My order has never shipped.
My order (XXXXXXXXXX) was placed on April 11, 2020. The site said that all hand sanitizer was IN STOCK and would be shipped within 48 hours. I did receive a tracking number on April 13, 2020, but the order has never actually been shipped nor has the tracking information been updated.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the full purchase price.

Did not receive order.
I placed an order #XXXXXXXXXX for 1 gal. hand sanitizer on 4/4/20. Got an email that it shipped on 4/7/20. Two weeks later the ups tracking still showed it in route to a carrier facility. I contacted them by email concerning this on 4/17/20. They have not responded and I still have not received my order.

Desired Outcome

I would like companies like this to be dealt with so they can not continue to steal from people and I would like a complete refund of the $59.99 that they charged to my credit card.

Supernatural delivered my package. I notified them I was filing a complaint and they shipped it. I still think there business practices are poor but they delivered.

I ordered Hand sanitizer of March 12, 2020 and have not received my items. I have emailed and called and no one answers. I want my money back.
I placed my order for hand sanitizer on March 12th and paid $20 for expedited shipping. When I call a recorded message claims hand sanitizer orders were supposed to ship on 3/25 if purchased before 3/16. I have yet to receive any items or tracking info. I have called and emailed multiple times - they do not answer the phone and their email sends back a canned response. I expected to receive shipping confirmation on the 25th of March or the next day. I completely understand the high demand for hand sanitizer but it is ridiculous that they take your money and promise to ship by a certain date and then have no way for customers to contact them. It is disgusting that this company would prey on people during a pandemic. I no longer want these items - I just want my money back. Do I have to file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back? Thank you.

I want a full refund for my order and the expedited shipping. The total I paid via PayPal is $124.97.

I accept their response since they've finally agreed to refund my money.

I placed an order and never received it. I've tried to contact the company but they do not respond to emails or answer phone
I placed order *** on Mar 31, 2020. I received email on Apr 11 it was shipped *** with tracking info ***. I still haven't received products. Tracking info says the USPS is still awaiting product to be shipped. The company has recording on phone and has not responded to my emails.

Placed order on 3/25 with ship date of 4/8. Received shipping notification on 4/13 but the product hasn't shipped. Status still Ready for UPS.
My order was submitted on 3/25/2020 (Order #***). The website indicated orders made after 3/24/2020 would ship on 4/8/2020. I ordered the 64 pack of Unscented Hand Sanitizer (SKU ANHS-SCFR-8-64) for $499.98. I submitted payment through PayPal and the funds were withdrawn from my account. I received a shipping notification on 4/13/2020 (Shipment #***). Using the tracking information included in the email, UPS indicates "Shipment Ready for UPS" and "Label Created 4/12/2020 -3:07am. I have emailed 5 times (4/8, 4/13, 4/16, 4/17 & 4/20) and have never received a response. There is no way to track an order through their website unless you create an account but if you create the account after you submit your order, the order doesn't show up in the account. I attempted to contact them by phone only to receive an automated message indicating they are not taking calls due to high volume and orders placed after 3/25/2020 are now pending 3/31/2020. I visited their website on 4/6/2020; it indicated hand sanitizer is in stock and would ship within 48 hours. As of today, website still indicates hand sanitizer is in stock.

Desired Outcome

I need the product ordered to be delivered as soon as possible. If there is going to be further delay in delivery of the product due to high demand I would like an update from the company to keep me up-to-date on the progress. If product cannot be delivered, I would like a full refund of the amount paid.

This company advertise that they had Hand sanitizer back in stock and that they will ship it in 48 hours. I ordered April 9,2020 and as of today I have no product, all I got was a UPS label number. However they have yet to even send the product to UPS to be delivered, they just made the label.
They charged me for the product and no product as they promise, this is not OK, they are promising things that they are not complying with, taking advantage of people who are in need due to this Covid-19. I have called there number, a recording comes on and hangs up. I emailed them 3 times and no response at all. Do not trust this company.

I understand due to our current situation that there are delays, I am Ok with that. What I am not ok with is the false advertising, your company advertised in pop ups and on websites that you had the items and that it would be shipped in 48 hours which it never was. All you did was create a label and never shipped it out.

I emailed and call and no one ever responded to me till maybe a month later which is unexceptionable. Had you emailed me and said that there will be a delay and offered me a refund I would had never complained. I feel like your false advertisement was praying on people who were desperate in this time to get hand sanitize and that is horrible.

I ordered based on 2 friend references and availability of hand sanitizer. I never received my $80 order. There was a UPS to USPS transfer for delivery. I never received the package. I communicated kindly & clearly to Art Naturals via multiple channels including: 6 separate emails, a FB messenger thread and a phone call attempt (not currently answering phones due to COVID.) I have received no response on any channel. I never asked for a refund, only details on how the package was shipped so that I could effectively communicate with the local post office and claim lost mail. I find it unfair and disrespectful to the customer to receive ZERO response. Most obnoxiously, I was sent the stock email inquiring about "how was my order/experience" which I gave honest (but negative) feed back to and that was also unanswered.

Have not received item ordered although have been billed for. Company is not taking phone calls and won't response to repeated e-mails sent for update
4/1/20 Order #XXXXXXXXXX placed with Art Naturals *** or ***. Order sent by UPS Tracking #***. Order turned over to USPS Tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, but USPS says they have no record of package and have closed my case/service request #XXXXXXXX. I tried calling company but they are not accepting any phone calls due to high volume and they suggest sending them an e-mail. I have sent 4 e-mails for an update on my order in the past two weeks and they have yet to respond. This was billed to my bank debit card and the purchase price was $38.98 and $5.99 shipping. I would like to get the product I ordered or a refund to my card of purchase.

I would very much like to receive the order I placed and have paid for. If they are unable to fill this order due to demand, I would appreciate an apology and a full refund.

After I submitted this complaint the merchant sent my order. I have received my order.

Vendor is reachable via phone or email.
I placed an order with them on April 14th 2020. I received an email the same day stating that my order has been processed and provided me with a UPS tracking number for delivery on April 20th. To date, I have been trying to track this package and UPS is telling me that the product has not been shipped, it is a "awaiting order from seller". However, their website it says that the item is in stock and the UPS tracking number provided says that the delivery date is scheduled for Monday April 20, 2020. So there is no reason that the order should still be sitting at the sellers facility. I have attempted to reach them via email 4 seperate times within a week with no response. I have also tried to call them but either the phone just rings or a voicemail will tell me they are too busy to accept calls and hangs up.

1-2 day delivery or full refund of my money paid.

Accept if full credit will be issued

I have not received my order or further updates to shipping.
Order XXXXXXXXXX March 26, 2020. I ordered four 8 ounce bottles of hand sanitizer for $44.97 charges to my debit card. I was told they were going to ship out on April 8, 2020 and would be 5 to 10 day shipping. On April 11, 2020 I emailed them stating I never got a shipping confirmation. On April 13, 2020 I received a shipping confirmation but with no tracking update just UPS saying a label was created on March 26, 2020. I tried to call them April 15, 2020 but got no answer just a recording saying they were too busy to take calls. So I emailed them again that same day saying I wanted to know when I will be getting my order and explained I haven't received an update to the shipping. I emailed them again on April 17, 2020 saying if I did not receive my order by the original schedule day I would report them to the Revdex.coms. I still have yet to hear anything from this company it is now April 20, 2020

They gave me the full refund for the product like I asked for.

Product has yet to ship. No response to emails.
I ordered a gallon of unscented hand sanitizer on April 12,2020 order number XXXXXXXXXX for $59.99 that was guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours by the website. I emailed the company on April 16,2020 once I realized the order had yet to be shipped. I got no response. As of today, the product has not shipped ups tracking number

My order still has not been received at UPS facility but has a shipping label since April 6th.
I placed an online order on April 4th for a gallon size container of hand sanitzer since they guaranteed shipping within 48 hours. On April 6 the shipping label was created and April 7 shows in transit to a UPS facility with no additional updates. This company is not answering their phones and pre-recorded message only states deliveries during the month of march. I have also contacted them via Email & their facebook page to no avail and more pre-recorded text messages with no live contact. If my package does not show that it is actually in transit by the end of this week I want a full refund for my products

Order satisfied but took 3 weeks to arrive without ANY correspondence from company. They need to COMMUNICATE with their customers.

I ordered two products, and was charged for the complete order, and one of the products was not in the box when it was delivered.
On April 3, I placed order #XXXXXXXXXX for *** 1 $38.98) and *** 1 $44.98) for a total of 83.96 with free shipping. On April 9 I received an email that the order had shipped, and the total was charged to my PayPal. On April 11, the package was delivered. The Aloe Vera Gel was in the box but the Hand Sanitizer was not. I emailed 4 times for an explanation and was never given a reply.

Desired Outcome

I would like an explanation why I was charged for the full order when only partially fulfilled. I would like delivery of the rest of the order or refund for the part not delivered.

Satisfactory resolution

Received a tracking number but the actual product has not "moved" for 12 days. No response from customer service via email (no phone option)
I ordered 3 gallons of hand sanitizer on 4/8/2020.The order number is ***. I received a shipping number two days later. I believe when I placed the order they had stated that orders in the US would ship out within two days. I did receive the tracking order on time. The number is *** (sent via UPS). However, it is now almost two weeks later and the order has not moved any further then having the shipment created. They have taken out payment from my company VISA. I tried reaching out via phone. The phone number states that they are experiencing a high volume and are no longer taking calls. I reached out via the email provided and they have not gotten back with me.

Desired Outcome

I would really like to know the date of expected delivery and ultimately, the delivery of the product. I am extremely frustrated that this company has no way of getting a hold of anyone via phone.

Placed an order a month ago. Had to complain to get it shipped. Website advertises 2-3 days to ship. Received a piece of a package. Missing Products
I placed an order with ArtNaturals on4/6/2020 at 10:35pm. My order # is *** for reference. The website advertises that they process ALL orders and will ship within 48 hours. I waited. On 4/10 I Called and sent two emails asking the status of my order. I finally got a response on 4/14/2020 saying that my order has been shipped. I ordered one Serum Trio Set SKU *** for $26.99 & I also purchased the Fresh Face skin care kit SKU *** for $29.99. They also sent me a tracking number. After checking the UPS tracking link ALL it said was a label was created on 4/8. It did not say shipped. Had no details, NOTHING ! I finally received a notification saying my package was delivered. I went and checked my mail and was VERY disappointed to see that the only item I received was a quartz roller that was a part of the Fresh face skin care kit. No Face wash, no toner, no skin serums ! Just the quartz roller. I dont understand how you guys can charge me for the products and then send me a piece of one set. Why are you advertising these as "Sets" but sending out a piece of the set. This is so unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times via phone/email before taking it to the Revdex.com. No response. I would like the products I ordered OR a full refund. I am already planning on disputing with my bank because this company is fraudulent and they should not be able to rip people off like this. You literally cannot get in contact with anyone.
