I already gave this information to the sales person when I contacted them about the refund. The person kept coming up with different problems. I will also include a copy of the conversation I had with the person I spoke to:

We apologize the customer is not satisfied with the sound of the exhaust. We try to have video clips for the customer's to try and give them an idea of the sound of the exhaust they are ordering. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee how a particular part will sound exactly and it is one of those things that is going to vary depending on each customer. We want our customers to be happy with the parts they order from us, however we cannot determine if a customer will be 100% satisfied until they received it and use it. With that said, we do state on our site our return policy so customer's are aware of exactly what it entails if they chose to read it. We cannot re-sell an exhaust system that has been installed and this is the case for this customer. We have already issued the customer a $50 credit back to their credit card for this.

call, we asked Mrs. [redacted] if the wheels had been mounted and she was unable to confirm, and was going to ask her husband.  We never received another phone call back from her.  Our 30 day return policy is for new and uninstalled products.  Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we are unable to complete a return.  However, we will be happy to provide an invoice with the price if Mrs. [redacted] would like to sell them on her own.
We apologize that the wheels were not the right fit, but if they were installed we cannot accept a return.  If they were not installed, we will be happy process a return contingent upon inspection once they are returned to the warehouse.

Thank you for contacting AutoAnything.com.  I apologize for any inconvenience, unfortunately we cannot waive any type of restocking fee on your order.  Please see the attached image.  The website clearly lists that it is a dual bolt pattern, that the image is a sample image, and that there is a 15% restocking fee.  AutoAnything is not responsible for the fee if the customer simply did not review the item description when ordering.  According to the documentation, the agent offered to waive the return shipping fee if the customer exchanges the item for any item we sell within a comparable price.  If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I ordered a sunshade for a Rx 350 ( Lexus) from AutoAnything on or about October 19 ,2016 via the internet . The product was to be delivered the last week of the month and it was delivered as stated .The items ordered were a sunshade along with a bag to store the sunshade while not in use , The problem is the bag did not fit , I contacted AA upon arrival and advised them , the customer service agent advised me that to resolve the problem I needed to return the wrong bag and there was going to be a 15% restocking fee as well as a 12-15 dollar shipping fee . I advised him this was not my mistake as I ordered the correct bag , AA sent the wrong bag and at that point he hung up on me .On Friday AA issued a credit for the bag , I emailed them asking why the credit ? All I want is the correct bag and I will return the wrong bag in the box the correct bag is shipped in . They now acknowledge that they do not have or do they stock the correct bag yet they advertise they do in fact have all the items ordered . Should they not have contacted me before they shipped the order to advise they are not able to fulfill the items and at this point I could cancel or peruse ,They failed to act in a honest and trustworthy manor as a internet business . I have contacted the manufacture who has agreed to fulfill the order with the correct bag . AutoAnything is nothing more than a rip-off business that does not understand that if you advertise a product for sale ,you need to be able to produce the exact item .If your not able to provide the product, advise the customer and let him/her decide to cancel or peruse the order

I ordered a set of shocks (front and rear) on June 24th... The rear shocks showed up on June 26th... Great job... However, it is now July 11th and the front shocks are no where's to be found. I called everyday to find out where the item was as I had two appointments for install of the shocks and no one could tell me anything other than they were shipped or they were missed by fedex and the tracking number shows no info... I was finally lucky enough (or so I thought at the time) to finally get an understanding representative that on July 7th placed a new order, over nighted the front shocks to me at no cost, told me the part would be in my possession by today, Saturday July 11th... Well here it is, delivery day and much to my surprise the product is not here. I track the package and the only thing that says is a label was created on June 9th but the same day I get an email telling me it was shipped... I send a message to the company they tell me they fell short... No kidding, you think so? They asked me to wait 1-2 business days while they contact their warehouse for info... I've already been waiting 1-2 weeks... I tried to cancel the order, let's see what happens! I will NEVER order from this company again!! If the item isn't in stock simp,y just state so...

Thank you for the reply. I went to [redacted] and searched for the Day Star leveling kit for the 06 Nissan Frontier and when you see AutoAnything is states the price range for this kit as being $49.95-$499.95. The reason for the gap in price is due to this part being vehicle specific. Some vehicles such as trucks are going to require more parts than a coupe or sedan so there is a huge price discrepancy due to the amount of year, makes, and models we have to offer in the U.S. With that said, the customer has a 2006 Nissan Frontier, which will require the specific part number [redacted] which is listed for $129.95. When you enter that exact part number into [redacted] there is no price listed with any company for $49.95. Like I mentioned in the previous email, the customer can order the Day Star lift kit for $49.95 but it will not work for his vehicle, it is for a coupe. We are not advertising false information, we do sell a Day Star lift kit for $49.95 and the customer is more than welcome to purchase it but it will not work for his specific vehicle.

Ordered floor mats for two different cars. When I recieved them they were both cut for the same car. Also the mats cut for the car didn't fit at all, too big in places and just didn't fit. Which you would think would be no problem to return, NO. Their no hassle return was first they wanted pictures of how they didn't fit. A week later they replied for me to mark the mats where they were too big and ship them back so the mats could be trimmed. This was another week but they agreed to a return. Got the shipping label, was told I would recieve refund 7 days after Fedx scanned the it. It was more like 2 weeks and after I contacted PayPal. I will never use them again for anything.

customer by sending these out when they just discovered the issue and knew the customer would have to end up sending them back. They tested it and it failed so they could not send this to the customer until they fixed the issue. We did not feel comfortable selling this until we heard back and we proactively cancelled the order. We understand this is an inconvenience to the customer but we felt it would be more of an inconvenience to send this out when we knew it was not going to work for the customer's vehicle. the customer has been refunded in full for the order.

I have tried to attach a file with detailed response.  Each time I try it goes to an error page.  I have photos, receipts, emails to support my position that the business has sent me a broken part and also sent me two defective parts.  These first item should be replaced as a broken part they sent me.  The bumper lights should be replaced as a warranty item since they were defective.  I have tried to attach just  a couple pictures and  email from manufacturers rep since entire file won't load and that work either.  How can I send these?

[the broken part was never installed as witnesses by the photo I sent.  In addition, the bumper lights were defective.  There is no way to find out they were defective until that part was installed.  When I contacted u about the broken part, u did not tell me I couldn't install the other parts.  You said u would check with manufacturer to replace the broken part.  So I have a broken part that needs replacing, and a defective part that needs replacing

The customer called us stating they received a defective exhaust from us and in good faith we authorized a warranty return authorization number to the customer. Our website states that we will not provide the return postage for any warranty returns, it is our policy. However we agreed...

to reimburse the customer the $160 shipping they paid as a one time customer courtesy. However, when the warehouse inspected the exhaust they determined the part was not defective. After testing the returned exhaust,  we determined the part was in good working condition so we failed the warranty return and informed the customer the part was not defective. After reviewing the notes, photos, and customer calls I have decided I will reimburse the customer in the amount of $849.85 for the exhaust he returned as a one time customer courtesy, however we will not reimburse the shipping. We feel that this is fair since we are agreeing to provide a full refund on a part that was not defective and has been used owe are no longer able to resell the item.

My boyfriend purchased me some Weather Tech floormats from this company for my birthday. We paid $58 for two floormats. When I received them they did not even fit in my vehicle. When I called them they treated me like an it and continued to tell me they are not custom made. I understand that, I am not wanting them to be custom made, I want them to FIT in my car.
They sent me a return label to send them back but want to charge me $11.95 shipping for something they screwed up on. DO NOT PURCHASE anything with this company. This is FRAUD!!!
