back to this customer's home to resolve the situation. Upon arrival, our manager discovered the size initially ordered was indeed wrong. We have now determined the appropriate filter size and have supplied the customer with at least a three year supply of filters at no cost. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and would like to thank the customer for their feedback.

Fast service as they came out within an hour! Performed quality work and Matt was super personable and friendly and Benjamin Franklin had a very competitive price. Will use them 1st on any future needs and will highly recommend!

This is my second dealing with Ben Franklin Plumbing. Both dealings were positive. The expertise of the plumber, friendliness, taking time to explain the recommend work, was excellent. I would have no problem recommending the plumber, or company to friends. I could not say this about the plumber whom I had prior to Ben Franklin.

Always the most professional and efficient service for plumbing needs. Happy to have found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

My service tech, xxxxx was awesome. He was on time and answered all my questions. He cleaned up after himself and make an organized install of our water heater.

Thank you for excellent service to replace the kitchen sink disposal in July. xxxxx was on time, professional in appearance and completed the job in a timely manner.

xxxxx came out, handled the problem and then gave us input towards an insurance program for plumbing. He gave us no pressure and told us to call when we decided. He was very personable and I would be very happy to use him again.

Edward V. was courteous, polite, friendly and did a very good job fixing the issue with our toilet.

[redacted] The matter was certainly not resolved with BenFranklin.  They took absolutely no responsibility for the problem and we're aggressive in our conversation.  I ended up about $600 out over it,all.

I am rejecting this response because:To begin with...

they did leave messages on these dates knowing from conversations we've had that I get home from work between 3:30 and 4:00. The first date they did call back and we discussed a resolution, the second date they called at 10:00 while I was at work. I will not call them back because the resolution we initially talked about and I thought both parties agreed on was NOT (as it turned out) something they were going to do in the first place. During our first conversation they made an attempt to justify charging me $220.00 for a $15.00 part due to customer service. They then offered to give me a $100.00 credit voucher for future services. My reply was that that would be useless to me and was unacceptable. I then said that if they would credit my Master Card for that amount I would be grudgingly satisfied. They said that sounded fair but that they had to talk with the owner to get an ok and that they would call me the next evening. They did call back the next evening and told me that the owner would go one step further and make it a $150.00 credit voucher. When I didn't say anything, the manager asked why I wasn't pleased as hell and then denied ever talking about a credit back to my M.C.. I couldn't have been MORE CLEAR about NO CREDIT VOUCHER but rather a credit to M.C.. He then said he would do 2 things, 1. send me a credit voucher for $150.00 and 2. write a dispute rebucking all I write on this sight and "HOPE FOR THE BEST".So far I have yet to see the voucher they said they would send and now they want me to call them?? They talk about customer service when this was supposed to be a "courtesy" call to begin with that ended up costing me more than the disputed $220.00. We made an appointment, they said they needed a 3 to 4 hour window of time to do the call only to call at the last minute saying they wouldn't make it and that we needed to reschedule. We did only for them to cancel at the last minute of their window again. My wife took off both of these days to be home for this service. The third time is when they finally came, again my wife taking time to be here. HOW MUCH WAS THAT WORTH wasting 3 days of her time?? SHE'S A COLLEGE PROFESSOR!Regards,[redacted]

Good Afternoon [redacted]   Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. I looked into the customer's complaint. Ms.[redacted] did have a plan with us, which are through a company called Direct Energy. When a customer is signed up for a plan, they are to be notified that they have the...

right to cancel at any time. They are also notified that if they cancel within 30 days of signing up and do not use the plan, they are entitled to a full refund. They are also notified that if they do cancel after the first 30 days they may be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee. That fee is up to Direct Energy. Also when a customer is signed up for a plan, the credit card information goes through the portal directly to Direct Energy to pay for the plan, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing does not store any customer's credit card information for any reason and we do not have access to the credit card information after it is put through the portal. When a customer pays for the plan with a check, the check is sent directly from Benjamin Franklin to Direct Energy.  All customer's are also notified that the plan does automatically renew each year unless the customer notifies Direct Energy prior to renewal that they would not like to renew.    Please let me know if you have any additional questions.       Thank you, [redacted]

Had Roto Rooter out three previous times and was not recieving satisfactory results. Called Ben Franklin plumbing, not only were they prompt and acurate with there services, xxxxx came out fixed the problem to get us up and running today. He also gave us solutions to keep our problems from happening again which we will tackle in the up coming weeks.
