Hi I saw all the negative reviews on this company a day after I purchased my superchips f4 tuner which was purchased feb 7th 2016 after dealing with a recent purchase with another company that looked similar had the same deals so I will admit I was a bit scared about sending them $349 of my hard earned money so I called and unlike the other company they actually answered I was amazed so I kinda felt good about the return so I asked them to return the item so I could get something else later that day I noticed that didn't have it on the site so I talked to the live chat rep and informed him that I would just like my money back because they didn't carry the item so they cancelled the order and told me that they will try to stop it but its not guaranteed that it will be stopped from shipping since it is a fast shipped item I got a bit scared because everything they were doing I recently heard from the other company but then they hit me with a deal that sounded great they told me if it ships when you receive it we will send you a label you wont pay anything out of pocket and that they actually carried the other item which was the newest and latest version out there and that they would return the old one as soon as the shipping company had logged that I have received the package and sent it back once that was logged they immeditately would ship the new order and I would pay the same price as the old order so I was like ok lets do it old (old order was $349.00 free shipping- new order was $369.95) they gave me a $20.95 discount out of the kindness of their hearts (new order total $349.00-free shipping) so when I got the package with the old order on feb 10th,2016 I told them I had gotten it they emailed me a label I taped it to the box called fedex scheduled a pickup for feb 11th,2016 couldnt ship it any faster then that since it was fedex ground for return so I was able to send it back on the 11th I called them and told them that fedex had just picked it up no longer then 5 seconds then verified that info and said ok we will return the old order and use the funds from that order to pay the new one and it will ship on the 11th if not the 12th of February I said ok I didn't mind the wait since the order was with free fedex 2day shipping got an email while at work saying it shipped looked at the tracking number and saw the expected ship date of the new order was feb 12th I was astounded sure enough on the 12th I got the new package with my brand new tuner works great was still sealed in the box I am honestly happy with their customer service,shipping choices,products,packaging so my experience overall 10000000000000/10 Thanks AutoAnything! and to the people that read this whole reveiw thanks for taking the time for reading this long reveiw.

It took forever to get the products and once I did they were defective. Since I had taken it out of the package I was pretty much screwed. I should have just driven down the road and thrown my 238.00 out of the window. This site his highly deceptive. I bought what I thought was Anzo bumper lights and Spyder headlights. Problem is when I reviewed them on the website they did not indicate they don't come with all the bulbs,, but, display their items as though they have them. First of all the headlights delivered were cosmetically damaged and I have to take pictures to and send them to the company to avoid a restocking fee that was never mentioned in the order I placed even if I did not like the quality or part itself. Their website, in my opinion, is highly deceptive displaying product that they don't actually sell. She mentioned the returns policy which was buried in their website. I was not happy to hear that, to say the least. I have attached copies of email conversations to AutoAnything on 7/8/15 at 1:02:22 p.m. and then again email conversations on same day 7/8/15 at 4:28:55 p.m.
In these conservations it was clearly known that AutoAnything was not going to pay for a return shipping label for return the 4 wheels that were not the correct wheels I ordered. And since I could not afford to return the wheels that were the wrong wheels they sent to me. And after my Jeep had been sitting in Imperssive Auto Garage for 4 days waiting for my wheel problem to be resolved. The garage had put a new lift kit on and had my new tires sitting there. The garage needed the wheels.
Anyway since I could not reslove anything with "AUTOANYTHING", I went ahead and put the wheels on my Jeep. I had no choice but to keep the wheels I "DID NOT ORDER" and "THEY WERE THE WRONG WHEELS". Any I was clearly unhappy with the incorrect wheels that AutoAnything sent to me.
I feel AutoAnything should compensate me $50.00 for all my problems!

The customer purchased brakes and rotors with us back in 2012. The manufacturer, not AutoAnything Inc. offers a warranty but the warranty does not include wear and tear. Most vehicle owners replace brake/rotors every 40,000 to 50,000 on average which is about 3-4 years. The customer has used these parts for over 4 years. Warranties only cover manufacturer defect, which would have been noticed as soon as the parts were installed and would not occur after 4 years of properly working. The manufacturer denied the customers warranty request because after they viewed the photos from the customer they deemed the issues coming from simple wear and tear, which is normal after 4 years.
The customer is more than welcome to call the manufacturer, this is their warranty policy. AutoAnything always tries to help facilitate warranty issues for our customers but the warranty is issued by the manufacturer of the parts.

I've purchased three automobile products thru this company,"AutoAnything" over the Thanksgiving weekend and one of three ordered items , BedRug, for my truck, arrived damaged. I called AutoAnything to address an issue, but customer service representatives were very rude and unprofessional over the phone. They decided to have this product picked up after I have called and emailed multiple times. I then requested for them to ship another product in exchange for the damaged, but they refused to send one right away. Instead, they rather wait for the damaged "BedRug" to be picked up from my house and wait for it to be returned to their warehouse prior to sending the undamaged out to me rather than sending one right away for an even exchange on the day of pick-up for damaged.
I was very frustrated dealing with customer service agents and decided to cancel the entire order. I also had placed order for window visor and a truck bed tonneau cover via this company at the same time when I placed an order a "BedRug" for my truck bed. Due to unpleasant experience and unreliablity of product from this company, I've decided to cancel the entire order. I asked to have my entire order canceled and have my credit back, but I was instead told to contact the FEDEX myself and cancel the delivery. They then told me to contact the shipping company myself again to stop the delivery when THEY, AutoAnything, are the one who used FEDEX and other shipping company to send over their product. They stated that once the products are on their way, there is no way for them to cancel the delivery for themselves but for me to wait for their arrival at my house and call AutoAnything for the return. I'm located in San Angelo, TX and my ordered products are over at California somewhere at this moment and not scheduled for delivery until on or about 8 or later December. I am very disappointed the way I was treated. Simply, I just wanted them to have another "BedRug" sent right away for me to receive and have the damaged one pick up for an even exchange on the same day. They flat out refused to schedule FEDEX for even exchange at my house. Now I am very much concerned about the other items that are pending delivery at this point. Am I wrong here? If I am, Please let me know....and I'll just keep my damaged BedRug and other items on their way here, TX, from California.

I purchased a RetraxPro tonneau cover from AutoAnything in Dec 2013 and all was well for about a year. Then I experienced some minor hail damage which caused the cover to start leaking. I understand that this is not warrantied and didn't expect anything. I have also owned a 2006 Retrax tonneau cover that survived several hail storms with no problems. Now we get to the problem. I wanted to leave a product review so other customers could know the differences and possibly avoid the same problem I had with the Pro model cover. Guess what? The ONLY opportunity AutoAnything provides for product reviews is by a 3rd party and is emailed to SOME customers approximately 2-weeks after the product is received. 2-WEEKS! Really? How am I supposed to evaluate a product like a tonneau cover in 2-weeks? This is obviously a just a good means to guarantee lots of positive product reviews and suppress true customer opinions. The response I received from customer service was basically "that's our policy, sorry too bad". They clearly are not concerned with good customer relations. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a part this morning payed for overnight shipping as I need this part tomorrow. Only to find out fed ex doesn't deliver on weekends. Nowhere on your website does it state this. Although the manufacturer declined the warranty request we wanted to assist our customer in some way other than just saying sorry and apologizing. So we offered the customer $150 in store credit to use to buy a replacement and the customer declined. We have done everything we can do to assist this customer. I've purchased three automobile products thru this company,"AutoAnything" over the Thanksgiving weekend and one of three ordered items , BedRug, for my truck, arrived damaged. I called AutoAnything to address an issue, but customer service representatives were very rude and unprofessional over the phone. They decided to have this product picked up after I have called and emailed multiple times. I then requested for them to ship another product in exchange for the damaged, but they refused to send one right away. Instead, they rather wait for the damaged "BedRug" to be picked up from my house and wait for it to be returned to their warehouse prior to sending the undamaged out to me rather than sending one right away for an even exchange on the day of pick-up for damaged.
I was very frustrated dealing with customer service agents and decided to cancel the entire order. I also had placed order for window visor and a truck bed tonneau cover via this company at the same time when I placed an order a "BedRug" for my truck bed. Due to unpleasant experience and unreliablity of product from this company, I've decided to cancel the entire order. I asked to have my entire order canceled and have my credit back, but I was instead told to contact the FEDEX myself and cancel the delivery. They then told me to contact the shipping company myself again to stop the delivery when THEY, AutoAnything, are the one who used FEDEX and other shipping company to send over their product. They stated that once the products are on their way, there is no way for them to cancel the delivery for themselves but for me to wait for their arrival at my house and call AutoAnything for the return. I'm located in San Angelo, TX and my ordered products are over at California somewhere at this moment and not scheduled for delivery until on or about 8 or later December. I am very disappointed the way I was treated. Simply, I just wanted them to have another "BedRug" sent right away for me to receive and have the damaged one pick up for an even exchange on the same day. They flat out refused to schedule FEDEX for even exchange at my house. Now I am very much concerned about the other items that are pending delivery at this point. Am I wrong here? If I am, Please let me know....and I'll just keep my damaged BedRug and other items on their way here, TX, from California.
Really Frustrated. I should have checked on this company's back ground prior to placing an online order. It is part of my fault to trust this AutoAnything self professing to be the World Class.....I know now never to order another automobile parts from this company ever again.
I purchased a RetraxPro tonneau cover from AutoAnything in Dec 2013 and all was well for about a year. Then I experienced some minor hail damage which caused the cover to start leaking. I understand that this is not warrantied and didn't expect anything. I have also owned a 2006 Retrax tonneau cover that survived several hail storms with no problems. Now we get to the problem. I wanted to leave a product review so other customers could know the differences and possibly avoid the same problem I had with the Pro model cover. Guess what? The ONLY opportunity AutoAnything provides for product reviews is by a 3rd party and is emailed to SOME customers approximately 2-weeks after the product is received. 2-WEEKS! Really? How am I supposed to evaluate a product like a tonneau cover in 2-weeks? This is obviously a just a good means to guarantee lots of positive product reviews and suppress true customer opinions. The response I received from customer service was basically "that's our policy, sorry too bad". They clearly are not concerned with good customer relations. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a part this morning payed for overnight shipping as I need this part tomorrow. Only to find out fed ex doesn't deliver on weekends. Nowhere on your website does it state this. Had I known this I would not have used your services. Please feel free to check the recording of my call to customer service. I am now out $125+ for the part and overnight shipping that isn't coming overnight. Now I have to take another day off of work which is a loss of $156. So now I'm out $281 and the most that was offered to me was reimbursement of the overnight fee.

We do sell that part for $49.95 for a specific vehicle type but if the customer were to order it, it would not fit, because it is for a completely different vehicle type. We offered the customer a great discount for the confusion but he declined. We also offered to price match, we are the lowest price for this part currently online. The vast majority of products available at AutoAnything are returnable, provided they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.
To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product. When shipping the return, this RA# must be clearly labeled on the package. Items returned without an RA# are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Return Procedure
1. Contact an AutoAnything Customer Care Specialist at ###-###-#### and select the "Returns" option (#4).
2. Our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with an RA#, and email you detailed return instructions.
3. Clearly write and/or affix the RA# on the package and return to the address specified in the email.
4. Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or AutoAnything error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, AutoAnything offers discounted return shipping labels. Should you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
