Hello I'm rejecting this because the package was sent DAMAGED and the items missing no one messed with my package but your store and on November 11th I was promised a full refund and I screenshoted the email that was sent and I'm deeply upset this is not being handling correctly and that this company does not care about my items being missing and it wanting to do anythingThis is unacceptable and I can't believe that hat someone could speak to me in such an unpleasant mannerYour stopes is ripping me me off and I want to know what I should do at this point? Is this a discrimination against me because of my skin color ?

confusion surrounding the refund of the Kaspersky Software subscription
The
Default Credit Card which is the card used to make the purchase is always the card used when creating a refundWhen the last Agent created the remaining refund, the original sales order for the Computer purchased in which included the Kaspersky Software was used to create this final refundThis happened because the renewal order which was charged to the Discover card was credited a prorated amountFor this reason the Best Buy Credit Card account used to make the original purchase in became the default and was credited the remaining $At this point the entire amount of $plus $has been refunded
Regretfully, we have no mechanism to advise a credit reporting agency, I would suggest you contact Discover Card for assistance

On March I call bestbuyThey even told me why they only gave me that much when they see in the system u should of got moreThat is not my fault ya no longer sell the itemThey instructed me to talk to store manangerBut when I talk to the store I'm told to call best buy like no one wants to helpI wanted to buy the watch again or something similar for same price now I'm stuck to buy something way more expensiveIn fact ya should of paid me back in cash so I can go ahead and buy an affordable watch somewhere elseWhy was I paid back gift card and forcing me to buy from best buy again with much high watch price I can easily find a pebble watch somewhere else online or something around the priceWhere does it state I had to be refunded gift card ? I always put protection on all my stuff and this time is complicateD
