Asos is an online clothing company I have purchased from beforeThis time around I have been highly disappointedI placed an order a few weeks ago for over $and to my surprise, I received an incomplete packageI reached out to the company and no one seems to answerWe're in 2018, no customer should wait business days for the response of a mistake given from their endIf my package was incomplete, this is something that should be resolved right away and if you can't handle the volume as a company then you shouldn't be up and runningThere are hundreds of negative reviews online on the same issues I am havingit's truly disappointing for any customer to have to go through such experiences
I ordered a dress days ago for a gift and today received a totally different itemThe company is now out of stock of the item I ordered and I have no giftAll they are offering for this mistake is for me to go out of my way to return the item in order to get a refund for the dress I never receivedThe customer service was difficult to reach and unhelpfulI will not be ordering from this company again

I am a regular ASOS customerI recently purchased two suitsNeither fit properly, and I immediately returned both using the company's return method (I included the return note with their tracking and used their shipping label via the ***)The items were returned on separate days and shipped via the postal service as indicated on the noteIn both cases a postal worker accepted the items as ready to ship
It has been three weeks, and ASOS never issued me a refund and now refuses to, claiming that I must provide tracking numbers on the return (I don't have them- I used their system)I believe that ASOS did not correctly track my returns and now is withholding my refund, which other customers have also indicated is a regular practice

This is the worst online clothing company I made my first purchase yesterday accidentally put the incorrect code in payment system, promptly noticed my error and contacted customer service and asked them to correct the errorI was told my only option was to cancel my order and repurchase which would lock up my money 2xI then requested a call back from a manager because you would think a manager with any sense would want existing customers to be happy Wrong, the "escalation" person told me that their was nothing they could do to help me Moreover, the customer service is rude I was planning to make additional purchases after I received my initial order At this point, I will not purchase another item from ASOS based on the absolutely deplorable customer service I noticed the company said they were trying to resolve other matters, but conveniently cannot confirm the customer Well, my call reference number is ***
I ordered one small item - bralette I was planning to buy more but decided to test it first with one small item They charged my account, sent me notifications and tracking number and then one day before it was to be delivered, I received notification that it was in Redmond, WA (should of gone to Issaquah, WA) and that's where the tracking stopped Emailed ASOS Received back the standard, "we have received your email", sent more emails, each time being told it was being worked on A month a half later, it is still not resolved I posted on their ** page, received comments back from others in same situation, to which ASOS responded stop or we will block you Only after going to their ** page and posting negative (but true) comments did *** call me and tell me I had to resolve it with ASOS I emailed their CEO off website; no response

On 5/*/I placed my return package in a USPS mail receptacle of two items (item #'s and 641182) for returnThe items were unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and inside their original packaging; included in the package was the required return slip identifying the items per their instructionsASOS has refused this return and not provided a refund, even though I have 100% satisfied the return policy conditions
On September ***, I sent my item back to ASOS using the pre printed return label that they included in my original packageSince I already had my return label, I do not have any proof of postage/tracking number because I just dropped it in my mailboxOn October ***, I received an email from the ASOS Customer Care Team notifying that they received my item but that it could take up to business days receive my refundI have been patiently waiting but still have not received my refundI have tried to reach out to them to resolve this issue via chat, Facebook messenger, and email but after the representative asks for my order number, I never hear back and they disconnect from the conversation

I recently received an
email from the business stating that they will refund me $In the original complaint I stated they owed me $for the third shoe because the total purchase for the three pairs of shoes was $and they had only refunded me $for two pairs of shoesHowever, after further review from their email and my receipt, $of the $that I was originally requesting was spent on shipping for when I purchased the shoes and the third shoe really only cost $Therefore they are correct in looking to refund me $as oppose to $(that was my mistake) and now I am awaiting to see the refund appear in my accountOnce they have done so, I will be satisfied with the resolution.
