Never received items ordered and cannot get any information from the company regarding our order.
We are a financial institution and ordered hand sanitizer needed for our staff to stay healthy during this pandemic on March 16th. This order was supposed to ship on March 25th. It did not so I followed up with the company. I received an email on March 27th stating the item had been shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number shows the order has NOT been shipped and I am unable to reach the company at all. The emails are being returned and the phone number just has a recorded message. I am requesting a full refund for this order totaling $419.92 as we have had to secure our hand sanitizer from another company.

I am requesting a full refund totaling $419.92 since this company is unable to fulfill my order.

I bought 16pvs hand sanitizer and paid for it but they haven't given me a confirmation detail about the shipping until now.no reply with my emails
I bought 16pcs of hand sanitizer last april 4, 2020 on ArtNaturals website. I paid through paypal, and I was given an order number XXXXXXXXXX. They say that I will receive a confirmation email once the product is shipped and the shipping would be between 24 to 48 hrs. I receive an email by ebay that I paid for the product. But I never received any email from art naturals. I called them but no one is picking up the phone. I emailed them 2x but I never get any response. Im one of the first responder and doing the testing for CoVid 19 here in california for 2 hospital, and my colleagues and I needed that product. I thought the company is legit but it looks like im wrong.

I received the product.

I waited on a order place in March and received a sub par product and half my order.
I ordered from artnaturals order #XXXXXXXXXX on 3/18 it was shipped out on April 2nd with the tracking #***XXXXXXXX. I received it 4/08 with only the Aloe Vera gel which was open in the box and unsealed. It is nothing but water and I did not get the 2 bottles of hand sanitizer that I ordered with it. I have called literally 30 times and emailed 20 times. I just want my money back. Just seeing how many people are being scammed by this company is making me sad and I wish I had not trusted them

Thank you ...I just wanted a refund which I should see soon

on 3-14-2020 I purchased $569.97 worth of Product from this Vendor. On 4/9/20 I received Summer Survival Kit damaged worth $69.99.Nothing else.
3/12/20 I purchased an order from this Vendor. Total with express shipping $589.96.
Without any communication they sent a Partial order on 4/9/20. This was the Summer Survival Kit $69.99 it was damaged. The bottles had leaked all over the packaging. I called immediately and it goes to a voicemail stating they are not taking calls. I sent them an email because in the tracking order no# and the receipt it states everything was sent. The Hand Sanitizers were never included. They were the cost of $499.98. I checked out their FaceBook Page and realized I was not the only one scammed. They do not respond via any avenues.

Desired Outcome

After seeing the complaints from others I do not trust this Company. They are a DBA for Virgin Scent that does not come up your site. I feel they are a crooked Asian Company.

I ordered hand sanitizer, order XXXXXXXXXX. Company claims they shipped but didn't. They will not answer email nor phone call.
The company claims they shipped item but carrier states they didn't receive item to deliver. Tracking number confirms this. The company currently refuses all phone calls and does not respond to email. I believe they are taking advantage of the current virus pandemic and are selling non-existing products.

On March 15 , 2020 I ordered hand sanitizer and aloe gel. $71.13 was taken from my bank account on March 16 th 2020 . No confirmation no items.

I want either the items very quickly or my money back . You can't take my money and not give me the product .

I was charged for hand sanitizer that was not included in my delivery. The company is not accepting phone calls and has not responded to my email/
On 3/21/2020 I ordered hand sanitizer (Unscented hand sanitizer - 6 pack *** online directly on art naturals website (***). I was charged $75.97 on 3/22/2020 to my visa debit card for order ***. On 4/4/2020 I received a small padded envelope via UPS (shipment ***) that DID NOT INCLUDE THE SANITZER. PLEASE NOTE THE PACKAGE WAS TOO SMALL TO EVEN CONTAIN 6 PACKS OF HAND SANITIZER. However, the order shows as complete and my account indicates the product was shipped in one order. I receive no response to email and am unable to reach anyone by phone.

I would like a refund for Unscented hand sanitizer - 6 pack ANHS-SCFR-8-6 1 $54.98. the part of the order that was not received.

Placed an order that was delivered on a Saturday. I have not been able to get in touch with Artnaturals for a refund or to reship the items.
on 3/11/2020, I placed an order with Art Nautrals for hand sanitize (order# XXXXXXXXXX). The order was delivered on 3/28/2020; which was a Saturday. The business is closed on Saturdays. The order was not redelivered on Monday, 3/30/2020 but was returned to Art Naturals (tracking info. *** ). Once, I called UPS to have the package redelivered only to find that it has been returned to sender. With that being said, I have email Art Naturals - no reply, I called numerous times only to receive an automatic response. You can leave a message even if you wanted. Their live chat is not available either. I've also tried to reach out to them using Facebook and yet again I received no reply/response.
The total of my order was $102.44. Originally, I just wanted to have my order reshipped but at this point, I would just like them to return my money. I did received notification from UPS that the package was returned to them. I've been unsuccessful in trying to reach their customer service line or email.

Desired Outcome

Since it has been impossible to get in touch with any one from Art Naturals. I would just like to receive a refund. Many Facebook customers have also experienced the same challenges as I have. The company should be held accountable or closed down. The are taking the money from their customers and never delivering the product.

They advertise all orders ship in 48 hours. I ordered 10 days ago and haven't received my order. I have sent 6 emails and called with no response.
XXXXXXXXXX is my order number. Like I said I just want my product I was charged for or someone to at least answer my multiple emails. I want to know they didn't steal my money. They shouldn't advertise 48 hour shipping if they can't achieve that.

We placed an order on 3-15-2020 for hand sanitizer that hasn't shipped and we can't get in touch with the company despite multiple attempts.
We placed our initial order on 3-15-2020 (order # XXXXXXXXXX) and despite multiple e-mails and calls, we've been unable to get in contact with anyone about fulfillment of our order or getting a refund if they are unable to fulfill our order. We would like resolution on this issue ASAP as their website states that orders made prior to 3-16 should've been delivered by March 31st.

At this point I'd like to request a refund as it seems evident that they're unable to fill our order for hand sanitizer. We were planning to use these within the portalets for our business so we'd just like a refund and we'll find an alternative source. It's unacceptable that they have not responded to multiple inquiries by e-mail and phone about our order.

I ordered product on 3.30.20. I was informed it was shipped UPS on 4.4.20. I have never received product.
I have emailed Art Naturals twice with no responses. I have called and the recording says to email them. I would like the product or like a refund. UPS says they sent to the USPS to complete the delivery.
USPS says they have not received the product from UPS. I spoke with UPS they say they gave it to the USPS on 4.5.20. So I am getting the run around with UPS and USPS. I get no response from Art Naturals. I am left doing all the work which Art Naturals should be doing as I paid for UPS shipping not USPS shipping.

I have never received an order I placed, cannot get in touch with customer service, and cannot get a refund.
They are taking advantage of people during the COVID crisis. I placed an order for hand sanitizer on 3/11/20 and still have not received my order on 4/13/20. You cannot get through to customer service by phone; a recording states that they are experiencing extremely high call volumes but if your order was placed before 3/16, it will ship by 4/25. Meanwhile, their website continues to state that hand sanitizer is in stock and orders will ship within 48 hours. If you email customer service you get an apology stating they will ship as soon as _______ (date just keeps moving further and further. They will not respond to requests for a refund. They have also emailed me a FedEx confirmation on 4/1 for a package that FedEx has never received.

I ordered hand sanitizer. The website clearly states product is in stock & orders will ship in 48 hours. No response and shipping is still pending.
Awful customer service. My card has been charged (not pending) and there is no sign I will actually get my product. Reviews online say people have been waiting for over a month. They are putting out false claims during a pandemic.

Desired Outcome

I want my product. If I can not get it within a week (as promised) I want a full refund. Preferably I would just like the product. That is after-all why I placed the order.

I received product from this company. Their customer service is garbage but I am satisfied that I received the product I paid for.

Placed an online order. Received confirmation. Charged payment. Order never shipped - not fulfilled. No response from business.
Placed order on 10 Mar 2020 order #XXXXXXXXXX. Recieved email confirmation of shipment on 30 Mar 2020 (UPS tracking #***; however, as of today, 13 Apr 2020, the tracking number is not associated with a shipment. A label has been created but no item was ever delivered to UPS for shipment. I sent an Email to customer service on 7 Apr 2020 at 1419 hours EST requesting a status update, email has gone unanswered. I attempted several phone calls between 7-9 Apr 2020, but was never elable to get through to anyone. I sent a follow up email on 9 Apr 2020 at 1507 EST, again no response. The website indicates chat is available M-F, 10:00 - 5:00 PST, it's not - there is no ability to chat, I tried numerous times. I was charged the $40.97 for my order on 11 Mar 2020. So, I paid for an order and the lack of response/ or ability to even make contact with the company has lead me to believe that they have no intention (likely never did) of fulfilling the order. If this was just an oversight (which I understand can happen), I would expect a response. But no response / no acknowledgement is a terrible business practice.

I do accept the company's response and appreciate the follow-up. I received an update email from them on 29 April indicating they received my initial request for an update and then received another email on 12 May (the email in the company's response). I did receive the product as stated and also received a refund. I really appreciate the response and follow up from the company and only wish they could have responded to a initial inquiry or even provide updates to the shipping timelines on the website, it would definitely have eliminated the frustration from my end.

This company is price gouging during a pandemic and not answering calls, emails, or social media posts about damaged product I received.
I ordered six 8oz bottles of hand sanitizer from Art Naturals on 4/2/20. It cost $54.98 (shipping was freeif u bought 6) which is about $9.16 per small bottle which I thought was way expensive I bought them because I couldn't find any at the time. Then on 4/9 someone posted a pic on a local Facebook group I'm a part of, it was a pic of the same exact 8oz bottles of hand sanitizer for $4 each at Walmart. Art Naturals is price gouging during a declared state of emergency which is illegal. I emailed and facebooked this to art naturals on 4/9 with no response. Then, 4/10 my bottles came. They were just thrown in a box and one of them was completely emptied all over all of the other ones. It was a mess. The bottom of the box leaked through on my floor where I left it for an hour before I opened it too. So I am short a bottle and I had to rinse all the other bottles which got a little bit of water into the other 5 bottles. I emailed this to them on 4/10 and called with no answer. Today is 4/12. I have read their reviews that they never answer emails or the phone so I am leaving a complaint on here. Order#

I have not gotten my order nor have I been able to talk to anyone even after sending two emails and calling 4 times.
My complaints: False advertising (Shipping, Product Delivery, lack of communication or no communication on anything no phone, no email response)

Facts or Evidence: March 8, 2020 4:55:42 PM PDT was more order date.
My order was Unscented hand sanitizer - 4 pack plus Beard and Stache Oil.
My total came to *** shipping was free as they were running a special for free shipping.
There website stated any orders placed before the 16 of March would ship the 25th or March.
I have sent two emails no response...I have called no response..I have not received my order and as far as the shipping companies this company is using they are referring any and all inquires back to the seller Art naturals. The shipping label was created as follows 03/11/2020 - 7:08 A.M.

No movement on this order and its now 4/13/2020. On the site when I placed my order it stated it would ship priority on the 25th of March.

Remedy: I want my money back plus what I ordered.

Determineing the outcome of the response I will be filing a complaint with the Iowa Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Affairs for fraudulent activity and taking advantage of people during National Emergency or anytime.

Too late to little...How hard is it to respond to customers after they have gave there hard earned dollars? Excuses will not do and how is it a replacement order if YOU Artnaturals did not make the receiving party aware it was being shipped? I placed an order for 2 gallons of hand sanitizer on 4/8. Their website and email I received clearly stated US orders would be SHIPPED within 48 hours. Got an email 4/10 stating my order was shipped. WRONG. They created a label so they could charge my PayPal account, but never shipped anything. Every one of my emails and attempts at Facebook messages (automated chat bot replies) have gone unanswered. So I just filed a claim with PayPal to get my $120 back. How disappointing and dishonest.
