The contract is a contract, perhaps you misunderstood the rep bacuse his notes state you were told that you could move it or buyout.  The buyout amount is $1026 but we have placed a note that we would accept $800 to close.  Best we can do, contract stands.

I am rejecting this response because: I previously contacted your office regarding the above referenced complaint # [redacted]. I was being billed for processing fees that were not stated in my contract. At that time the company (Safe Home Security) responded that they were indeed billing me for a charge that was not in my contract and that these charges would be removed from my account. They did remove these charges but did not remove the late fees and finance charges that are a direct result of these bogus charges. I have called them several times to try to clear this up but either I got a voice mail and left a message to call me and no one has returned my calls or I spoke to people who would continuously cut me off and not even let me explain the situation. I am asking that you please provide me with a copy of the company's original response since the original link is no longer valid. I was not able to print a copy when I originally received the email. All clients are reported to the bureaus monthly.  This client has not made a payment in a year nor attempted to schedule service of any kind.  After reviewing teh account we find no errors in how it has been handled.  The client can make a payment at any time and have service...

I am rejecting this response because:i did not reject their service I have been trying to get our alarm fixed since november everytime I call its they are contacting someone close to me or something giving me the run around as long as my alarm is not working no money will be in account for them to get paid and my calling days are over if they want to fix it they can contact me which they havent been doing for 3 months if Revdex.com would read all their reviews they would see what crooks this company is

one year ago on the date of 01/14/2017 the customer signed an agreement
electronically.  The email...

provided for the signatures was [redacted].  The current rate
is 49.99 per month for 66 months.  At the time of installation the
customer was under agreement with another company.  To ensure the customer
understood they were signing up with a new company we provided additional
information and have a signed waiver stating the customer understands we were
not in any way affiliated with their previous security company.  In
addition, the customer was provided with 6 free months of monitoring so they
would not be double billed and could take care of the cancellation with their
previous company.   Every step was taken to ensure the customer
understood the terms of their agreement.  We have not had any
communication with the customer regarding any concerns they may have with their
agreement, however we will work with the customer to find a resolution.

I am rejecting this response because:Greetings. I would like this message to be forwarded to [redacted] who mediated back and forth on complaint ID [redacted]. I never responded to the last message on Jan 14 because I was called by Safe Home Security on Jan 15 @ 12:27. I spoke to a lady who said the President personally read my complaints and asked her to call me. She apologized for everything I had been going through and said that they are releasing me from my contract with no penalty and that my delinquent payments have not been reported to the credit agencies. That was the perfect resolution and I was pleased with the final outcome. Boy oh boy I should have known better. I didn't write her name down because I was in the middle of a lunch meeting and had to take the call outside. Now I am kicking myself for actually trusting what she told me. 3 weeks later I am still receiving late notices and have been called twice by them inquiring about my late payments. I spoke to a lady named Shar at ext 1618 on 3 Feb @ 11:50 am. This call was a total shock because I was under the impression my contract was cancelled and everything had been resolved. This conversation escalated quickly when she said they had no record of anyone contacting me in Jan and that I still owe them money. To make matters worse, she got rude with me and started one of her sentences with "First off...." I immediately went into defensive mode and cut her off, letting her know nothing good can possibly come after starting a sentence with "First off". She somewhat apologized and said she'd elevate it to Caezar. Great, he never called me back in the past and no surprise 48 hours later he still hasn't. Keep in mind she assured me he would call within 24 hours. I am at my wits end right now because this is absolutely ridiculous. The lady that called me 14 Jan from ###-###-#### assured me I was good to go and apologized multiple times. What are my options? Should I open another complaint with Revdex.com and add this new information? Please help!!!  [redacted]
