I haven't received purchased product, I can't reach company, they won't respond to my inquires and I just want a refund.
I ordered hand sanitizer from this company's website on March 10. I was immediately charged for the purchase. It is now April 15 and I have yet to receive the product. I have attempted to contact the company through multiple channels. They are no longer taking phone calls from customers, they aren't responding to emails or social media posts or comments. Their messaging says sanitizer ordered before March 15 would ship on March 25. That was nearly three weeks ago and nothing. At this point I just want a refund.
I would like a full refund of the $25.97 I was charged on March 10. My order number is XXXXXXXXXX.
THe company has contacted me and offered reimbursement for the expense. You can close this case. Thank you.
I only recieved half my order. I have attached pictures in multiple emails but no response. I am either asking for refund or the rest of my order.

I recently purchased an order from ArtNaturals on 04/05 for 4-8oz bottles of sanitizer AND 1-Gallon of sanitizer. the Box I recieved on the 9th was small, and when I opened it, only contained the 4-8oz sanitizer bottles. I waited a few more days if the other box might come, but my confirmation email said the whole order had been delivered. I was confused because the whole amount for my order had already been processed through my bank account. I sent an email on the 11th, and have been sending emails about every two days, But there never is any response. Their phone line is down due to high volume.
I would very much like the rest of my order that I have already paid for, or I would like the monetary refund for the items that I did not recieve. Its frustrating because I also havent heard anything from anyone.

Order placed on 03/10/20. Shipping confirmation received on 03/30/20. Tracking shows Label created on 03/17/20. E-mail and phone inquiries unanswered.
I placed an order (XXXXXXXXXX) on March 10, 2020. Payment was taken out of my PayPal account by *** on that date. On March 30, 2020 I received an e-mail that my order had been shipped. UPS tracking #*** states "Label created on March 17, 2020." E-mail inquiries to company have gone unanswered. First few calls stated due to high volume they were not taking calls. Today when I called I received "mailbox full" recording. I have not received my order.
Although I would rather have the merchandise ordered, I will settle for a refund.
After filing reports with the Revdex.com and PayPal, I received an semi-apologetic e-mail from ArtNaturals. My merchandise was received on April 24, 2020. Thanks for your help.
I haven't received my items and there is no response from emails sent to the company and voice mail won't let you leave messages.
I placed an order for 6 bottles of hand sanitizer (order number ***) with Art Naturals on 3/11/20. The cost was $44.22 paid with a credit card. The website stated the items were in stock. I received an email on 3/31/20 giving a tracking number for the package, but when I try to track it with UPS, it just says the label was created on 3/16/20. It has not been shipped yet. UPS can't help me. I've tried calling the company several times, but the message just says to email them. I've emailed them at least four times with no response. I understand it's difficult to manage with all of the requests they may be getting at this time, but I'm just making sure my order has not fallen between the cracks or gotten lost.
At this point, I'd feel more comfortable just getting a refund.

I ordered products a month ago, still haven't received them, and they won't respond to any of my correspondence attempts to resolve the issue.
I ordered an 8 pack of hand sanitizer from Art Naturals on March 17, 2020. Today is April 15th, and I still haven't received my products. They're not answering their phones, and no one has returned any of emails.
I was able to get a generic response from someone on Instagram, but it seems as though it's a copy and paste response, and offers no solution or explanation. At one point they even said "I don't wish to argue with you sir."
They've also recently advertised that hand sanitizer (the same that I ordered a month ago and haven't received) is in stock and will ship within 24 hours. They are falsely advertising, misleading, lying, and in my estimation, they are stealing from people.
They are making no acceptable efforts to run a good business or perform respectable customer service. I want my entire order, IN FULL EXACTLY AS I ORDERED IT, I want it right away, or I'd like to have my full refund. To be honest, I think it would be the right thing for them to send the product and a refund. I own a business where I make a product and ship it all over the world. I would never treat a customer like this, and in the event someone was this disgruntled for reasonable cause, I'd offer them their product and a refund. I'd like some satisfactory resolution from this company.
I want my products, in full, immediately. Or I want a full and immediate refund.

Placed 2 orders w/ this company for in stock items & I haven't received them. Tracking numbers provided say UPS hasn't received the items. No response
I placed 2 orders for sanitizer on Artnaturals website. Understanding sanitizer is hard to get now I was very patient, even though their website said "sanitizer in stock" on 3/11 when I ordered. I checked back with the website a week later because I didn't receive an email with any tracking info. Now the website said "orders for sanitizer placed before 3/16 will ship 3/25 and after 3/16 will ship on 3/31."
I placed my order on 3/11 *** My MasterCard was charged 3/12 for $43.98 under the name "Virgin Scent Inc DBA a" On 3/27 I started calling and emailing the company, only to find out they aren't accepting incoming calls and no response to 3 emails. I finally received an automated email on 4/1 with a tracking number. When I track the package *** It says UPS hasn't received the package so it hasn't shipped.
I thought maybe this was just a weird random thing since their website now says all sanitizer ships within 48 hours. I decided to place another order on 4/8 (order XXXXXXXXXX) My MasterCard was charged $29.97 on 4/9. On 4/10 I received another tracking number (***) only to have the same result. UPS hasn't received the item from the vendor so it hasn't shipped, tracking info says "When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated." I will most likely NEVER RECEIVE THESE:-(
I did receive an automated email today asking to rate my purchase... Ugh are they serious?

I ordered product on X-XX-XX that was never shipped/received. Contacted company numerous times without answer/resolution. Seeking refund.

On 3-30-20 I got an email saying it was shipped, with a UPS tracking number. According to AN's previous email, it should have shipped by 3-25-20 and been sent overnight. Nothing came. I emailed AN again (***) on 4-1-20, and the email bounced.
The UPS site indicates that a shipping label was generated on 3-16-20, and that UPS would set the delivery date once they received the package. As of 4-15-20 at 6:24 pm CST, UPS has not received the package, nor have I.
I did try to call, and the message said they were not accepting calls and to email them. It reference the March 25th date, they same as the form letter email did.
I want a full refund. Preferably I would like it to be sent through Ebay for tracking purposes.
I contacted eBay also. The vendor has issued a refund. Please close this case

I ordered 4 hand sanitizers from this company which I did not receive. They have not responded to emails and have turned off their phone.
I ordered 4 hand sanitizers and a shampoo on 3/30. MY order came with only the shampoo. I have sent 3 emails and even messages in facebook where I saw many other complaints about the same issue. They do not send people the hand sanitizer they ordered . They also do not answer emails and they have completely turned off their phones so you cannot reach them. Believe they are taking advantage of people ( I am a senior citizen) who are desperate in this time of need. My order number is XXXXXXXXXX.

This company advertised a "scent free" product which they apparently did not have in stock. They did not respond to multiple attempts to contact them, by email and by phone. I finally received the product a few days ago after they were contacted by the Revdex.com. It is so disgusting I cannot even use it. Literally smells like urine !! Now their answer is to send me more ? I doubt they even know I already got it, as they do not listen to their customers. They continued to advertise their product, even though they did not fulfill the order. I believe their business is fraudulent and that they are scamming vulnerable people who are desperate for hand sanitizer which is not available anywhere else. I do not expect anything further from them, but feel their practices and their product should be further investigated. Thank you for your efforts.

Their website states all purchases will be shipped within 48 hours. I have called, emailed and direct messaged to the company since. I have not not received a response.

I ordered hand sanitizer which had a delay and that was fine. When the order was shipped I received different bottles and I was charged too much. I tried over 10 times to get a response from them, NEVER did they respond. They are not taking calls so this was all email driven. Absolutely horrible customer service. I even put my order number in the subject line and stated I was overcharged and the bottles I received were incorrect per their description. Not one word.....

Placed order for 40 bottles of hand sanitizer on March 17, 2020. Received tracking number that showed shipment as " on its way to UPS" on 3/25/20. Tracking never progressed, still says same thing weeks later. Received 8 bottles on 4/1/20, but missing 32 bottles. Four attempts to contact by email with no response. Phone number goes to message stating they are not accepting calls at this time. over a month since order was placed for hundreds of dollars of sanitizer, and still have not received product or response. I have opened dispute with credit card company over purchase, and filing complaints. Stay away from this company, it's a scam.

Ordered 1 gallon of hand sanitizer I received an email saying it shipped and was provided a tracking number within 24 hours. I still had not received my order, so I checked the tracking number a week later and the product never shipped. This company sends tracking information so they can initiate payment, meanwhile checking the tracking number let's you know, no shipment has been made. If you read the reviews you will see a pattern of behavior which will stop you from ordering anything from this so called business. I just wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering. Scammers are everywhere buyer beware, time to contact my payment method to cancel payment, since this company doesn't answer the phone or email.

Places 2 orders for hand sanitizer on 4/8/2020 and email confirmation received on 4/10/2020 that the items were shipped. Credit card charged in full on 4/9/2020. No product received as of 4/21/2020.
Received a notification from UPS that a label was made for the orders. The orders still say a label was made, no tracking available. Sent email to the company asking about my orders and no response. Called the Art Naturals phone number and they are not taking calls, no way to leave a message. Suspect a scam as the website has no notice of backorders and is freely selling available hand sanitizer and no customer service available. Seeking a full refund. Disputing charges with my CC/bank.

Never got the product, request for a refund for multiple times via email and FB message and never heard back.
Order was processed through company website at *** sometime in March. I got an email that it was shipped but when I clicked to view tracking it said the product was returned to the seller. I tried calling the number but it did not pick up. I emailed the customer service multiple times to request a full refund and never heard back. Ordered hand sanitizer that hasn't been received. They won't answer calls or emails.
I have been trying to call about our hand sanatizer order # XXXXXXXXXX placed 7 days ago April 7th, when it told us it would ship in 48 hours in the US. Their customer service line is just a recording saying to email them. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. All we did was order 2 bottles(Gallons) for our Senior Center in Bandera County in which we really need. These people are really trying to scam senior citizens? Sad. Zero customer service. I received an email confirmation of a shipping label created April 7th. Our credit card was billed the same day, but now I can't get a response out of them. Tracking number says it has not reached the UPS facility.
If this company is not able to access a refund, then please send the product we ordered!!!!

They're advertising hand sanitizer for sale that will ship within 48 hours & aren't fulfilling. They're overcharging for this vital item & not respond
This company was advertising that they ship hand sanitizer within 48 hours. They're significantly overcharging, at $59.99 a gallon. I decided to pay the excess cost because of the fast shipping and them saying they had it in stock, when most places don't. I placed my order on April 9th (order XXXXXXXXXX). On April 10th I got an email saying the order had shipped. It's now April 14th and the tracking status still says only that they've prepared a label and haven't even given anything to UPS to ship yet. I see on their Facebook website where people are having this experience left and right, with some people placing their order even earlier than mine, and still tracking only showing that a label was generated. They're clearly generating the label just to be able to claim that they've shipped the item, when they clearly haven't. So they're price gouging, which people are falling for, myself included, because they indicate you'll get the hand sanitizer soon, but then they aren't shipping anything out. Please investigate this company that is clearly taking advantage of people during the COVID-19 crisis. I tried emailing them on April 13th, telling them that I thought they're being duplicitous, and I've gotten no reply. I've tried calling their phone number and you can't reach a live person.
I want my money refunded. I did challenge the charge with paypal, which is how I paid, but they say it'll take 30 days to reach a resolution. Even if I get a refund from paypal, I still think this company needs to be sanctioned in some way, for their price gouging and horrible business practices.
I want my $59.99 refunded. I want them to stop fleecing customers like this, by correcting the information on their website to accurately reflect when they might be able to ship. I want them to stop ignoring phone calls and emails from people- in other words I want them to provide reasonable customer service.

They still have not issued a refund! They gave this message several days ago, saying they would refund me, but no refund has come through yet. I contacted paypal and they said no refund has been issued. I won't consider it resolved until I see the refund, not just an email saying they're going to issue a refund.
