I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Best Buy's insurance company, Sedwick, has contacted me on 8/31/and has escalated this matter
09//22/2017 To whom it may concern, Upon contact from the customer, Best Buy was able to cancel and refund the television in this order. As it turns out, the stand and entertainment center had already shipped by this time. However, the customer was able to have it returned to sender. Upon receiving this product to our return center, a manual refund was processed and the customer has been provided with a receipt for this transaction. Nevertheless, should any further issues arise, please feel free to reach out directly for assistance
