Order # *** was never received and business is unresponsive to multiple attempts to contact for refund.
Order # ***--8 bottles of hand sanitizer. Ordered on 3/11/20, paypal account debited same day, rec'd notification of shipment on 3/17/20, tracking number *** (Alternate tracking ***) and was scheduled to arrive on 3/26. On 3/25, I saw that it was "being returned to sender". UPS site says due to "An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery. / The package will be returned to the sender." On 3/25 I emailed the company to inquire on the status and what was happening. The package was retuned to sender and received by them on 3/31. Since 3/25, I have emailed the company 6 times, including once through pay pal. I have yet to receive any type of acknowledgement from them. The phone number listed on their website it not currently "accepting calls".

Desired Outcome

Looking for a complete refund of $64.99 or to deliver the product as purchased with expedited shipping

Order # *** For 1 gal of hand sanitizer placed on 4/7/20 using credit card through Pay-Pal. Received shipping notice with UPS tracking # on 4/9, credit card charged on 4/9. However, as of 4/19, UPS has not received the shipment. It appears that the UPS label was created so that Pay-Pal would release the funds. I have sent several emails over the past week to ArtNaturals requesting the status of my order and have not received a response. I have tried to call them but the answering service says they are not accepting calls. I have experienced the same issues as others have that filed complaints.

I would like them to ship the item within 2 days. If not, I want a full refund

Placed order - 2 bottles of hand sanitizer. Arrived in thin brown envelope, unsealed, spilled and product was sticky. No response from company.
I placed an order on 3/9/2020 #XXXXXXXXXX for two bottle of hand sanitizer. It arrived poorly packaged in a brown envelope, no seal on bottles, and spilled. The product itself was really sticky. Before I received that, I had order more because hand sanitizer was scarce. This product was very different and packaged properly in a box. I sent pictures to the company and have given them time to rectify the situation. I just get a stock message that things are tough due to COVID. I can't reach anyone by mail or phone. I believe I should get a refund or replacement for that first shipment of questionable product. I threw it out because I was uncertain of it.

I ordered their product on Apr 8, got confirmation on Apr 8, nothing since then. Tried to cancel my order, no response.
Purchased on April 8, confirmation April 9 confirmation number XXXXXXXXXX. They said in this email product would ship within 48 hours. Heard nothing from them since that time. I emailed them on Apr 16 and again on Apr 18 asking they cancel my order and refund my money. No response.

On 4/8, I bought 5 gallons of sanitizer & was charged $299.95 & given a tracking #. It still hasn't shipped and I can't reach anyone to get a refund.
On April 8, I placed an order for 5 gallons of hand sanitizer for $299.95. Their web site has stated that they have hand sanitizer in stock, and I was charged for this and given a tracking number (***) in an e-mail that states that my order has shipped. According to the tracking number, it has not shipped still. I only get a recording when I try to call their phone number, and they haven't returned my e-mails. This web site was misleading and if they can't handle the volume enough to take care of customers, they shouldn't state that the product is in stock on their web site and charge the customer and mislead them about it being shipped. I have attached the e-mail for reference.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money refunded as soon as possible, as our funds during this time are very limited. I also think they should have to be more honest on their website BEFORE the customer makes the order.

They are taking advantage of this situation but more importantly, they have over promised and under delivered. And when I call I get a recording that says they are too busy to answer and it hangs up on me. Also, I have emailed several times with no response even though they say they they will respond in 24 hours and I hear nothing.

I received an email the next day advising the items had shipped, and a UPS tracking number (***) was issued. This product has yet to leave The shipping point as of 04/17. I sent an email to them on 04/14 requesting why the shipment hadn't updated. I provided the order number, tracking number, as well as my home and work phone numbers for them to respond. They have not responded at all. I called their listed number, and reached a response saying they were extremely busy, and could not answer the call. They suggested that I email anything I needed to discuss, which I did. As of today, 04/17, my product still tracks as not being picked up by UPS, and no further information is available. This to me is terrible customer service, and further I believe that this company is taking advantage of this Covid-19 outbreak to either sell items they do not have, or just plain swindle people out of their hard earned money during a time of crises.

I am seeking either of the 2 responses below 1. Ship the item! The reason I ordered the item in the first place is because I NEED IT. This product was finally delivered over a month late. Also, it smelled horrible, and leaves a greasy feeling on your hands. My employees are using it because at the moment we have no other options. I would recommend not ordering from this company. Thank you very much for helping with this!

Them. Just "dead air". I'm one of MANY who have been ripped off. Shame on them!

I purchased *** worth of hand sanitizer from Art Naturals on 4/9/2020. Website stated orders ship in 24-48 hours. Product still has not shipped (4/17/2020). Art Naturals will not answer the phone number provided, will not return emails, and their live chat option does not work. There is no option to cancel my order and get a refund. There is no product that has been shipped to me, which is for a nursing home facility.

Has not fulfilled order and has not replied to emails or has zero customer service available to talk to.
On 04/07/2020 I placed an order of 2-12 pack 8oz 1-4pack of 8oz and 7-1gallon of hand sanitizer total cost of $668.87. On 4/10/2020 I received an email with a UPS shipping confirmation***. When tracking it shows it has not left or been picked up from the facility and shows it only weighs 15lbs the 7 gallons should weigh about 58+lbs I have emailed them on 04/13/2020 04/15/15/2020 and again on 04/17/2020. No one answers the phone number provided as it is only an automated message that hangs up as soon as it is over we request a full refund.

Artnatruals has delivered all of the product ordered we would like to retract this complaint there has been zero communication from the vendor that is what caused us to submit the complaint in the first place.

I ordered on April 5, 2020, order #XXXXXXXXXX and am not able to contact their customer service.
I placed order #XXXXXXXXXX on April 5, 2020. The website says orders will be shipped within 2 days. I have sent numerous emails, Facebook messages and attempted to call with no response. I checked their Facebook page and there are hundreds of similar complaints online that are not responding to emails, messages, chats etc. I want my money refunded and this company reported as fraudulent.

The business has resolved my complaint.

Order placed 4/6/2020. Website and email confirmation stated ships within 48 hours of purchase. Customer Service will not respond to email.
Order# XXXXXXXXXX placed on 04/06/2020 for 1 gallon of unscented hand sanitizer, SK# *** at $59.99 to ship to Iowa. The website had a red banner stating, Reminder Note: USA and Canada all orders ship within 48 hrs of purchase. This is also on my order confirmation email. I tried calling their number, but there is just a standard message addressing orders from March and and to email them with inquiries and then disconnects. I emailed them on 04/10/2020 inquiring since I had not received a shipment confirmation. I did not receive a response to the email but later received the shipment confirmation email. UPS tracking number, ***, has been showing label created on 04/07/2020 - 11:56 PM and that is it. I have emailed their customer service daily since 04/14/2020 and have not received a response. I have tried calling as well but the same message is played.

I just want to a refund of what I was charged for the order that has clearly not shipped within the advertised time frame.

After submitting this complaint, the order miraculously shipped and delivered to my mother. She phoned to inform me that she received the delivery this week. I would like to thank you all at the Revdex.com for intervening. All my emails to their customer service went unanswered along with all phone calls not being answered...just receiving a recorded message before it disconnects.

I placed order on 03/11/2020 at 9:43am. Order# XXXXXXXXXX through their website. Received an email 03/31 said it shipped, no order received

UPS said a label was created on 03/16, but the package was not received by them and did not ship. I was charged $43.98 for product I never received. This was for 4 bottles of 8 oz Hans sanitizer and 1 bottle of Tanji Fragrance Mist. I have emailed the company ***. I have sent four emails with no response. I have also called on several occasions their so called customer service line, ***. You can leave a message and the message says they do not have anyone to speak with. I requesting a full refund of my money back to my card. I feel this is a scam and taking people's money for goods that don't exist.

I would like them to refund my money for the product purchased and never received. 100% of what I paid. They should have a working phone number and answer incoming email.

Did not receive product ordered
Order date 3/30/20 for 14-8oz bottles of hand sanitizer, aloe vera gel, shampoo. Order #XXXXXXXXXX for $185.93. Received tracking number *** on 4/7/20. Received a small box on 4/10/20 with only the two bottle of aloe vera gel enclosed. I called and received a message stating due to the high call volume they were not accepting calls (XXX-XXX-XXXX), then sent email as direct on the call to ***. Have not received a response yet, called everyday and emailed everyday since the 4/10/20. No response to email, same recorded message when I call. I want a REFUND of the items I NEVER received and have been patient, but I work as a critical infrastructure worker and really needed that hand sanitizer. If they would answer my email or give any response would be welcomed at this point.

Art Naturals finally shipped the items that were missing from my original shipment. I withdraw my complaint against Art Naturals at this time. This is a very stressful time for everyone and I'm glad that Art Naturals was able to provide the items that were ordered. I thank you and Art Naturals for making good on my order.

I placed an order for $54.98 on March 18th. The product was returned to them by the carrier. I have not been refunded. No response from cust. serv.

On March 22nd I received notification of shipment. The carrier, UPS returned the shipment to Art Naturals for unkown reasons on April 2and.

I have made multiple attempts by email and phone to inquire on a replacement or refund. I have received no response.
