The customer ordered a product from ASOS.com, however it was not received in the customer’s desired conditionThe customer
was refunded $on *** April, as requestedThe matter has now been closed
as per the other reviews, these customer agents have no clue what the hell they are talking aboutthey go back and forth about the correct informationI bought several items and used a dollar promo code, of the items did not fit so I returned themIt has been almost months and I never got my refundi contacted the customer chat, and they told me because I used a promo code, I am not entitled to a refundIf I had known this, I would have never returned those items and would've just gave it to someone elseTheir business practices are unethicalIf I purchase something from a website or even a store and got a discount and returned it..they would still refund my moneyI will never purchase anything from this website EVER AGAIN*** YOU ASOS
They emailed me a premier member promo code on Dec which stated it was good until the following Saturday Dec When I went to use it on the 22nd it was expired Contacted customer service and they said it expired on the 21st too bad for youTerrible experienceI shopped there alot but now do not think I will be backMerry Christmas
I ordered dresses, of the same dress in varying sizes for styles, and dress of another style, as I was unclear on fit and intended to wear to an engagement party I received the items on November *** Unfortunately none of the styles fit properly, so I put all dresses back into the packaging and affixed the pre-paid postage to it and dropped it off for return on November *** My package was scanned but I did not receive a receipt as I did not purchase postage there On December *** I contacted ASOS as I had not yet received a refund or indication that the return was received
I contacted ASOS through a live-chat and Facebook messenger, each time being given similar responses that they never received the package and that no one would help me until I provided them with a tracking number and proof of postage I asked if they can share the tracking information that was included on the pre-paid return label they provided with they original order They gave me a # tha
ASOS.COM is misadvertising their sales promotions and is using unfair business practices to reimburse customers for their returned goodsPlease allow me to explainASOS offers a discount of $for purchasing greater than $Often, the items sent are damaged, appear different on their website or simply don't fitASOS advertises free returnsIf you make a return and this results in your total spent to go below the $350, they will then charge you the $towards your refundSo rather than splitting the $discount between all goods purchased, you are now forced to eat the costs out of the refundI recently made a purchase and had to return six itemsthe cost of these items was over $I was refunded $The remaining $of my refund was kept due to my losing the discountThis is not a policy used by any other retail store in the United StatesI tried to find just one example of a clothing store doing this, and I could find nothing onlineI believe this is the case,

“My package has been in Compton, CA since 8/I was just informed by DHL that they sent it to USPS but have no further scan to indicate receipt by USPSBasically my package is lost/in limbo and I am beyond upset
Addressing this form of complaint to the President of Asos online retailer Nick R***I’ve been a consumer with the company for serval years, and had a few mishapsI have spent over eight thousand dollars with this companyAs you may know, we live in a time where citizens are not so innocentThe times of our neighbors or delivery carries handling packages with integrity is overIn America millions of consumers order items online and are subjected to other citizens taking products that don’t belong to them
In the past I’ve had some packages stolen from my home and I requested Asos to have the carrier sign for itI even shipped it to another location in a gated community to think it would be safeI’m an active consumer that purchase items online, because I am too busy to shop in-storeIn which I should take the time to ship in-store, because this would have never happened
On July *** I and Christopher M*** purchased over $of apparel items from the online
The customer returned goods to ASOS.com for a refund. However due to a system error, the customer’s card could not be refunded, so the system processed the customer’s refund to an alternative card on their account. The ASOS Customer Care Team have
since contacted the customer to confirm this The matter has been resolved
The customer placed an order with ASOS.com and they did not
receive their desired productWith the help of the ASOS Customer Care team, the customer has been advised to return their incorrect product, and ASOS have now processed a refund, as per the customer’s request
horrible customer servicesent me wrong items in orders including the re-order for the incorrect itemscompany did not resolve the issue and refused to provide any compensation for my loss of time and money
My experience with Asos in my last orders has been an absolute disasterSimilar to other clients, I get the standard messages on the live chat, however not once have they actually tried to resolve my problemI made two massive orders to be delivered to my home address, *** (the shipping company) was taking forever to deliverAsos asked me to wait for a specific date and promised a full refund if parcel was not deliveredI waited until the agreed date, and got a message from *** to say that the parcel was ready for collection in an office that was over hour away from my home addressI escalated this to ASOS and asked for my refund, since the parcel was not delivered and I was unable to pick up parcel because I was leaving the country that day (I spent many many hours, during several days explaining this to *** and ASOS)ASOS response was that it was no longer their problem, since according to them the parcel was delivered and that I would have to deal with ***...standard message "delays may happen and we take your concerns very seriously and value you as a customer....bla, bla, bla" but you will have to sort it out yourself, not our problem...After hours on the phone to ***, I managed to get the parcels sent back, it only took them weeks to send it back and ASOS the standard days to refund....so an episode of over one monthI clearly did not learn my lesson and ordered again from ASOS...same thing but this time they told me to wait, and a day before the deadline told me that they have decided to replace one of my items and the other one was out of stock and now I would have to wait for another days to get "maybe" just part of my orderWhat happened to waiting and if parcel not delivered proceed with refund? I was told once again that they apologise for the misinformation, and the blame this time was on staff being new (even though I got the info from several people) and me sending "too many messages"!!!! And that their standards of customer service are very high...and I am very lucky that they have decided to replace the item I never got and refund the one that is out of stock now...I should feel lucky, according to them many companies do not do that!!! Cleary staff at ASOS has never dealt with Amazon customer service that responds in hours (or less) calls you anywhere in the world, refunds you if items are late (even when it's aramex fault)Learned my lesson and will never order from ASOS again and will make sure to share my experience with others
The customer ordered goods with ASOS.com and then returned them for a refundASOS.com was initially unable to refund the customer due to the customer's credit card having expiredThe customer subsequently
provided new credit card details and on ** February 2014, the full refund was successfully processedThe customer has confirmed that they are satisfied with the outcome and the matter has now been closed
Ordered a tuxedo, and have never received it Neither *** or the *** can tell me where it is The worst in customer support, with no phone number available
When there’s a prepaid label, I always just remove all previous label and put on the new label and drop it in *** binI don’t even know what the heck is “proof of postage”It’s been 3+ weeks and they still say they haven’t received my returnWTHI’ve done this so many times without trouble from ALL OTHER COMPANIESI don’t get how are they not able to track my PREPAID LABEL that’s was included IN MY ORDERWTH is PROOF OF POSTAGEI’m SOOOOO MAD nowBeen on “”CHATS”” now with NO helpWhen did service become so bad? I’ve been a customer even before they had the US websiteIt seems like they try to dupe us with this new “proof of postage” thing that I’ve never seen or known aboutHow are they not able to track the prepaid smart label that comes with the packageIt's because they don't really care about their customers so it's all the customer's fault that they have to track something that they are not aware ofWORST customer service ever
I placed an order recently and they sent me the wrong itemI contacted them via chat (bc they don't list any number to actually get someone on the phone) and was told I would get a response within hoursIt is now a week later and I haven't received an email back, a refund or a credit, or instruction on how to resolve the issueEvery time I reach out via their Chat option the customer service rep does nothingBeyond frustrating

I've been trying to purchase some bridesmaid dresses on ASOS.com for a few days nowTwice I had the items in the cart and went to checkout only to find my cart was empty and the items were no longer availableNot a big deal as I understand how the online purchasing system worksI continued to watch the dress and saw that they were available for purchase early this morningI completed the purchase (dresses totaling $750!) and received a confirmation emailEasy enough processFast checkoutNo complaintsFive hours later, I received an email from ASOS including a 20% off promo code that starts todaySo, my first step was to contact them and have this code applied to the order I placed todayI could not find a phone number to contact ASOS anywhere to save my life! This is my first complaintI may be old school but I think it is poor business practice to not include a phone number to reach the company that I just gave $toI did find their "Customer Care" section and opened an online chat to ask my questionI did not have to wait at all and the gentleman who helped me, Mohammad, was very polite and professionalHe did tell me that once an order is placed, nothing can be amended, including discounts, etcwhich is my second and main complaintHe told me I could place a new order (which I actually couldn't even if I wanted to because the sizes are no longer available) and return the existing order once I receive it to get the promotional priceThis seems very tedious and wasteful of time and resources for all parties, not to mention expensive on my endASOS, this is You could refund me the 20% if you wanted to just as every other company I've purchased from has doneEspecially since it was literally within a few hoursIn ASOS' defense (and the reason I didn't give a single star), after searching their site to get some answers, they do say they will not amend any orderBut still ASOS...Not impressedVery poor customer serviceI will spend my next $elsewhere
Hello,
I purchased $of merchandise from ASOS.com (not specifically at Greene St)I used a "spend and save" code, which gave me $off, making my total $
As I went to refund 3/of the items, which totaled $125, I noted I was only refunded $as they still took the same $amount out of my refund that they did my $order
When I contacted ASOS Customer Service, they said there was nothing they could after speaking with their supervisor because my the total of the items I returned was under the minimum spend for the code, therefore I didn't get a discount? What sense does that make?
I knew I would not get the full $back, but I assumed like a reputable business, they would adjust the refund amount based on my returned items totalInstead, they took the same amount out which makes absolutely no sense, regardless of what these non-clear, size font "T&C's" sayI have NEVER had this issue with using a discount with any other online site whe
I made a purchase using Asos.com's IOS applicationThey were offering 15% off using a promo code, so I placed an order on their app with the codeThe next day when I checked my email, I noticed that the discount hadn't been applied to my order at checkoutI contacted the site several times, and was told by a rep (Keji) that my discount would be refundedThe next day, another rep (Kathryn) contacted me and told me they would not honor the discount after allSince I thought I was getting the refund, I opened my items and removed all packaging so now I am not eligible for a return
Since the problem was with their app, why am I not receiving a refund for my order?
DO NOT BUY FROM ASOS, after waitng for my order the time it was supposed to take, it was showing delivered on the carrier's link, however when I contacted ASOS, I was informed the package had been lost, and whenasked for a refund, they refused, and informed a new package will be sent and I would have to send it back to them and wait for a refunddoesn't make sensI will never use ASOS again, they dont even have professional people online
