Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:1/23/16 purchase tree stand from bonanza order #[redacted] for $125.99. No stand was received and no money returned. I saved all the emails from McKennne bonanza (11 total) say please wait product on way, the problem has been solved, go to facebook or twitter to see their positive advetisment. After a month they  said they were not responsible for money transactins to go to paypal. Called Pay Pal they said that visa was responsible. Visa said they do not deal with pay pal but did take a written complaint from me. I am now trying Revdex.com hopeing action will be taken before any one else gets connected with bonnanza. You had a Bonanza account and the charges that were assessed were for seller fees.
