Placed an order 3/9 still have not received it. I've attempted in EVERY way possible to contact them and it's IMPOSSIBLE. They are price gouging products and taking advantage of people that need the product to potentially save their LIFE. It's not right.

After 35 days of emails, calls, and Facebook messages to this company, with ZERO response, I've had to resort to disputing my credit card charge and hopefully alerting others to this scamming company here on Revdex.com. In a time that this world is suffering the most (COVID-19) this predator company is preying on the sick and weak. It's disgusting and the owner of this company who is parading around on Facebook videos like he's the Tiger King's boyfriend, showing off his fake inventory and distribution of hand sanitizer, should be thrown in jail. There are sick and dying people out there and this guy is a flat out criminal with zero life.

Has not shipped my order from 3/17 while others have purchased weeks after me and have received. No one answers calls, nor facebook. Emails all bounce back and those that didnt were never responded to. Provided tracking March 31 but no carrier is actually in receipt of the package.

Unfortunatelly, once the order left our warehouse we are not able to move it or do more than provide you the tracking information, the delayes with some orders are due to the situation living, but we can assure you that even a delayed might exist you will get your product, a replacement for it, or we will issue a refund for the order

That's interesting. Tell me more about how you would know it was delayed when it was impossible to get ahold of you. Additionally, a backlog would occur when you don't ship products in the order that they were received- in this case, I know for a fact people had ordered and received their products within a week, after I had still been waiting for 3 weeks. If you cannot fulfill your orders as promised then it is your responsibility as a company to 86 that product until you have caught up. While this was going on, you had created more Facebook videos advertising your product that you were unable to fulfill in a timely fashion.
Never receive my item even through I was billed. I attempted to contact company through email and PayPal. No response.

They took my money on 3/9 for an order placed that day. I received an email later that day saying it had been shipped. I understand things are hectic due to Covid19, so I waited a bit to email and ask. I was told:
If you placed an order before March 16th, your order process has started and will leave our facility by March 25th. Orders placed after that date are now pending March 31st.
As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Your package will ship overnight on that date and we are trying to even get them out earlier than promised.". My order was well before the 16th. I still have not received my order and they will not return any attempts to communicate with them. I'm a cancer survivorsurvivor-I would've taken my money elsewhere to get hand sanitizer. Now it's too late. I would at least like a refund.

I placed an order on 3/12 and received a tracking email on 3/18 but it has yet to arrive at UPS I have sent 3 emails and received no response.
I placed an order on 3/12 (Order #: ***) using my Chase credit card and received a tracking email on 3/18 (Tracking #: ***) but it has yet to arrive at UPS. The status says UPS is still waiting for the package to arrive and that a label has only been created on 3/17. I have sent 3 emails and received no response besides one automated response. I sent emails on 3/21, 3/26, and 3/27. I also tried calling on 3/27 and they are not accepting phone calls and I couldn't leave a message. The product details are; Unscented hand sanitizer - 4 pack *** I paid *** after a discount and shipping.

That is the same response that I finally got from them after 2 months of waiting to hear from them. My credit card company has already refunded me so I will make sure and watch that the refund actually processes from them. I don't think I will ever actually receive the product as the shipping status still has not updated and says it is on its way to the UPS facility since 3/17/2020.
Ordered *** of UNSCENTED hand sanitizer due to allergies; was sent LAVENDER. No response from the company after repeated attempts to contact.
On March 13, 2020 I ordered eight (8) bottles of UNSCENTED hand sanitizer from Art Naturals, at a cost of *** I cannot use ANY scented products due to severe allergies, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The company's website said the product would be back in stock and would ship on 3/17/20. When my order arrived, it was LAVENDER SCENTED.
Poor packaging had caused one of the bottles to leak, so the lavender scented product got on my hands, setting off a brain-chemical attack. It took three long scrubbings to get the smell off my hands; by then my brain was in meltdown. I was so desperate for my unscented hand sanitizer I immediately tried calling the company but got a RECORDING saying they weren't taking any calls due to the COVID crisis, and that "If you placed an order before March 16th, your order process has started and will leave our facility by March 25th. Orders placed after that date are now pending March 31st." Furious, I emailed them; see attached.
I work in a critical business (medical equipment manufacturer) and NEED hand sanitizer on a constant basis. My emails were not answered, nor could I reach anyone by phone. I tried their Facebook page, only to find that countless other customers are also complaining, many with the same problem: allergic to scents and they were shipped lavender instead of unscented. ***
I have received no response to my post on their Facebook page. I sent them an email through PayPal requesting a refund but have not had any response.
During the current COVID-19 pandemic crisis, I understand that a company that makes hand sanitizer would be scrambling to fulfill orders. After MONTHS of waiting, and multiple attempts to contact the company, including via PayPal and the Revdex.com, Art Naturals FINALLY gave me a refund. I will not say I am "satisfied" with the situation, as it took enormous time, energy, and effort. It is clear from the company's lack of response and their attitude that they do not care about customers. I will never do business with them again.
Order not received, false information on website
On 3/11/2020, I placed an order for hand sanitizer. In RED BOLD lettering on the website it claims the product was in stock. I paid for expedited shipping for the product. I later learned that the delivery date would be 3/25. As per the information currently on the website (as of 3/30) as well as the information in the recording when you call the business the order should have been shipped. The verbage on the website and recording is that orders placed before 3/16 shipped 3/25 and you will get a shipping confirmationthis would include my order. I contacted the business via phone (no one answeredas the recording states that they are too busy to answer the phone) and emailed the company for more information on my order on Friday 3/26/2020. I have not received a response so I contacted them again. According to the information that they are posting on their website my order should have shipped and I should have received it due to paying for expedited shipping.
I would like my order to be processed and shipped as well as some form of compensation due to false advertising and refund issued for expedited shipping costs.

Defective product with no response from company
Ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer March 13. The order was received March 21 with 1 bottle ok, the other bottle had the cover off and had completely leaked empty. I emailed them March 21 and 23 with no response. I called March 23 and 24 with no answer. Their Facebook page is full of the same complaints. I did not pay *** for 1 bottle.
At this point I am requesting a refund of the 2nd bottle *** that was received empty and half of the shipping charge

After calling and emailing the company regarding the defective product, it took me contacting the Revdex.com to receive a refund.
Shipment due date supposed to be 3/25/20. Still no shipment confirmation. No responses to emails, not able to contact customer service
I placed a purchase of 14 unscented hand sanitizers SKU -*** on this website for a total of *** on 3/12/20, order #***. The website states that orders placed before 3/16 would be shipped on 3/25. Confirmation of purchase email states the date as well and states a shipping email will be sent. It has not been sent yet as of today. I have sent emails asking about the shipment and have not received a reply. They only have a recording on the phone number on their site and not able to leave any voicemails. On the phone recording, the same message is left, stating the 3/25 shipping date for orders placed before 3/16. I paid using my VISA.
I would like to either receive the items I purchased within the business week or be refunded immediately. Also, them to make false promises. I placed the order for our non-profit agency who is still working with Developmentally Disabled adults during the Covid-19 and rely on protective gear such as hand sanitizers.

Items were damaged and UPS discarded them. I never recieved them. Sender does not answer emails nor calls.Would like a refund of $25.97.

Art Naturals finally refunded my money for the order I placed in March 2020 and during shipment UPS had to discardcit due to poor packing. I never received item. After numerous attempts to contact them unsuccessfully, I did receive an email indicating a refund. I received it June 1, 2020.
