Summary: Despite multiple promises from customer service to issue a replacement order, the deadlines have come and gone and still there is no replacement orderI was charged on my card and do not have any other avenue to either get a refund or receive the goods I originally orderedIt is astonishing that this appears to be a widespread practice at ASOS: the customer service rep would promise something and completely fail to deliverMeanwhile, not only have I paid for an order I never received, I have spent much time wasted with their customer service

My order has not arrived after over a month and I can't get an answer from anyone at ASOSThe customer service is robotic and uselessNo one can actually locate my package and I was not given tracking so there isn't even proof that it was ever shipped! Though I paid for it over a month ago! I ordered two pairs of sandals from this company I've traveled to China many times and visited the markets where they sell knock off goods for cheap (bargain prices) The sandals that I purchased from ASOS certainly came straight from China They were awful; poor quality, wrong size (I ordered a US 7, for one pair, they sent me a 38, which is a US 8), and looked nothing like the photos They were in no way worth the $and $I paid for them I tried on one of each and immediately put them back in their original bags, even left the protection tape on them, and sent them back ASOS is refusing to refund one pair ($68) due to "hygiene" issues "determined by the warehouse" and I've been told there is "nothing else that can be done." I also haven't received the shoes back from when I shipped to try to return them This company is a fraud; don't waste your time or your money buying from them Awful

The customer placed an order with ASOS.com;the parcel was not delivered within the customer’s desired time-frame. With the help of the ASOS Customer Care team, the customer was sent a replacement order. For the products no longer available, a refund has been... processed and a small gesture of good will has ben provided to the customer. This matter is now closed.

What an absolutely atrocious company to deal with! I placed an order for items ($91) that were never deliveredI should have known something was wrong when the tracking number I received was tied to someone else’s order that had been “in transit” since the previous month(!!) I’ve contacted them via chat and email and you are only given the run aroundI was told to wait minutes for tracking to update (never did) and that “next time I will need to confirm my shipping address” multiple timesI dealt with their inept customer service and “specialist team” for over weeks nowI decided to go directly through my credit card company after being told for the 3rd time that I had to once again “wait days for a specialist”It’s really too bad, because I really liked their clothes!!

ASOS.com was initially unable to process the customer’s request for a refund for returned goods because their credit card had expiredAfter the customer provided ASOS with their new credit card details, a full refund was processed for the customer’s product and delivery chargesASOS has also issued the customer with a small goodwill gesture and the matter is now resolved

I ordered an item from the ASOS website with day-shipping on I tracked the item using the tracking number they provided The tracking number claimed that the item was delivered on 82016, but nothing was ever delivered I reached out to them immediately about the issue, but I've gotten the run around from them ever since Their customer service only communicates with me via email from what seems to be an automated system, because a different name is signed at the bottom of every email I needed the item for an event, but the event has already passed and I had to make other arrangements and buy something from another retailer last-minute

My frustration with this company has reached a new level of disgustI have shopped with Asos almost exclusively throughout my pregnancy I would inform all my friends that they too should look to Asos when purchasing maternity wear Stylish pieces, super affordable A no brainer Even after I gave birth, I still continued to buy pieces Never had an issueThen last month, I placed an order for workout outfits by Varley Leggings with coordinating sports bras I was disappointed when I opened my package to see the order was wrong They had sent me bras in one pattern (not the bra and leggings I had ordered) and sent me a completely different sports bra than I ordered Totally different pattern Needless to say, I promptly contacted ASOS "customer service" to resolve this issueI was informed that the items I ordered were no longer in stock, but they could send me a replacement sports bra for the one that came to me in a different pattern Bummed, I agreed to the replacement bra and prepared to mail back the bras that were sent to me (instead of the bra and legging combo) Then the replacement came and it was THE SAME exact bra they had sent me by mistake the first timeAt this point have sports bras in a pattern I never orderedsports bras without the matching pants (because instead of pants they sent me another bra) And a pair of leggings that goes with NONE of thisI'm frustrated I contact "customer service" and this is when I realize, I just keep getting the same response rehashed every time I contact themI'm starting to wonder if there's actually a human on the other side of the messengerI express my frustration, they inform me I must send back all items if I want a refundI ask if there is any compensation for incorrect orders being sent to me They tell me, they do not ever offer any compensations Ever Not even 10% off my next order to encourage me to keep shopping with Asos? I order a bunch of items and qualified for a promotion code for the itemUpon arrival of my items did not fit properly so naturally I went to return itThey promote boldly on their website that they provide free return shippingAfter a few weeks I realized I never received a refundTo which I reached out through their chat platform and their rep states that their terms and condition on promocode is that if you return any of the items and it no longer meets the promocode they keep your item and not issue you a refundTo me this is customer abuse and scamming And their customer service representative aren't empathic and very nastyAll simply state the T&C and log off on you They don't care for customer satisfactionit all very abusive and customers should be aware of this I've tried multiple platforms to reach out to them including social media and got dismissed- I don't want to be left or felt unheard

Terrible company, don’t waste your time and money! They sent my order in the wrong size, l provided them with proof of my order, which they refused to even respond toI am left with an item that is completely useless to me that l will have to re-sell at a significant loss
