.. They should not be allowed to sell on your site or anyone elses for that matter.. Its more than the money and I can forward you the emails to prove this.. I have attached the emails.. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: all of a sudden they seem to be able to pull this up. Interesting given the apparent inability of the rep despite many emails. I don't believe anything was ever shipped as we received no notice nor did the seller respond to either of my emails. Furthermore when I looked at [redacted] yesterday, the dispute was still open. I am rejecting this response because: Bonanza is hiding behind this disclaimer. They act like [redacted] when one makes a purchase then once their is a problem they wash their hands of it. It is a dangerous business. They claim not to be responsible for the businesses they send the customer to use. It is like a car dealer sending a car to a body shop to be fixed and then washing their hands of it once the car comes back with the paint peeling off.

The buyers don't always have the same address on their [redacted] as on Bonanza, I didn't get all the final value fees back on the refunds I sent. Also, I was never notified the exact reason my account was shutdown for and if it was for feedback then check the previous message I sent explaining why I have a lot of negative feedback although I had more positive and with over 360 sales I had like 12 negative feedback mostly due to an item getting damaged during shipment or item being out of stock in which case I sent a refund. I never even got a chance to improve my feedback although the feedback system is faulty itself.Sincerely,[redacted]

I do not accept the excuse that I should list my items elsewhere.  While I may end up doing just that, it is not an appropriate "resolution" from you.  You continue to take my money (12 days earlier than stated in your terms!) yet your best advise for your poor business practices is "go somewhere else."  Does that really seem acceptable to you?  And for your information, I do have my items listed on my own website.  I do not have a lot of money to advertise, so I do not make many sales through the site.  However, I have not been contacted by any legal representative in regards to any item I'm selling, as you are so sure I should be.  If I was contacted, I would direct them to the First Sale Doctrine ( https://www.justice.gov/usam/criminal-resource-manual-1854-copyright-infringemen... ).  There is no law against re-selling an item that was legitimately obtained.  In fact, as shown in the link above, the action of re-selling a legitimately acquired item is actually guaranteed by law.  I would think an online marketplace like yourselves would be aware of that!Sincerely,[redacted]
