I did recieve another [redacted], however , it was exactly the same as the first one. It is still not as advertised: no finished edge. Not custom contoured to match the van's cargo area contours, not the same as in the I picture.

As stated previously, I was not made aware of any special warranty procedures, nor was I warned that I would be financially responsible for costs incurred due to faulty parts.  I am greatly disappointed that Auto Anything is refusing to stand behind the sale I made with their company.  Auto Anything did NOT facilitate any warranty, I was forced to do it all on my own with [redacted], as Auto Anything was demanding I return the faulty rotors and then they would send out the new ones.  This can be verified by the Warranty Manager at [redacted]. Auto Anything's actions can only be described as deplorable, and as I incurred an undue cost due to the product THEY sold me, compensation is warranted.  If they are unwilling to even attempt to make this situation right, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action under the advisement of my attorney.  I would very much prefer to avoid legal action, and hope Auto Anything does the right thing, and make this right.

I just want to say that this is a good business and sometime they will mess up. I ordered a car cover and with a center speaker for my car. I waited about a week and I got a email saying it was delivered and and I looked where it was delivered to and it was clear across united states to a military base. I look at my shipping address and it was correct so ups messed up and the support said they would fix it. They asked what cover it was and they would ship me a new one because of the error. About a week later I got the new cover and it ended up being the wrong cover with out the center speaker. But I could not send it back because when I opened it, the warranty part was ripped off and was in the box. Im guessing that when they were shipping, they acceditly ripped off the warrenty part with the recite and just shoved in the box thinking it was the right cover I guess. but anyways 4 days later im guess the military base must of corrected the wrong delivery and sent me my first cover I ordered what when I looked I was the right one. And I was happy to get it. I called the support people and told them that I got the correct cover in the mail and that I had a extra cover that the support sent me that some reason that the tag was ripped off. They told me sorry that they can't take the order back if the warranty is ripped off. Well i'm fine that I can't send the cover back but I was charged for the seconded order that I can't get my extra 30 dollars they charged me, but i'm fine with that. .

It's been almost a 7 months and I got on to order some new car matts. I looked at my shipping to check up on my package and I seen that I had the two dash covers and thought I had to write a review to tell people that sometimes they mess up.

I placed an order in early December. The week of Christmas, they informed me that they no longer carry that product. The salesman talked me into a different product that would ship after Christmas. Only half of the product arrived in January. I called to get a refund and now I must pay freight on the returned item. The customer service person completely ignored me when I asked why I had to pay. When I questioned again and request to speak to someone else about the return fee, she said "like who?". I had to tell her a manager. All managers were busy and could not come to the phone. They got me for $12.00 and I hope they enjoy it because I will not do business with them at all. The customer service group runs block to keep anyone from contacting them. I looked at their web site and I cannot find any place to review the product and company. Yet they claim to have thousands of favorable reviews.

There is a chance I guess that if you ordered something that was actually "in stock" as it said it was, and there were no screw ups then maybe you could have a good experience. If, however, there is any aspect of your order that requires them to be efficient, competent and exercise followup then you're sol. I had to return a Christmas present my wife ordered and it's now Feb and they still haven't shipped anything to me. Every time I call there is some reason the order hasn't been processed. And they were paid back in December. It's ridiculous. If you can, find what you need somewhere else.

It does not state anywhere on your price match policy about a part number. I suggest you review your policy. As for the identical item the truck is also pictured on the website. You could always call the company and check if the part is the same number as I did when talking to your sales person.

While we do not have control as to what [redacted] shows online we are willing to give the customer a discount for the inconvenience. We are unable to sell this part for $69.99, the part the customer needs for their 2000 Nissan Xterra is retailed for $416.95, we would be willing to sell this to the customer at 20% off which will bring it down to $333.56. free shipping and no tax.

This Wasn't about a refund. This was about your deceptive price matching policy. Further there was no data problem you lied about the application not being for my vehicle rather then provide a replacement which is not part of the original complaint anyways.

Immediately after placing my order with Autoanything, my email inbox was jammed with spam. I received in the mail a catalog I did not request and, if my experience with email junk, is any indication, I expect more to come. If I had known that my email information would be shared with every hair care, lawn service, and male enhancement company on earth, I would not have bought from this company. I contacted the company about stopping the deluge of spam, but no one contacted me back.

I placed a order and paid in full for a set of SKU: 4481764
Description: BedTred Ultra Truck Bed Liner by BedRug for my 2008 Ford F-150 on 11/2/16 and never recieved my
Product so on 11/30/16 I placed a call to find out where my product was almost a month later which then I was told that I was sent a email reguarding a refund for the total amount of purchase price back of $359.10 on 11/15/16. The $359.10 was refunded on 11/17/16 which was 15 days from the date of purchase. I was told the reason for the refund was because they could not provide me with the product I paid for in full until the middle of January so they returned my money because they could not fulfill my order. The product was supposed to originally arrive in two weeks from the day of purchase. I asked what can be done to resolve this problem and I was told that I can call back in January to replace my order or choose a different product for purchase. I said to them that this is poor customer service and and that this is not how a company should be ran and the woman on the phone agreed but would not offer me another solution. I would never buy from them again unless I want them to hold my money for 15 days and then return it with nothing but a sorry.

They say they have products in stock, once the payment is made they delay shipping. My car has been on blocks for over 6 weeks and they still haven't delivered my products. They initially said they had them in stock and would take 4 days for delivery. They have promised me shopping dates on 4 different occasions. They do not deliver when promised. Horrible customer service!

We have provided the customer with a $50 credit back to his credit card since he is not happy with the sound of the exhaust system. Our website does show that our return policy states an item must be in unused condition to return an item for credit. In this case, the item was installed and used and the customer does not like the sound the exhaust makes. Unfortunately because the item has been installed we are unable to return it back but we did want to extend a discount to the customer on our behalf to help compensate for the customer not being satisfied with the part ordered.

Buyer beware. We installed rain guards ordered from Auto Anything. Hours past the recommended 12-hour wait time, we tried the windows. One guard was catching and making the window motor run hard so we removed them. Contacted Auto Anything for return or exchange. Because they were installed, they won't take them back. Talk about Catch-22. They want us to reinstall them, tasking our truck's window motor again so they can have a photo to see if maybe, perhaps, possibly, the maker of the visor can do anything. Ridiculous. Never again.
