I ordered 4 bottles of hand sanitizer and 1 bottle of hand soap I received the soap, but not the hand sanitizer.
On 4/7, I placed order #*** for 4 bottles of hand sanitizer and 1 bottle of hand soap. I received the shipment email (#***) indicating all items shipped with UPS tracking. I received one small box yesterday that included only the hand soap. I immediately attempted to contact Art Naturals @ #*** and received a recording, due to the high extremely high volume of calls, they are not available to handle calls. I sent an email providing details of the missing hand sanitizer. I proceeded to look up this company's reviews, wishing I had done so prior to placing my order. I do not expect Art Naturals to reply to my email seeing the unresponsiveness to countless consumers. I would prefer to receive the hand sanitizer, however, based on the feedback I've read regarding the aloe gel, trusting this company with our health and safety is not recommended.

I would like a refund for the hand sanitizer and shipping cost.

On 4/7, 2 orders for hand sanitizer in amount of $538.66. On 4/9 & 4/10 I received an email with a tracking. been charged, no products delivered to me
On 4/7/20, I put in 2 orders on the same day. 1st order *** (5 bottles - 1 gallon hand sanitizer) total $328.45. 2nd order# *** (4 bottles - 1 gallon hand sanitizer) total $210.21. Total amount of $538.66 that I was charged. On April 9th and April 10th, I received a confirmation for both orders with a tracking number. On the tracking, it states label was created. Till today, the tracking on both states the same "label created". There has been no update. I have been sending massive emails everyday since 4/13/20. No response. I contacted them via Facebook and instagram, email and tried calling their business.

i am requesting they respond and refund my transaction.

Order was placed. Website says it ships w/in 48 hours. Shipping label created, but no further action. Numerous emails sent, no response
Order was placed 4/7/20 & website indicates orders in US ship within 48 hours. I rec'd email that my order had shipped on 4/9/20 & tracking # given; however, there is no tracking when I go into the UPS site. The only info is that a shipping label was created on 04/8/20 @ 1:52 am. This item has not progressed any further & it's been 8 days since the label was created. I have tried to call the number listed (XXX-XXX-XXXX) - there is a message that they are too busy to take calls, but to email. I have sent emails on 4/11/20, 4/13/20, & 4/14/20 inquiring about the order. No response has been rec'd. My concern is that if a shipping label was created & an email was sent that the item was shipped, it could be an oversight that the item has NOT shipped. If the item was actually shipped, there was be some type of update with UPS in the last 8 days. I cannot get anyone to respond to emails and this item was $59.99 which has already been taken out of my bank account.

Desired Outcome

I want the item to be shipped, but I also want an update of the shipping progress. If the item has been overlooked and not actually shipped, then someone needs to let me know that and let me know how soon it will be shipped. If they cannot let me know when the item will be shipped, I would like my money to be refunded.

I purchased this product 3 weeks ago never shipped out I tried five times emailing and calling no answer I want a Full refund they are a fraud.

I am have to reopen calim if the refund is not received

Part of order never was delivered. Called several times and sent 6 emails. No response. Want a refund of $26.99.
I placed on order in March for hand sanitizer and a skin care trio pack. Hand sanitizer arrived as promised but the skin care pack never was delivered nor was it even mentioned in the packing slip when the hand sanitizer was delivered. I have called several times, phone is never answered. I have sent six emails, no response. So after over three weeks of no product and no response I am attempting to get a refund of $26.99 from this company. Order date March 24, 2020. Order # ***. Order included: Hand sanitizer SKU # ***. Amount $38.98.(This was delivered). Skin Care Trio, SKU# ***. Amount $26.99. (This was never delivered). Paid by debit card from our bank.

The product was finally delivered today, April 22, 2020. Even though I was looking for a refund, I'm OK with accepting the delivery and closing this complaint. Never should of had to file a complaint. This company needs better communication.

THE COMPANY HAS REFUNDED MY MONEY. IT TOOK TOO LONG AND THE FACT THAT THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED SAYS A LOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY. It was to have shipped by March 25th but did not. I have contacted them twice by email and received no response and their phone line is unavailable for incoming messages.

This is a terrible fraudulent company .
They don't reply to my emails and provided me with a false sense of hope with a UPS tracking number and they don't even have the product . I bought hand sanitizer , 3 gallons of at $59.99 a piece . I want my refund. I placed orders since April 11th and April 13th 2020.

A scam bussiness a rip off they say shipped but hasn't left their warehouse no way to communicate don't respond

Only 1 of 2 orders were fulfilled. 2nd order the label was printed but the product was not shipped. Art Naturals charged me for the phantom shipment not shipped. Phone calls, emails, messenger and Facebook follow up proved to be unsuccessful. Scam company. Checkout all the negative reviews on Facebook.

Amazon fulfilled the order one month after you printed a label for UPS. The about one week later your order was sent. I understand how a carrier works, I spent 30 years working for one. Your entire one gallon process was poor at best.

I ordered Hand sanitizer that was advertised has being shipped in 48 hours on 4/11/2020. My funds were removed from my account on 4/13/2020. The order has complete, but a shipping label was only created. I have called, phones not taking calls, emailed numerous times, no response, attempted through messenger, no response! I want a refund immediately!

Placed an order on March 12th with understanding product would be shipped on March 25th.
Paid $9.99 each for two 8 oz. bottles of hand sanitizer, plus $5.99 shipping. Artnaturals charged my credit card on March 12th, but never sent the product. Sent them four separate emails requesting info about the status of my order, but have not received an answer. Their customer service telephone automated message states that orders placed before March 17th will be shipped on March 25th. The same product is on sale at Target in 7 oz size for $3.99. This company is ripping people off.

1. ArtNaturals' response to my Revdex.com complaint states that the cost of the product I ordered reflected a slight increase due to high demand and significantly increased costs for raw materials. However, they did not respond to why their product which they were selling for $9.99 per bottle was available for purchase at Target for $3.99 per bottle.
2. When I placed my order on March 12th, ArtNaturals' website stated the product would be shipped by March 25th, When I did not receive my order, I called their customer service telephone number and got a recorded message that said orders placed before March 16th would be shipped by March 25th. That message, which is still on their customer service line as of May 21st, is false and should be updated to state what are the actual current expected delivery dates.
3. ArtNaturals responded to my Revdex.com complaint that they are doing their best to handle a backlog of orders. As of May 21st, their website does not indicate that there are any delivery delays. Their website says "BUY NOW" and that standard delivery is 5 - 10 business days.
4. After emailing ArtNaturals four times about my order and receiving no response, I filed a complaint with PayPal. ArtNaturals then refunded my purchase on April 26th. I just wanted the product and would have preferred that they had shipped the product to me. That would have been real customer service.
5. ArtNaturals charged my credit card the day I placed my order. The usual and customary practice of most online vendors is to charge the customer when the order is shipped.
6. I assert that ArtNaturals' business practices are questionable based on my experience described above.

On April 6, 2019, I ordered product from Artnaturals website order number XXXXXXXXXXX.
The companies website advertised shipping of products inside the US within 48 hours. I paid $59.99 for the product with a credit card and was given order number XXXXXXXXXX. On April 9, I got an email saying my order was shipped. UPS says the order has a shipping label but has not been picked up from the shipper. I have attempted calls and emails but no response. If this is overloading the company they need to stop taking orders and refund moneys to those who want. At the very least respond to calls and emails.

If the product can not be shipped within two days credit my credit card.

I guess you can close this complaint as resolved. I received the order today via UPS. Still this company does have a lot of improvement to make if they are willing to advertise on Facebook. Thank you and ya'll stay safe.

I placed an online order on 4/7/20, the company said they would ship the order within 48 hours. The order still hasn't shipped and it is 4/15/20.
I placed an online order on 4/7/20 and at the time of ordering, the site very clearly and boldly listed on every page "ALL ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ORDERING." That has since been removed from their website, but even my confirmation email states " REMINDER NOTE: USA AND CANADA
ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE." Not only is this statement not true at all, it is now 4/15/20 and the tracking number still indicates only the shipping information has been received. Thus, the company STILL has not shipped my order after over a week. I am in need of what I ordered due to being a first responder in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. I've emailed the company with no response back. I either want the company to deliver my order as soon as possible, or issue a refund.

Placed order on March 10, attempted several contacts, including today with no response. I want a refund since no delivery/response in over a month.
Placed order on March 10, for 2 pk of 8oz hand sanitizer. When no shipping confirmation was received on March 24, I called and they said to email, so I emailed. Received no response to that email so I emailed again April1, April 8, and April 15 with no response. The company has a voicemail stating that everything ordered before the March 16th is shipped but I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation, my product or a refund. The company has failed to respond to any of my inquires and at this time I just want my $25.97 refunded for the products I ordered and the company failed to ship.

I would like a refund in the full amount of $25.97 which was charged to my account in March 11th, even though product was never shipped.

Placed an order over a month ago that has not been fulfilled. Tried to contact business 3 times to get a status update, but they will not respond.
Placed an order on 3/12 for $49.24 (4 pack of hand sanitizer and one essential oil bottle). Received a 'shipment notification' on 3/31 with a tracking number, but it still says that the 'Shipment Ready for UPS' even 2 weeks later, with no updates listed since 3/17. Attempted to contact the business, but the mailbox says they are not taking calls at this time. Sent three emails asking for a status update on my order #XXXXXXXXXX, but have received no response.
I am starting to think that their business is a scam after reading other complaints. They claim to still have hand sanitizer in stock on their website and are probably still making money off of people trying to stay safe during COVID-19.

Received a full refund, which is what I had asked for

I have purchased 3 times from this company twice I used my company credit card
and twice my bank approved the sale but Art Naturals did not
The last time I use my personal credit card and they accepted the payment and IT CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT on their website it said the orders to the US would be sent within 48 hours my ORDER #XXXXXXXXXX and Invoice #XXXXXXXXXX
they do not answer the phone or answer the emails if they can't send it then let the customer know a date or they they cant fill the order and cancel it

There facebook page is 4 weeks old. The telephone number they give you to call gives you a pre recorded message and then hangs up on you. The telephone number I'm given through pay pal, they don't answer and the mail box is full. They are not responding to claims through pay pal or ebay or direct emails. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND WONT REFUND. pEOPLE ARE QUESTIONING THE PRODUCT THAT HAS NO fda APPROVAL????
