Fake, rip off, false claim to have "in-stock" and "ships within 48 hours of purchase".
I placed and order on 4/12/20 for a 6-pack hand sanitizer, order # XXXXXXXXXX. Their website mentions "in-stock" and "ships within 48 hours of purchase". They created a shipping label with tracking info *** and emailed me the next day. But my order never shipped. The tracking info is stuck at "Label Created". They charged my credit card already, even before shipping my order. This company is a rip-off. They are abusing people in need of hand sanitizers during this terrible covid-19 situation. They don't answer the phone calls, it goes it an automated recording. They don't reply back to my emails.
I need a full refund back to my credit card. Also, an explanation on why their website says "ships within 48 hours or purchase"

Ordered hand sanitizer for our essential ees on 3/10. The product was issued a tracki#r and was "shipped" 3/31. We have not rec. and no response.
We ordered hand sanitizer on 3/10. WE paid for expedited shipping. We received a notice it shipped on 3/31. There was a UPS shipping number issued; however, UPS does not show a pickup order and there is no tracking number. We have sent numerous emails with not response. We depended on this shipment to protect our employees. We now have 3 employees with coronavirus. I believe this is a scam. How can you not answer your phone or return email. Their email notice indicates to email them; however, they don't respond. We were charged close to $600 for this shipment. We are a small company and can't afford this.
WE would like our shipment within 7 days of this complaint. If this is not doable, we will take a refund.
The business has responded to us and we have received the shipment. I believe it is because they received communication from you. Thank you for your help!

I created an online account at Artnaturals store online. I next received promo code for 20 % off via email. I ordered online for a 1 gallon hand-sanitizer with promo code. At checkout the promo code took and adjusted my payment. After hit Send button, I received email confirmation that my order WAS CHARGED AT FULL PRICE. On same day,I tried to call your help number, NOBODY took call, they instructed me to email instead. I emailed on 4/3, 4/6. did that for 2 days. NO RESPONSE back and it has been 10 days. I disputed with AMEX to cancel my order.
My ask is : I would like to cancel order . However, I can keep the product but would like to receive my promo code discount for 20 %. If not, there is no need to ship out. please refund amount of 65.69$ (since no response from your store, I had to put a dispute w/ amex).

I never received my hand sanitizer but my credit card was charged on 3/16/20. They emailed me a UPS tracking #, but UPS says they never got the item.

I ordered a 2pk hand sanitizer from Art Naturals on 3/16/2020. They charged my credit card $28.44 the same day. I received an email from them on 3/20/2020 with a UPS Tracking # indicating delivery date of 3/22/2020. The package was never delivered and the tracking status has changed to "in transit". UPS states the item was never given to them for shipment. Art Naturals no longer accepts calls and several of my emails have bounced back as undeliverable. Today is 4/14/2020 and no order received as yet. I would like my money back if they have no interest in fulfilling my order. I do not appreciate lies and scammers!

Although Art Naturals refunded my money after involving Revdex.com, they neglected to provide any reason for the way they handled my order. Since the refund came through, I don't really care anymore. I will not trust this company in the future.

I made an order through the site 1 month ago -- credit card charged. Received no confirmation. All attempts to contact the business have been ignored.
I placed an order with Art Naturals on March 21st and was informed that my desired items would ship on March 31st, accompanied by a shipping confirmation e-mail. My card was charged upon placing the order. To this date I have neither received an e-mail confirmation nor a shipment with the items that I paid for. I ordered hand sanitizer during the recent outbreak of covid19 to share with my grandparents from ArtNaturals. I paid $19.98 plus $5.99 in shipping on March 10, 2020. I received an email 5 days later with my order number (first email I even received from them) and my tracking info. The order number was XXXXXXXXXX and the tracking number was *** (shipped with ups). I used a debit/credit card to make the purchase. As of today, April 14, 2020 I have only received a generic email saying that they have a high demand and are processing orders. I have tried contacting them several times with no response. I now see other customers also bought this hand sanitizer as it was advertised on Facebook and cannot get in touch. I am frustrated that I lost $25.97 and wasted time thinking I was receiving such a critical item during this time. Your system only allows me to upload one photo, but I have screenshots of all emails from them and ups tracking.
Not only would I like a refund, but I want the business to take down all face book and other marketing until they can fill the orders they have right now and correct any. They have several complaints of orders missing, not arriving, already opened, etc,. It is awful they are taking advantage of people during a time of need.

I placed an order on 3/11 with being told that the order would ship on 3/25. I waited until 3/29 and sent my first email asking for an update on my order. Two days later, I was sent an automatic shipment confirmation email on 3/31 by the company and in it was a tracking number. I checked for 3 days to see if the product arrived at UPS and when it hadn't I emailed them a second time on 4/3. No response to that email either. I finally sent them a third email on 4/10 asking the status of my order. I have received no responses from the company and UPS still only has a label created but no shipment at their facility.
While I'm looking for my order and dealing with all of this, they have advertised on their website that the product I ordered is now in stock and ships within 48 hours. Meanwhile I've been waiting for over a month for my product.
At this point, I want a refund.

The company accepted my payment of $20.97 and charged my *** Visa credit card on March 11, 2020. Merchant information according to *** is: XXX-XXXXXXX, CA; reference number ***; merchant name - Virgin Scent, Inc.
I tried calling the company at XXX-XXX-XXXX several times. Instead of talking to a customer service representative, I heard a recorded message that said they were receiving a large number of calls and were not accepting any calls at that time. The message also said to send them an email if I needed to get in touch with them. The message also stated that if an order was placed before a certain date (as mine was), it would be shipped on March 25, 2020 and I would receive an email with a tracking number. I have not received an email with a tracking number. I have not received the merchandise I paid for.
When I sent the company an email on April 2, 2020 at 10:22:12 AM, the delivery failed because they were receiving mail at a rate that prevented additional messages from being delivered. I sent a second email on April 8, 2020 at 10:03 AM that was received, but I have not had a response from the company.
The company's website states that their merchandise is back in stock and any orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours. As of today (April 13, 2020), I still do not have the merchandise I paid for.
I would like a refund of my purchase price of $20.97.

The first time I saw the response from the company was actually in an email from the Revdex.com. I went into my credit card account and saw that indeed the company had refunded $20.97 to my account. As this was the result I was looking to take place, I am satisfied with their response, and I thank the Revdex.com for their help.

This company has horrible customer service. They refuse to answer emails and phone calls. They price gouge on their products and don't ship them even though the claim their product is in stock and ready to ship within 48 hours. Don't buy from them, they're not a reputable company.

I just received notice that Art Naturals /aka Virgin Scent has refunded my entire order- not just the defective products.
While I wish they had been communicative before I filed a report, it's clear that they are trying, and so I'm appreciative of the action they took and am satisfied completely with the outcome.
If I could give this company lower than 1 star I would. I ordered hand sanitizer back on 3/12.
I received a UPS tracking label on 3/17 that said it was shipped. The UPS tracking still shows it was never dropped off at UPS for shipping. I have called numerous times and emailed. I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office in CA. They are now investigating this company.
Bad enough to never respond to calls or emails but to do this in a national crisis is unexusable.
I would NEVER do business with this company again. Luckily I did get part of my money back from Paypal. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!

Your response is laughable at best. You price gouged people, promised product that you didnt have in stock, and provided no timely communications whatsoever.. Plus people that did receive your product received them not sealed with product leaking and with product having a horrible smell.I am happy that I never received mine. Plus your CEO putting videos on fb back in April with him boasting how much stock you had.I hope you pay dearly.

I placed an order for 32 hand sanitizers. They charged my credit 227.97. I never received my product. My account shows status complete.
On March 12, 2020 I placed an on line order with Art Naturals for 32 hand sanitzers. My order # is XXXXXXXXXX. The cost for 32 bottles of sanitizer $207.98 + 19.99 (expedited S & H) = $227.97.This charge was on my company credit card. They took my money immediately. I received an email on March 18th stating my package had shipped. Included was a tracking # ***. I contacted the company on April 2nd with an email trying to find out what happened to my order. The email was sent to ***. I also called but was unable to speak to anyone or leave a message. When I checked my account on their website showed my order status was complete. I have called several more times always getting a recording. Then on April 7th I sent another email. Not hearing anything I contacted my local UPS office. The lady said that a label was made but it actually was never picked up. Attached you will find a copy of the email I was sent when they made a UPS label and said my order shipped.
The resolution I would like is to receive my order of hand sanitizers that I ordered along with a refund of $19.99 for expedited shipping which I did not receive. If not I will need a full refund of $227.97.

Order did not ship. Poor customer support. I have not received the refund that the Art Naturals offered.
I ordered 4 gallons of hand sanitizer for myself and coworkers that cost approximately $240. The ad clearly states that all items are in stock and ship within 48 hours. When the item did not ship on time I was offered a refund by Art Naturals. I have not received my refund also the vendor will no longer answer phone calls or respond to emails.

Checked tracking, ups had something that address was wrong but was 100% correct. No notice from ups. No call from ups or art naturals. Sent numerous emails, no reply. Tried calling numerous times but got machine saying cant take calls, too busy sort of thing. But message is 2 plus weeks old. Credit card has been charged. Absolutely worse experience ever have had. Out money, no product and worse...not a single response to me. I know tough times for everyone right now and have had nothing but patience until saw credit card charged and never got my item. Someone by now should have reached out to me. Not hearing a word is why this report is being made

Issues finally resolved HOWEVER after finally getting to me they tried blaming it on postal service and were asking me to follow up with post office...package tracking specifically stated the package was returned to sender April 1st...so I then had to deal with that issue. Blamed it on amount of biz but way they handled it, and me, was beyond poor and in no way how a reputable company opetates
