I placed an order on 8/**/I paid for day shipping and was expecting my package on 8/**/I gave it a few days when I didn't receive it and started contacting their customer service deptThe thing that is unsettling is that they are not able to provide me a tracking number and they keep telling me it's on its way I placed this order days ago, it should have been here by nowThey need to provide a better answer than its on its way
I've had the hardest time getting ahold of their customer service team and even more in order for me to do so I have to join social media to even speak with someoneI have no desire to use *** nor *** for my personal life and most certainly not for my personal purchases, that was oneThere's no customer service phone line so you're forced to use an online chat system, literally the worstIn the past month I've ordered at least $worth of clothing and haven't received half of itMy package was supposed to be here on the *** and nothing showedI contacted them online via *** and was basically told to shut up an wait until the *** and if nothing arrived then they would see what they could doI informed them nothing showed and was told to wait another days for their team to get back to me, I as a paying customer should not have to wait this long for information on something I paid for and I shouldn't be told to keep waiting when I'm the paying customerI have ne
I ordered a package Nov ** with delivery date Dec *I have been trying to get in touch with customer service since Dec ** to find my packageI finally got a reply Dec *** that my package will not arrive until at least Dec ***ASOS has also informed me that I am not able to get a refund until my package arrives and I ship it back to the warehouse

I recently ordered pairs of shoes from ASOSI used the sizing guide and determined I should be a UK (equivalent to an US)When the shoes arrived they were huge (over an inch too big for each pair on either foot)I'm sure there is something wrong with their conversion chartsI was then told it was my own error, and to pay 22$ to return the shoesI went to the post office and was told it would be 50$ to return the shoesThis is beyond reproachable, especially since I did everything as I was told/explained to doI am disgusted with ASOS and will never be purchasing again, and HIGHLY recommend no one buy from these crooks ever
I ordered clothing from ASOS.com, it didn’t fit, so I returned it to the companyIt’s been three months and they refuse to give a refundThey claim that because I didn’t have a tracking number there is no way to tell if the item was returned to themThe return was with the companies return label that they gave me to process my return
I received the wrong item in the mail (completely different dress sizes off)I emailed customer service and didn't get a reply in hours, so emailed again including photos of the incorrect item and tags, and finally got a reply, which only said that my case would be reviewed in daysI was not given the option of having the correct item shipped to me promptly at no charge given their error, nor was I told I had the option of a refund since I never got what I orderedI started an online "chat" because it was the only way to actually get someone to speak to me (my follow up reply to the customer service email was ignored) - and was given the same response, days needed to review the caseI was then told if I wanted a refund on the correct item I ordered but didn't receive, I'd have to ship back to them the incorrect item they accidentally sent me and only upon receipt would they consider a refundUm, what? That is not customer service, especially considering how many reviews here suggest the company pretends not to have the ability to track returns with the labels providedI asked for a manager's information and corporate contact information repeatedly and was told that information did not existIn other words, they aren't willing to share it, because they truly don't care about their customer concernsSo there was no way to escalate the complaintIn the time it took for them to respond to me, the item I had ordered had sold out in my petite size, so even if I wanted to pay for it twice (which is nuts) I couldn't order itI was told if I ordered a new, different dress they would pay for free shipping - but I'd still have to pay for the cost of a new item, without a refund on the item I never receivedI've never dealt with such bad business tactics from a retailerThey may carry very small sizes, but I'd rather pay to have items tailored from a legitimate business that truly respects its customersI'm beyond disappointed
I ordered several items from ASOS on November **, When the delivery date passed, December ***, I contacted the company to inquire about my packageI was told I needed to wait until after December *** for deliveryOn December *** I contacted the company again and was told that my inquiry would be transferred to a "specialist team" which would email me within days with an updateI asked to speak with a manager, Emma rudely informed me that someone would call within hoursI then asked for a refund and was told me request would be processed in daysThis company is a jokeThey don't have a call center because they obviously have a history of mismanagement and wouldn't be able to handle the constant influx of angry customersTheir live chat agents are useless, only regurgitating canned responses that would be better delivered by a robot
I will absolutely never order from this site againI was charged extra money because I didnt have the option to change the currency on my mobile web browserNow they sent my package with an item missing and no reason why it is missing has been givenThey told me they would be in touch with me about my item within hoursThat makes me feel my issue isnt important to resolve immediately

The product is fine, the customer service and their communication is HORRIBLE I will NEVER shop here again!!! My first experience was HORRIFIC and I tried to communicate with them via chat and email as they do not have a US phone number Even after getting NOTHING resolved, I thought I'd give them a 2nd try JUST AS HORRIBLE as the first time Don't waste your time or money with this company The shorts I ordered arrived missing buttons and my attempts at rectifying this were futile I ended up replacing the buttons myself, as I really liked the shorts, and was offered NO compensation
This company sent me a faulty dress It happened to be the last dress in stock The dress arrived with a broken zipper and missing beading, not just one or two, but whole rows I emailed the company about the zipper and they informed me that I could get a bid on the repair and they would decide if they would cover the repair I made the trip to a local seamstress and she prepared a bid for the repair on the zipper I then sent the bid to my contact at the company and within a quick amount of time I was told they would not pay for the repairs and to send the dress back At this point, the event that the dress was needed for was only days away and I told them this is not an option I got very angry and told them that I did what they wanted and it seemed as if they didn't even consider paying for the repair they just quickly said no Then I got an email back from another representative and she said they were going to look into the matter further and get back to me within hours
