We apologize that the product you received was defective. On Wednesday, 7/16/14, we issued a free return label to return the defective product to the manufacturer. Once the return package has been scanned by FedEx, we will issue a refund in full to your
original form of payment the same day. Due to your experience, we will be happy to offer you a future discount if you decide to purchase from AutoAnything again. If you have already filed a Chargeback, we will respond accordingly to your credit card company
We cannot issue a refund until the defective product is en route back to the warehouse. If you did not receive the pre-paid return label on 7/16/14, please let us know and we will re-issue it to you

Received a Christmas present of led lites for Tacoma Due to weather and moving could not install till this date Absolutely no directionsWas told contained bulbs--none enclosedCalled them and was told whomever told you that was wrong....there goes another $Also told no alterations needed--guess what---wrong again Had to cut the grill on both sides to fitNo wiring directions for led leads What are the extra parts???? Also had to use parts from old lites to installNo way to adjust them....does not have that ability Would not recommend to anyone that does not have good mechanical abilities to try to installIt took me hrs to install and leds not connected yetSuggest another company that is truthful and provides bulbs and directions

We are unable to verify the vendor as an authorized dealer. Also, they do not display the part # and show that it is the exact product that we are trying to price match. You may file a chargeback, but you have possession of the product, so we will respond accordingly. Promo code was unusable and bundle deal advertised didn't even offer the correct product for the vehicle that was registered on my order this is advertising the limits on the present of promo code was restricted the every brand they sale will never shop from auto anything I don't like be taken advantage of

I agree with the business response that brake rotors last on average 40,to 50,milesAs I stated in my original complaint the ones the business supplied lasted only 18,miles before rusting and becoming pitted resulting in loud noise and lost of effectiveness ! They were simply not make to last as represented there was not a defect that anyone would have noticed right away I have had to have them replaced and would therefore like a refund of the amount paidI request that at the very least that the Revdex.com post this complaint as a complaint on the quality of the product not being as represented

Back on 3/14/I had purchased an Ituner with the assistance of an auto anything sales techI had asked the sales person if the tuner was available for my Lincoln MKS and they had told me it was available so I had ordered it and had paid for itAfter trying to program the PCM I had killed the battery and the PCM had been corrupted to the point I had to send the PCM to the manufacturer Diablo to have them reset it back to the original settingsIn the mean time, I had waited week to get my car back and this had cost me an extra $for the hourly charges to the auto mechanic

The business that the purchase was made under is *** ** *** in Chapmanville, WVI gave the 3-days that was asked for the refund to be made and it was notThe dispute is now a week old with the card companyI don't know how there hasn't been plenty of time to resolve this issue

As stated previously the part arrived broken and was never installed I called auto anything and advised them of same immediately and sent them a picture as requested The other parts of the set were installed as they were not broken Two of those parts turned out to be defective - they didn't work and almost caused a fire How can u make a warranty claim on a defective product if you do not install it, if u don't install it, you don't know its defective The manufacturer was advised of the defective part and they told me to start the warranty process with auto anything Their website clearly says they will replace defective parts

*** *** the Contact center sales manager did call after filing the complaint with the Revdex.com and advised that he was "sorry about the inconvenience with the momentary pricing errors." Momentary meaning days or so before the advertised pricing was changed*** did offer to honor the advertised price for one of the items onlyThey would not honor the full pricing of all items that I needed to purchase*** did send me an email with a special quote with the offer that he did makeI am still needing parts to start the install of the items I did purchase through ***'s offer in hopes that Auto Anything would stand by the advertised prices I still don't like how it took a total of different employees from auto anything to attempt to make this situation rite*** is the only one that offered anything other than an "oh well" type of solutionI would still like the advertised price not only on principal but for all the hoops that needed to be jumped through to get any kind of a fair resolution from Auto anything

I ordered car mats for my vehicle I paid with my credit card in the amount of $I was told my merchandise would ship on Oct When Oct 8th rolled around I contacted Auto Anything and they told me my merchandise was to ship on the 7thIf it had not shipped they would find out whyThey told me to contact them back later in the eveningWhen I did they had changed my shipping date to wks later putting it around the 20thI have since told them I wanted my merchandise cancelled and I was expecting a full refund or I would be contacting The Revdex.comWell here it is days later and they still say my order is pendingI want a complete refund from this place

Very poor business to work with They stock nothing and only sell products shipped by the manufacturers, so they say things are in stock, but they don't really know if they are or not They can't tell you when anything will be shipped They just guess at dates and lie a lot I ordered an item they showed in stock, then a week later get an email that says it won't be shipped for a month I'm moving so I asked to ship to new address They couldn't really tell me when it would be shipped It may have sat on an empty doorstep having been shipped before I arrived I cancelled my order because they couldn't tell me when it would be shipped

I bought an ExTang pickup truck bed cover from this company less than months ago
The cover will not stand highway speeds and maintain it's rigid appearanceIt developed waves in the top, produced by the air flowing over the coverThis occurred after my 1st highway trip around 70mph for three hours of driving
ExTang customer support was totally uselessThey told me to contact the seller, which was AutoAnything.comNeither would replace or give me even a partial refund I will never buy another product from them againStay away from this cover AND AutoAnything.com
That was my 1st order and my last order from AutoAnything.com and I will spread this message as far and wide about them as I can., They did nothing to satisfy my issues as a customer with a purchase issueExTang said to contact the seller where I purchased the cover and it would be handled through them

We ordered steps for a truck in November We were told they would be custom made and ship by December 2nd, On December 9th, I received an email stating that the order (that should have already shipped) was being canceled because I hadn't responded to an email THERE WERE NO EMAILS ASKING FOR ANY KIND OF RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did receive emails with different ship dates The cancellation email came, literally, minutes after an email with a new ship date When I called, they had no idea what I was talking about (I had the order number, etc etc etc) When he finally figured out what was going on, he then came up with all sorts of guesses for what what going on I asked to speak to a supervisor After being on hold a bit, he told me no supervisor was available to talk to me right then I then said I would like a supervisor to call me back THAT NIGHT to straighten out the problem ~ I made sure he had my cell phone number so that there were no problems with a supervisor reaching me NOBODY CALLED ME THAT EVENING I sent an email after they closed to express how EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED I WAS WITH THEIR SERVICE OR LACK OF SERVICE No response to my email My husband called on Saturday, since I was not able to get anything accomplished (maybe because I am a woman????) He was told there were NO SUPERVISORS WORKING THAT DAY We were stunned to learn that this company was open on a Saturday with no supervisor to assist customers I HAVE STILL RECEIVED NO CALLS NOR ANY RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL AND IT HAS BEEN DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the GOOD NEWS side: Found the produce elsewhere; it is AMERICAN MADE; has already been shipped and received (in less time than it took them to not shop it and not respond to me!!)
