The carrier shows it was never shipped. They advertised the items as in stock, continue to advertise them as in stock and are charging 25 dollars for expedited shipping that that is just fraudulent. I've emailed them from 2 different emails, contacted them via amazon several times, contacted them on Instagram and Facebook and have not received a response with the exception of the Instagram account which said the complaint would be forwarded. They are falsely advertising and charging for a product they do not have to sell.

Desired Outcome

I want the product that I purchased and paid 25 dollars for shipping for to be immediately shipped without further delay, I want the shipping charge refunded as they did not fulfill the shipping in 48 hours as agreed and advertised when I made the purchase and entered into a purchasing agreement. If they can not ship the item I want a complete and total refund. If the item is simply on back order, I want a refund of the shipping I paid and an accurate and honest explanation of when the package will actually arrive. They should be required to advertise accurately and disclose whether or not an item is actually instock or back ordered and when the item may ship.

The product was shipped on April 20th and arrived April 21st. This is not what was advertised or agreed upon but non the less I did receive what was purchased just not in the time frame in which the purchasing agreement was made. I am unhappy having paid 25 dollars in shipping fees but will be seeking no further action. The problem has been resolved.

I ordered hand sanitizer and never received the product even after multiple attempts to contact the company.

April 5th to ask where my package is since the status of the tracking says ready to deliver. They responded with a replacement order with the tracking below: *** (UPS). I contacted them on April 12th telling them that my replacement order never arrived but no answer. I called their company and it says that they are not receiving calls at this time. I had asked for a refund but no response. I would like a refund.

Change their website to drop the fraudulent claim of 48 hour shipment, and contact from the business telling me that my product has actually shipped, not just a label created.

Finally received email from company saying they were doing a refund.

Crazy that a company can sell one of the most needed products during a viral pandemic and treat customers like this. You cant say on your website "Ships in 24 hours" knowing it will NOT for several weeks. All they have done is make a label within 24 hours. They have a voicemail talking about orders 5 weeks ago being shipped. Cant cancel an order (got a gallon of hand sanitizer from another company that has customer service). Horrible company.

"SHIPS WITHIN 48 HOURS MEANS YOU GET A TRACKING NUMBER AND NO UPDATE FOR 6 WEEKS, THEN GET THIS GENERIC MESSAGE. CANT CANCEL. CANT TALK TO ANYONE. NO REGARDS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.I ORDER BULK HAND SANITIZER FROM 3 OTHER COMPANIES, ALL GOING THOUGH THE SAME CRAZY TIMES, ALL RESPONDING TO MY REQUESTS. I UNDERSTAND 100% DELAYS. I UNDERSTAND CRAZY TIMES. BUT TO TAKE MY MONEY AND HAVE AN AUTOMATED EMAIL SPIT AT ME FOR 6 WEEKS UNTIL IT SHOWS UP......AFTER "ALL US AND CANADA ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS"...IS ***!

The product is great! Its an actual gel unlike most (pure liquid). Its the only one that can refil old hand pumps. Other liquid sanitizers just leak. I got (2) 1 gallon bottles, again A+ product

I placed an order for sanitizer with this company they charged my debit card and they created a label but my item hasn't been shipped since the 9th
I have emailed them and no response back. They said shipments will be out with 48 hours.

I ordered hand sanitizer but never received it. They charged my card. Cannot get a hold of anyone. Order# is XXXXXXXXXX. Total charge = $45.15
I ordered hand sanitizer due to Corvid-19 pandemic, but never received the item. My credit card was charged on the same day of my order - April 1, 2020. I received a confirmation email, but nothing after that. I tried calling, but cannot get a hold of anyone. Their main line is an outdated recording. I emailed them over a dozen times and finally got a shipping email on April 8, 2020 with UPS tracking# *** that indicates a shipping label was created on April 2, but the item was never given to UPS for shipping. Now I am stuck with a charge on my card, no product, and no way of contacting anyone at this company. A search online, as well as Revdex.com's own database, shows numerous complaints about this company. Also, their website currently advertises that hand sanitizers are in stock and ready to ship, but yet their are numerous people in deal forums and social media like facebook (please check this company's facebook for additional complaints) about people not receiving their orders from as far back as March. Also, they are price gouging because the same identical product sells at major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Samsclub for less than $4 but yet they are selling it for over 2X that due to the Corvid-19 pandemic. I think it's a shame that this company is taking advantage of desperate people looking for a way to protect themselves and their family. Please help.

I want a full refund and an apology. They should also go on their Facebook page and explain why all those people were charged but didn't get their hand sanitizers.

Refund acknowledgment accepted. However, I've yet to see it posted on my CC. You only replied once I submitted a complaint with the Revdex.com. I for one will never do business with you again and will tell everyone I know to avoid you.

Did not receive my order of hand sanitizer after numerous attempts by email and phone. Requested my $ 59.99 back. Have never got a response.
Ordered 1 gallon of hand sanitizer on April 4th with the assumption it was being shipped in 48 hrs. My credit card was charged $59.99 on April 6th. I was sent a tracking number but doesn't work. Attempted numerous emails with no response. Called by phone and could not leave message.

Order placed 4/8/20 not received - Artnatural ad/site said "Reminder Notice: USA and Canada All orders ship within 48 hours of purchase.
Order placed 4/8/20 and received confirmation email from Artnaturals. 2nd email from Artnaturald received 4/10/20 with tracking number ***. I have checked multiple days and and the only thing on tracking is "Label Created". I sent email on 4/14/20 to cancel the order since it had not been received. Since I have not received a response to email I tried to call today. The recorded message says they are getting too many calls so should send an email which I did today asking again for the order to be cancelled.

Desired Outcome

The only way this can be resolved is confirmation from Artnaturals that my order has been cancelled and credit card not charged.

I placed an order for hand sanitizer for a over inflated price only to receive nothing! I was promised 48hrs shipping but that also was a lie!
I placed an order for hand sanitizer for 54.98$ which is a price gouge, but I was willing to pay to protect myself from covid19! I have received nothing from this company! I've called, I emailed but no response! They mislead you into believing you will get your purchase in 48hrs to a week...I just want my money back especially after reading all the other reviews of other people that have been scammed by them too!

I ordered 4 pack sanitizer and added small item for free shipping. Only received small item. They won't answer phone or email. Such a scam.
I submitted an order on April 4th for a 4 pack hand sanitizer ($38) and added small item (face mask $3) to qualify for free shipping (over $40). They took money out of my paypal account right away, didn't ship it til 5 days later (on their website it said ship within 48hours). Package arrived on the 15th and there was only the small $3 face mask no hand sanitizer. No receipt inside or any email saying they were out of sanitizer. I tried calling, their phone number didn't go through due to "high volume". I emailed several times, no response. I had to dispute the charge through PayPal and they also didn't respond to that or sent a refund. The whole thing was frustrating. Such a scam.

I just want my money back and also for them to not scam customers during this hard time. I doubt they will respond to anything but might as well try this.

Items were delivered few weeks late and they did say they were going to refund partial payment. Case resolved.

I did not receive my order. Tracking information says the package was delivered, but the delivery date is three days earlier than the shipping date.
I ordered 4 packs of unscented hand sanitizer on March 31, 2020. I got an email from Art Naturals on April 7 that my order was shipped (order # ***, Tracking #***). When I tracked the package I was surprised to see that UPS says it was delivered to the address "LOS ANGELES, CA, US" on April 4, three days before it was shipped! I don't understand how can a package be delivered before it is shipped. I put my full address when I placed the order, and the order confirmation email also shows my full address. Needless to say that I never received the package. I would like to get the package, or a refund as soon as possible.

I ordered 1 gallon of OVER PRICED Hand Sanitizer on April 9th and have yet to receive it.

I have called several times but their recording states they are not taking calls and to email. I have emailed three times and received no response.

Desired Outcome

I am charging back with my bank and want this on the businesses permanent record. They are taking advantage of people during COVID-19 and I'm an essential worker who needed this product. Essentially, this was attempted robbery and they should be very ashamed.

I placed an order and recieved tracking number but still says label created after 12 days.
I placed an order for a gallon of hand sanitizer on April 6th and it was shown on the my order confirmation "REMINDER NOTE: USA AND CANADA
ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE". On April 9th I was given a tracking number and when I track it now (on April 19th) the last known shipment progress still says "Label Created 04/07/2020 - 4:40 P.M. United States". I have tried to call and their automated machine says they cannot take calls due to overwhelming flow, the chat is not available, and I've sent 2 emails with no response after 48 hrs. There is no way to contact them and see what's going on with the shipment.

I just want them to send the product I ordered and paid for already.

I am satisfied with the response. It just kind if sucked because we were expecting it for the pandemic and the shipping that was shown wasnt true. But understandable.

I placed an order on March 19, 2020 with an expected delivery between April 6 - April 10 2020. It is now a week past delivery window.

I only received half my order!
I ordered some hand sanitizer on 4/5/20 for a total of $131.97. But I've only received half my order. I got my 8 bottles but I'm still missing my 1 gallon. I've tried emailing them 3 times and called at least 5 times. Every attempt received no answer. When I got the first package, there was no receipt saying my other item was going to be shipped later. There has been no status updates or correspondence. I paid $59.99 for the gallon of hand sanitizer and my card was already charged. It said on their website at the time I purchased that it is "in stock" and all "in stock" items ship within 48 hours. The shipment email from them listed both the small bottles and the gallon in the description. It appeared as though all my items were in one shipment.
I noticed that a lot of other customers have had similar issues and since they don't respond to anything, I've decided to take this to the Revdex.com.
