While being upset with Best Buy and have no intentions to purchase with them againI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. For the record it is quite ironic how it took days to receive a credit I was assured I would have received in only a period of to business daysIn addition to this, it is no surprise that fifteen minutes after receiving an email from Best Buy stating they will be issuing me a credit for the television, I received an email from Revdex.com with a notice from Best Buy. I am rejecting this response because:
These dates are not accurate I spent hours and hours and many days to get something lifted from best buy after getting the initial warning Furthermore, there remains inaccurate activity on my return report, which I have requested be resolved and yet it still remains on the report Specifically, there was a price match for a Google Home device that was counted against me as a return and contributed to me getting flagged This is still an issue that needs to be addressed

I am rejecting this response because:
All though I understand it is past the return date, the salesperson who represents BestBuy and Pacific sales mislead us as to what the warranty covered, we were told we had full coverage which in reality we have little to no coverage, this is deceptive business practice it is a bait and switch, the idea of falsely stating inaccurate warranty coverage to get a sell is not acceptableI understand as a large corporation you think you can lie and cheat and get away with it, but this product is defective, you state you have a no lemon policy on all of your warranty's yet this is also not the case, there is no way with usage that a powder coating that is baked on to withstand should peel off, and since the coating is peeling off it does indeed affect the heat control, we have purchased many items through your company always putting on the Geek squad warranty, which up to this point has been good, but you decided to cut corners with out letting consumers know the true facts, causing many of us to purchase warranty's that are of no real value just to pocket extra money for your profitI have asked from all involved just to fix my oven not a huge expense but nope not one of you have stood up to do what is right, so I will continue to fight this issue, I have already made contact with the local news station but held off responding back in hopes this could be settled, I do not like to throw threats, as this is not one either but I will stand up for what is rightmy oven is defective, your sales team lied to us about the warranty, so no I will not back down or take your simple responses

I had to go back and forth between the best buy customer service on the phone and in store for about a week to even get a refund processedI am still not satisfied with the overall service provided, and it is shocking that no one has stepped forward to take accountability in this matter and provide customer satisfactionI had to fight and take all the pain and spend all those hours to get my money back which was charged without a proper notification and invoice in the first placeEven after all that bestbuy is considering this JUST as another refund issue and closing it off as the refund got processed

I am rejecting this response because:
The image shows that the address is listed as it should beI checked that the address was correct and don't feel like BestBuy took the proper steps to ensure my order.I recieved a response to my initial email to customer service and was advised to repurchase the item which was a higher priceThis order was cancelled as well..... Why wasn't I contacted if this was just an adderess issue? I'm disappointed with the way this is being handled
