Since this complaint was filed, the service to move the system has been set
This account does not have a warranty that covers the cost of cameras, however Safe Home Security replaced both outdoor cameras at no charge to the customer

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a call on December 4th or 5th from protection oneI did have contact on December 2nd and December 3rd regarding a technician scheduled to come out but they never showed up to remove the system I moved from the residence on December 3rdThe next contact I had with Safe Home Security was with Teresa from their customer service department on December 8thAfter some discussion she agreed to install a new system at my new residence at no charge to meShe said someone would call and set up an appointment to do the installI am still waiting for that call.I did receive a call on December 11th and another at a later date that I do not recall to remove the system from my old residence but I told him that I don't live there any more and do not have access to the residence.I am currently being charged for service for a security system that I do not have installedMy desire would be to have this contract from *** *** *** *** *** ** *** cancelled and be relieved of any further obligations

To Whom it May Concern,*** *** contacted Safe Home Security about being taken over by another company*** *** spoke with my employee David M***David explained the *** *** agreement that was sent to *** ***'s email address back in for renewal of services*** *** filled out the agreement via email and sent it back to the companyAdobe *** *** has certified that documentThe signature will not be identical to *** ***'s hand written signature, as this is an electronically generated signature that is done when a customer fills out an *** *** Document. *** *** agreed to allow Safe Home Security to send a technician to his home to take back over the monitoring of the his security systemDavid Moon was attempting to set up a service date and explained to *** *** he would contact him backOn that very same phone call David Moon offered a $monthly package for Identity Theft Protection*** *** agreed to try the product for one month and the package was mailed out to the Sevillano ResidenceSafe Home Security is in possession of recorded phone calls confirming *** *** agreeing to everything stated above. Shortly after the phone call ended with *** *** and David Moon, *** *** made this complaintI personally instructed David Moon not to contact *** *** back as I explained we would be having all correspondences through The Revdex.com. Safe Home Security is offering to send our technician out to The Sevillano Residence to take back control of the security system and continue monitoring the system for the duration of *** ***'s Monitoring Agreement. This service will be canceled on December 1, I suggest you start using the system
We did not recieve written cancel ever, we did notate a verbal wish to cancel in July which would place the client in a renewal until August 2017. However, due to the fact that the client was with us for many years and in the interest of outstanding customer service we will release the
client with no further obligation. Please allow days for the process to complete and ignore any correspondence or invoices recieved prior to that time. Neither party has any further obligation to the other moving forward

The contract was signed over years agoThe recission period is long over. If it was an issue it should have been brought up in a timely fashion. If you would like to negotiate a buyout please contact Karen. Otherwise i'm not sure how we can help you. Again, from our standpoint we are not cancelling this out
When consumers move they have options. Pay to have the system moved to teh new home and honor the remainder of the contract or pay 90% to term the contract early. This consumer has already moved and is responsible for the contract that was signed in March 2015. Please contact us
to make arrangements to pay off the balance
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The first time that I saw the contract was on September 3, 2015, when it was emailed to me. I asked to see it because I wasn't aware that it existed. Since I had not signed a new contractThe old contract did not expire until 2/20/15, and they claim I signed a new contract with them on 1/15/even before my old one expiredThey either copied my signature from the old contract or just forged it
As far as sending them a copy of mine and my wife's license, I don't see what that has to do with this whole thingThey just want us to provide even more information to them. I will not send them that information.Sincerely,*** ***
I have reviewed the customer's complaint and have called the customer a few times to discuss and left a voice message *** *** did return a call but I was not available I will continue my efforts to reach him in regards to this issue *** ***

To Whom It May Concern,In regards to the rejection against Safe Home Monitoring:As stated previously, this customer did not contact us until February 20,with this problemWe have reviewed our recorded calls and found that this customer stated there were no issues in November when he calledSo the customer attempting to say he has been alerting us of the problem for months is incorrect. We have reviewed this customer's signals and found that he has not replaced his batteries in his image sensor's since installationThat is the reason they are not functioningThe image sensors run off "double A" batteriesIf the customer replaces the batteries, the image sensors will function correctly. Additionally, in regards to service, this customer does not have a warranty that covers the image sensors, the batteries in them, or the servicing of themThe customer only has a warranty that covers security equipment, not his special devices. We are willing to credit the customer an additional month(months total) in the interest of pleasing the customer, and closing this complaintThe image sensors would not be having issues if the customer had replaced the batteries in them. customer sent MrSheehan half of a blank agreement with her signature only on it,
where in turn I emailed the customer a copy of the entire agreement filled out with her
signature. Our agreement is valid so the
customer will not be released from the terms of the agreement but we will still

I am rejecting this response because:I cannot accept this response as satisfactory because it still does not meet my needsBeing that I had an unsatisfactory experience with the alarm monitoring service hours after I signed the contract, I should be allowed to void the contractI also would like to reiterate how unacceptable it is to call and ask if my alarm is going off at my home to be told that my address isn't pulling up in their systemWe also tried searching via my phone number and nothing came upThis is simply inexcusableJust because I was a customer since does not really mean anything as I haven't had an issue rise up to prove that the monitoring is really not up to my needsIt also is very insulting to provide a free month of monitoring for the inconvenience due to all of thisI cannot believe how unprofessional the monitoring agents are when I am contactedNo name of company and were they were quite rude.Please void this contract as I'll state again, it is quite strange that I was never "on a contract" before since and here we are in and I need a contract
