Billed for an ordered product on 4/6/2020 and it was never shipped. Art Naturals will not respond and UPS indicates package never sent.
I purchased an order from Art Naturals on 4/6/2020. They "gauranteed" shipping in 48 hours. On 4/8/2020 I received a notice that a label was created for shipping. However, the product was never shipped and never sent to UPS for shipping. I followed up with Art Naturals on 4/14/2020, 4/17/2020 and 4/18/2020 to inquire about when I can expect to receive my shipment. Art Naturals has never responded to any of my inquiries. There is no update since the label was created and UPS confirmed that they have never received the package from Art Naturals for shipping. I attempted to file a claim with UPS but could not do so because Art Naturals has never sent the product to UPS for shipping.

Desired Outcome

I want my product to actually be shipped and proof of shipping, or I want a full refund from Art Naturals.

I have placed an order on April 6th, 2020, order # XXXXXXXXXX, charged for $65.69, PayPal.On 4/9/20 I got an email from art naturals stating that my order was shipped and a tracking number was provided. UPS Tracking number : *** still states "shipment ready for UPS" therefore was never received by UPS even though the email received from Art Naturals on 4/9/20 states item was shipped. Item: Unscented hand sanitizer - 1 Gallon, sku# ***, for $59.99, $65.69 with tax. I have sent emails(on April 16th and April 18th ) and called Art Naturals and got no answer. At this point I would like to receive a refund if they are unable to fulfill my order. Thank you.

After I filed the complaint I received the item in the mail. I did email Revdex.com about it but did not get an answer back as you probably did not get my email.
I have also received the company email about the refund and I email them back asking that they do not refund because I did receive the item later.

I ordered online order# XXXXXXXXXX on April 13th. I never received it and the money was drawn from my credit card. Can't get in touch with them

ordered hand sanitizer (12 pack) on 4/13 online from Artnaturals hand sanitizer it was $104.98 which I paid through my paypal acct.. The order# is XXXXXXXXXX. I never received the order and on their site they stated it would be delivered in 48 hours and I tried calling no one answers and I emailed them and got no response. I saw the charge was taken from my credit card. I want to know if I'm ever going to get the product or refund the money back onto my credit card if they can't produce the product to me.

I haven't received product and no response when called or emailed
I haven't received the product I ordered. I've called them and the recording says they are NOT taking calls, so Ive been emailing and I'm on my fifth email without a response, I would like a refund at this point

Partial order rcvd. Unable to reach Artnaturals via 2 different ph numbers and/or 2 different emails. I want a refund for the 2 gallons not received
I placed my very first order with Artnaturals on 4/11/20 for 2 gallons and 4 bottles of the hand sanitizer.
On 4/19/20, only part of the order was delivered. I only received 1 package of the hand sanitizer bottles. I did not receive the 2 gallons that were included in the order. The UPS tracking number was ***.
I called UPS and they say package was delivered which only part was. I tried to call the phone number for Artnaturals on their website and it said they were too busy to talk to anyone and to email.
The UPS tracking number provided was ***.
The phone number I called was XXX-XXX-XXXX. I also sent 2 emails on 4/17/20 with no reply back per the email referenced on their website to ***

I do not see another tracking number on the order.

I requested a reply back via email or phone call with no reply received back. I want to be refunded for the purchase of the 2 gallons of hand sanitizer for the amount paid $119.98.

I also sent an email ***as listed as the merchant email on PayPal. I also tried calling XXX-XXX-XXXX as referenced on PayPal site and I was unable to leave a voicemail as the inbox was full.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for the price paid for the 2 gallons I did not receive from the order in the amount of $119.98.

Where is my order? I would prefer a refund at this point!
I ordered some hand sanitizer before March 15, which according to the voicemail message that you hear when calling their customer service #, should have been shipped by now. I did receive a tracking # several weeks ago, but since then it has only shown "Label Created". I understand there is an extremely high demand for hand sanitizer right now, but I have ordered from many different websites including Amazon (which I noticed also sells Art Naturals hand sanitizer) and have had no issues receiving my packages in a timely manner. I have emailed the company asking for status update of my order, wanting to know if it was even shipped at all. I have been asking for a refund. No response. If the company reads this, I would just rather have a full refund please! At this point, I can get hand sanitizer somewhere else, without waiting over a month!

I was given a full refund and finally received my order.

Company states on website they have hand sanitizer in stock. Placed an order and product was not shipped. Consumer charged.

Refund processed

No product, no update but they charged me, no responses via phone or email
Order 4/X: XXXXXXXXXX, they have billed my credit card for $599.90, and they provided a tracking UPS # ***. I waited a week, and looked daily at the tracking history and it has not moved from a "label printed". I have attempted to call every day, and companies phone is not taking messages or active operator. I have emailed them 5 times with no response and the web site states they would respond next day. I checked my account by entering my account name and password and in "under orders" it states I have nothing on order. I wanted to cancel my order and you can not fill in this request, so I am left with NO Product; NO Response but they billed me with no ability to get refunded so I can purchase my product elsewhere. Their pricing on this hand sanitizer was also inflated but it is a need product. I just want to be updated or refunded so I can purchase elsewhere.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund or an option of delivery date with option to cancel if not acceptable. There website shows shipping within 5 days in the United States.

Yes, I did receive the final shipment over a course of 1 week. complete. Communication could of been better.

I ordered 3 packs of 2 bottles...a total of 6 bottles. I paid $59.94....

They emailed me Saturday the 9th and said they would refund the total amount...they haven't yet but I know it will take a few days....thank you so much

I ordered hand sanitizer 4/9, listed as in stock. It shipped but never given to UPS. Reached out to CS twice for status update or refund. No response.
I placed an order for one gallon of hand sanitizer on 4/9/20 SKU ***. The item was listed as in stock and ready to ship within 48 hrs. Order confirmation #XXXXXXXXXX for the amount of $59.99 charged to my credit card. I received a shipping notification email on 4/10 giving me two numbers, shipment number XXXXXXXXX and UPS tracking number ***. The tracking number issued never registered any activity, it didn't appear that a prepared order was actually given to UPS for transport. I emailed Artnaturals customer service on both 4/16 and 4/17 asking for an update and stating I was submitting a complaint through Revdex.com. I have yet to receive a response.

I want a refund for the purchase or the product to be sent. I ordered this product for my parents, they are older and high risk. The purchase was important to me. Very disappointed and feel that I allowed myself to be scammed.

I entered my address and their automatic system entered the wrong house #. Tried to contact and no response
I placed an order after being recommended from a co worker. This has to be the worst customer service ever! I ordered 8 bottles of hand sanitizer on 4/17/19. I made a small error in the order process. Tried to contact them, they state they are not receiving calls to send an email instead. I've sent 4 emails to get this resolved and never got a response including the day I ordered it. This is truly disgusting and disappointing. The order number is XXXXXXXXXX.

I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer March, 2020, one had leaked. I was told I would get replacement, didn't get it. Told I'd get refund, but didn't
I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer in March 2020. When they arrived, one had leaked in the thin envelope they arrived in. I contacted them on Facebook, someone said I would get a replacement. I didn't get it. I emailed them a few times. Last time I tried email came back undeliverable. Finally weeks later someone emailed me on April 9 saying I would get a refund within 7 to 10 business days for $25.97, I never got it. Order no. XXXXXXXXXX. I also got a credit memo same day saying I would get a refund. Credit memo #XXXXXXXXX. I would like a refund from this company. So many others have complained about them on Facebook.

I verified with my bank that I have NOT received my refund of $25.97. On Facebook so many others have complained about this company and at least one told me same thing happened to her - she was told she would get a refund but didn't.

I want to return the items purchased and receive a refund. They will not respond to my emails or answer their phone.
Due the lack of hand sanitizers to buy anywhere during the Covid19 pandemic and I am a health care provider, I made a purchase of 4 hand sanitizers and a $5.00 gift card on April 2nd 2020 from Art Naturals. I paid $9.98 each for an 8 oz bottle with my bill totaling $43.98. I was desperate to protect myself and my client, (he doesn't have any at his house and he is a quadriplegic) The sanitizer did arrive but there was no receipt or return label inside the box and the return address said Virgin Scent, Inc. Fortunately I had found some 8 oz sanitizer at my local Dollar Tree and bought 4 for $4.00 so I no longer needed the Art Natural ones I purchased. Their website states that the return policy is 30 days and satisfaction is guaranteed. I called the number over several days and only received a recorded statement saying there was an influx of calls and to email them. I have since emailed them 3 times and have had no response whatsoever. I called my bank and they said I needed to contact the company or the Revdex.com to help me send the items back for a refund. I am worried now that the 30 day return window will pass and they will deny me a refund. Also, I had been to Walmart yesterday and to my shock, they had the exact same product in the exact same size for $4.00!! I had been charged $9.98 for each one and I believe I have been taken advantage of and they price gauged the products I bought directly from them!! I am so distressed and upset that they charged me so much more! Please help me return these items and get a full refund. I have since seen reviews on this company and realized that I have been taken advantage of and they are not an honest company. My order number is: XXXXXXXXXX.

I never received a refund from this company. They have a pic from their company that a refund was processed (my account information was not there). I checked my account and no refund. If you check, this company has blatantly lied about refunding consumers. I need proof from the company of the card number they are placing my refund.

I received a refund

Their website says artnaturals.com, but they are also known as Virgin Scent Inc.

I bought hand sanitizer from them on April 11, 2020 and it said on their website it would be shipped in the USA in 48 hours. These people people will not respond to numerous emails or phone calls. Avoid them. DO NOT BUY from them. They are a SCAM. *** I want a refund NOW ***. I want money refunded. Where's my MONEY? !!!!!!!

Company shorted order, they don't respond to email or phone requests, their sanitizer smells horrible, keep away from this company.

Due to the high volume of orders, we have experienced a backlog in our shipment process and response time.
Although scent-free, please keep in mind that the product is made with Aloe Vera gel, Jojoba oil, and alcohol, to some degree, there will still be some scent in the product.

Like many, this has the been the single most negative, frustrating, energy consuming online shopping experience I have ever had... and I have been shopping online for personal & business needs daily for years! I ordered the product (1 gallon UNSCENTED hand sanitizer) on 04/06/2020 BECAUSE of the promise by ArtNaturals to ship this IN STOCK item within 48 hours. My credit card was charged the next day (2 days before being notified by ArtNaturals that the item had shipped. ) They created a label via UPS and never scheduled pickup. You will find countless people experiencing the same (and worse) who are reporting them to the Attorney General, Revdex.com, FTC, UPS, POLICE, etc... So after MANY attempts to receive an email response from ArtNaturals (they are responding to NO one and their OUTDATED, outgoing message on their phone system says email them) I began action for a full refund. SUDDENLY the item shipped (weeks late) without a word from the company. I believe that this all may be in violation of FTC standards. I was ready to forget about all of this and move on until I opened the container. This 'unscented' product has a FOUL ODOR... JUST HORRIBLE... and no detectable alcohol smell. I KNOW hand sanitizers. I worked for hospitals for 25 years!! I now see MANY similar reports about the smell in reviews. I have washed my hands twice and still smell the odor. I cannot/will not trust this on my body. If I had the time & money, I would have it evaluated by a lab. I WANT A FULL REFUND AND I WANT THIS COMPANY TO BE INVESTIGATED.... AS DO MANY OTHERS!!! The Revdex.com even has a consumer alert attached to this account now. Please believe it. I have never taken the time to write a negative review... ever... I am taking the time to save others from experiencing more frustration than we are already enduring with this pandemic. ANYone taking advantage of the situation, profiting from it, then totally ignoring their customers AFTER taking their money should be shut down.

I am STUNNED that Artnaturals CONTINUES to disregard what their customers are telling them about this bad batch of hand sanitizer. As noted in my original negative review, I KNOW HAND SANITIZERS. I was a hospital employee for over 20 years. Please stop responding to us as if we are mns! You are not LISTENING! I have taken a tremendous amount of precious time directly communicating with your CEO (Joseph) and your support staff, advising that you need to check quality control over the hand sanitizer. LISTEN to the customers who have purchased your unscented product before. They are TELLING YOU that this is different.... and UNACCEPTABLE. At best, it smells like tainted tea tree oil mixed with some unusual form of alcohol. I have purchased no less than 50 different forms of unscented hand sanitizer over the years. The smell that your customers are TRYING to report to you is NOT remotely typical or acceptable. I will again write to your CEO, because you are CLEARLY not accepting the obvious reality that ATYPICAL Artnaturals product is out there... and your customers are livid that you continue to say the same thing about it being the scent of alcohol and jojoba. We know that it is not. Please, for your own sake, and the sake of your customers, figure this out! And own up to the bad batch. That's all people are asking you to do...
