on their website, according to a link on their website to a *** video demonstrationI ordered this *** Axle back exhaust kit from AutoAnything for my Mustang VPremium and installed it a month ago, hoping to boost HP and improve its performance/soundHowever, after driving with this exhaust kit installed for only five days, I reluctantly removed them and re-install the original stock mufflers/exhaust system due to the extremely loud and absolutely unbearable drone heard during typical driving around town and on the highway, which was not evident in their *** videoThe manufacturer (***) made no mention of this drone in hteir advertising, which is very annoying and unbearableThe car was un-driveable with this exhaust kit installed! We couldn't even talk or hear the premium stereo sound system while driving in the carThis exhaust system sounds nothing like I expected, according to the *** link on ***'s website that I previewed prior to ordering from AutoAnythingI found that the ONLY time the exhaust system sounded good was under hard acceleration, but this is hard on gas mileage and is not my routine driving styleThis is advertising...I bought this axle-back exhaust system to add some "muscle" to the tame stock exhaust note under driving conditions, not to be drowned out of the car by the obnoxiously loud drone heard under all driving conditionsI called AutoAnything to inquire about returning this exhaust system for a refund, but unfortunately, I was told their policy does not accept returns on exhaust systems once they are installed, but how would I know if the exhaust system performs as advertised or is defective unless I install it first and drive the car? The Customer Support at AutoAnything suggested I write or call Customer Support at the manufacturer (***) to see if there was anything they could do, but again I was told that they do not accept refunds unless the parts are defectiveAt AutoAnything's suggestion, I have tried to sell this exhaust kit on ***'s list for $less than retail, but have not had a single callThe sales rep at AutoAnything has offered me a "discretionary refund" of $30, but that was three weeks ago and I have still not received itThe sales rep has not responded to repeated inquiries regarding this refund and their return policyI will file a complaint against the manufacturer if the Revdex.com still determines that AutoAnything is not at fault

At first I was surprised by their impressive inventory selectionI ordered pairs of mud flaps and a light rack for my truck just before Thanksgiving
First the mud flaps shipping got messed up and I got different tracking numbers for the pairsThen I got a notice that although the website said the light bar would ship within a week, was backordered until 1/Then later I got another notice saying it was further backordered until 1/On their website it still claimed that these light bars were still able to ship within one week, even though they knew otherwise
Oddly enough, once I got the second notice I tried to cancel that part of my order because I was not willing to wait 1/months for backorder, and my request did not go through because within mins of me trying to cancel, my light bar shipped
The way this company is run is terrible and the limited savings you can get are certainly not worth it
