We had a very positive experience with Gary from Ben Franklin Plumbing! They were on time, helpful, and professional.

[redacted] came out and explained why my heater was leaking. It was leaking in 3 spots. We needed a new heater. He explained everything we needed to do. He was able to do it the same day. It was so easy to deal with and was not expecting to have it done the same day. It was such a positive experience.

I am rejecting this response because:  Nowhere in the signed estimate does it state that we cannot cancel the same day or that there are cancellation fees.  We cancelled before the technician returned to our [redacted].  Why would a company charge a person for work that has not been performed yet?  This is highly unethical business practice, and I plan to make sure everyone knows how you treat consumers.  I spoke with [redacted] and they agree with me, therefore they approved the review and are also opening a case with you to resolve this issue by giving me my money back for services not performed.  As for getting other estimates and they telling you what they were so you can match.  That is also unethical.  I would much rather pay the company that provides a fair price, not share there price with you.  As for letting you install and then negotiating a price based on other quotes, this is also unethical therefor we rejected this proposal.  How would I even get quotes from other businesses if you had already done the work?

My second experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was once again as good as the first. The service technician, [redacted], was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He installed a new water heater and neutralizer/softner system quickly and did not leave any debris behind. I would definitely recommend both [redacted] and Ben Franklin Plumbing for any future needs

[redacted] was our service man. He was kind and courteous. He looked at our plumbing issues and straight away told me his observations of the possible problems. Explained each and offered various potential repairs depending on what he found. He located the issue and repaired it straight away, I am disabled and he gave me several choices on the possible replacement of our toilet, as to a new one, because of it's height etc..
He also noticed our water heater was in bad shape and gave me a quote for the future.

I don't know if it's possible to be more impressed with Ben Franklin Plumbing. They did more than they said they'd do (far above and beyond), were really nice, and most importantly charged us what they estimated they'd charge us (really affordable price). Our Rep was Brian C. They worked with us every time we needed something changed and they made sure they did all the right paperwork. Very impressed!

All members take pride in meeting the customers needs; often interacting with crisis in the home customers.

Scheduling staff maintains contact with the technicians and reassuring the customer of arrivals. While graciously rescheduling appointments to meet the customer requirements.

The technical staff comes prepared and equipped to solve and repair at arrival. They also discuss with the customer a detailed review of needs that the customer is allowed to decide on the options before work is begun. their arrival is always a positive and welcome event.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing never worked on the main shut-off valve in the home. The main shut-off valve was used in accordance with its intended purpose, to shut down the water flowing into the home in order to work on another valve within the home. Overall, I was very impressed with Eddie V[redacted] from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Not only was he punctual, but also he was very professional and knowledgeable about the tasks performed and services rendered. Eddie clearly went above and beyond the call of duty here, and he was also very negotiable about the total cost of the services, too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of help.

I had my house repiped on 5/27/16. Carlos and helper were friendly and competent. Disappointed we have to wait until Jun 13th for the inspection. Hope they will finish up what they promised regarding holes in the wall Office staff did not call before they came out to do the work.. Will follow up once inspection done.

I used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for work on my hot water heater, replacing an old, hard-to-turn valve on my water main, pipe replacement for some corroded pipes, and also to re-seat a wobbly toilet. They were great. The price was good, the tech. was professionally mannered and clearly an expert, and I will certainly use them again.

From the free estimate by George to the work completed by the install team and the followup by Meghann in the office everyone was very professional. We are very pleased with the workmanship, the price and overall service provided.

Very polite tech. Home office seemed very polite.
The tech knew the business - explained all the plans.
Aaron did a nice job installing the water heater and
cleaned the area after installation.
