Company charged me for purchase that was already cancelled by them several days prior
Cancelled Amazon order with this company and they confirmed the cancellation on Wednesday March 11th via email. On Saturday March 14th at 12 AM they charged my credit card! Totally unethical!

Desired Outcome

The attempt to charge my debit card cause several of my transactions to fail.

Received broken bottles of hand sanitizer the company literally will not respond to your emails and just sends you an automated response that they're busy and will hang up on you if you try to call their Customer service line. Avoid this company they're just out to make a quick book on the current shortage of hand sanitizer with horrible quality control.

On March 10th I placed an expedited product order for a total of *** It was to be delivered by March 12th. They will not respond to my contacts.
On March 10th I placed an expedited order, *** for two packs of hand sanitizer for a total of *** for the product plus *** for expedited shipping plus *** tax. It was supposed to be delivered by March 12th. I have sent them a dozen emails with no response. I have called them a least two dozen times. They do not answer their phones and their message mailbox is always full.

I paid with my debit card from *** Bank. Today is March 14th and still no delivery and no response.

Desired Outcome

If they will deliver the purchased product, I will accept it. Otherwise, I want a full refund.

No one answers the phone, there is no one available to chat and none of my emails have been replied to. There are hundreds of comments on their facebook page, people accusing Art Naturals of scamming people, charging credit cards the day order is placed and no one replies to emails, no one picks up the phone provided on their website and no order has been processed in over a month. Seems Art Natural is charging credit cards and never fulfill orders, Please see the links to their website and facebook below. Please have them ship the order asap or refund it. Thanks

Price gouging - Hand sanitizer prices went from $4 a bottle to $10 for basically same amount once they realized the need. This is horrific to do to people in need in a pandemic. Their trying to profit off a pandemic shut little rally shut them down. Sad I ever bought anything from this company in normal times since they have zero character or morality.

I placed an order 6 days ago, paid extra for 2 day shipping, never heard back. Tried to cancel order, no response to 5 emails, not taking calls either

Placed an order for hand sanitizer on March 11, 2020. I paid extra for two day shipping. Never heard from the company. I returned to the website and it now said that Priority Mail orders would go out on the 25th of March. As this was not stated when I placed the order I opted to cancel the order. No response to my email. I started a claim through PayPal and have contacted them several times via email and have had no response. Their website gives instructions on how to cancel orders and it involves either emailing them or calling. I called, as I emailed several times, and it went to an outgoing message. ***. The outgoing message stated that due to high call volume that they were not taking calls. So, I have no way to cancel the order via phone and they are not responding to my emails. My concern is that they will ignore my requests to cancel and then either won't allow me to get a refund or it will cost me extra to ship the items back. All I want to do is cancel the order and they won't allow me to and that is unethical considering that they are not adhering to the procedures for canceling an order, as listed on their website.

I would like to have the company refund my money immediately, including payment for the items and the payment I made for shipping costs.

ArtsNatural Refused to cancel order when submitted on Amazon.
I ordered Artsnaturals Hand Sanitizer Gel Alcohol 4 pk for *** from Amazon. It was listed as a Amazon Prime purchase not third party vendor. After submitting request for purchase, I found that I no longer needed the item and requested to cancel the purchase. Amazon said that I had to go to the vendor but the vendor's page said that the order has not been processed and I should go back to Amazon to cancel. I contacted Amazon who told me to contact the vendor, which I did. They, in turn, send me a email that made so sense and basically ignored my request. I went back to Amazon and they then told me that they could help me. With all the run around between Amazon and the vendor, they have shipped the items that could have been cancelled by the vendor if they weren't so greedy! I want to know how to go about returning the items to receive my refund and to alert others to this company that I don't believe exist and is very shady. This all could have been resolved by cancelling the order but they are taking advantage of the COVID19 issues.

Cancellation request, no customer service available by phone or email. Requesting refund.
I had placed my order on 3/13/20, attempted to called several times for a delivery date there was no answer. When I called ArtNaturals saturday 3/14/20 the phone number only ringed then went to a recording stating they could not take my call. This was stated on 10 calls to their business. On Tuesday, the phone# stated "due to the high call volume no calls will be taken and gave notice of shipment for orders placed by 3/16." I've emailed Sat. & Tuesday to request cancellation of this order and have not received a response back. I really need help reaching this company to cancel this order and receive a refund. I was able to find the product locally. If ArtNaturals hadn't been registered with the Revdex.com.org I would of thought they were a fraud/fake business capitalizing on a need in the country. I do not trust their customer service to provide any help due to their unresponsiveness.

I made an order through the site. They took the money out of my account and I haven't even received a confirmation on my order.
I ordered 24 oils throught their site. I have my order number but never recieved an email confirmation. I then seen they took money from my card but still no confirmation with my order. When calling them it just rings and rings and emails are never answere . I just want to know what's going on with my order

I placed an order online with this company on February 17th 2020 and didn't receive my items I want my money back.
I went online February 17, 2020 And placed an order with this company, artnaturals, they Immediately took the money out of my bank account as I paid with my debit card the total came up to $53.98. I was provided an order number *** . I was supposed to receive a confirmation email at *** Letting me know that my items have shipped and at that time is when they were supposed to withdraw the money but instead they did not send me any email and took the money out of my bank account on February 18, 2020 . On my bank statement the name shows up as virgin scent inc. I have not received a confirmation email letting me know that my items have been shipped or even letting me know that they have received the order I placed. This scam company has taken my money and have not sent me my items. I sent numerous emails to *** which they have ignored, I have reached out to them numerous times to get this rectified on social media also ignored, and have tried contacting them as well at *** which no one ever answers ! I want my money back in my bank account totaling $53.98!

I am getting the run around in trying to return an item
I ordered a difffuser for my daughter for Christmas. It was too big for her nightstand so I wanted to return it. There was no paperwork in the original box so I looked on my artnaturals account and there were no return instructions or an address to send the item back. I called numerous times and no one ever answered and when trying to leave a voicmail I was unable because the mailbox was full. I emailed them on 1/10 and finally recieved a reply on 1/22 asking why I was returning it. On 1/23 they said I would have to ship it back so would I keep it with a 20% dicount. I declined and asked for the address to ship it back. On 1/29 I received a reply that I can keep the item with a 70% discount. I replied yes just process the 70% refund just to be done with them. No refund yet. I sent another email 2/3 with no reply and not sure what else to do. Very dissappointed as my daughter orders all the time and never had any issues but she never returned anything

NO ITEMS RECEIVED FROM THE STORE, BUT THEY CLAIMED THEY ALREADY DELIVERED.
I did not receive the item but the store said items were left in the front door. On the day of their delivery, someone was in the house but no one heard any door bell at all. If the items were left there anyone of us could just have heard it or probably seen the item.

I tried to reach the store before New year to follow -up and after New year but no one answering their store. Store replied on my first email and asked me to check with the courier about the package. The delivery was arranged by them through shipment (***), I should be the one asking them to coordinate with courier. When I replied to their email and told them I did not receive the item, they just close my case and now they are no longer responding to any of my subsequent emails.

Also, the customer service hotline published in their websites including their social accounts are seems not working too. It is very disappointing to experience this kind of hassles, I really regret placing an order with them. I hope this complaint reach the store and provide me a full refund.

They have failed to honor year warranty
I ordered a Himalayan salt lamp/diffuser via a third-party company who sells naturals products on Amazon. I received the product 2019 it was still sealed from the manufacture company with plastic. When I unboxed salt lamp diffuser I noticed a small superficial crack on the side I wasn't going to make a big deal about it because it didn't look deep or anything so I wasn't concerned about the crack. over the course of the next five weeks I noticed the output of the diffuser oil's coming out Less and less I picked up the well That holds the water and the electronic component that was under it was falling apart cracked all over the place And since then it has stopped working as a diffuser and still works. I reached out to Art naturals via phone on 9/14 I left messages then on the next Friday 9/21 and again on 9/23 none of my phone calls were returned I finally sent a message via email about my defective product and receive correspondence back and was told that basically I need to reach out to the third-party seller that it wasn't their problem basically I believe this is wrong this is clearly a defective issue they clearly state on their warranty card if you're having trouble with your product no problem they have a one-year warranty it doesn't say anything about buying your product from a third-party seller they have yet to resolve this issue I reached out to them multiple times and I've got nothing but the runaround from the woman messaging me me back.

Placed order 29 May. Have not received nor have I gotten a response from numerous emails.
I used to get this product from Amazon on subscribe & save. I learned from Amazon that this product was no longer available and thus, my order was cancelled. I LOVE this Himalayan sea salt scrub. I subsequently found them in the web and placed my order. PayPal is showing receipt of my order and out of $31.99 on 29 May. UPS has the package "waiting for pick up". I've sent numerous emails and have finally escalated my issue to PayPal as I have never received a response as to my order or a refund. I'm disappointed as I do love this product. I'm searching for a replacement as I can't work with a company that takes my money before shipping and then never responds to me.

After looking into this we contact the customer to resolve and see how this could happen. We learned customer emails were not received because of an incorrect email address. We have refunded the customer in full and will be having this order replaced at no additional cost.

I ordered MCT Oil on Feb 9th Feb 17th and Feb 28th I never received the product. it was returned back to the seller as damaged.
I ordered MCT OIL on Feb 9th Feb 17th and then Feb 28th 2019 I received one MCT OIL and the other two MCT OIL I never received. It said in my email that it was returned back to the seller as damaged. I sent several emails to the seller and also Amazon asking for my product or a refund and no answer from the seller or Amazon. I went to the bank to dispute and the seller would not give me my my money back.

Customer Service Ignores Me By Email And Phone Call. Product Is Defective
I purchased a brand new artnaturals diffuser, brand new and sealed in the box from ebay on March 19th 2019, It is now May 8th 2019 and my product has stopped working. I've tried to contact the artnaturals customer service by phone but they never pick up. The phone rings over and over. I also tried emailing them and they never respond. I emailed them pictures of the broken product In hopes of getting a replacement for their faulty product but no response. I even tried to contact them on facebook and instagram but they read my messages and then ignore me. This is really upsetting

After requesting order information from consumer, she did not respond. We then received social media post messages in which we tried to resolve however P. *** was not cooperating. A second email was sent from P. *** on Tue, 7 May 2019 at 12:54 PM with a different inquiry in which we have responded requesting information to proceed with resolving the issue however we have not heard back. Please see documents ***-*** 1 of our first contact with consumer and ***-*** 2 for second email send from consumer. Consumer is unwilling to cooperate and therefore we are unable to assist.

You're a liar because I talked to your manager *** through email and I was VERY responsive. Do you need me to provide proof for that so I can prove you wrong once again?

Customer service is all email generated. Have a warranty for their product and no response on replacement.
Purchase date DEC 2018 as a Christmas gift for my mother. Problem date FEB 2019 - NO replacements have been sent, cannot provide a tracking number after multiple attempts. Will be filing fraud with my bank for the purchase if not resolved.

The company provided a replacement in a smaller size than originally received. I have requested the same size that was received and was passed off to Amazon, saying Amazon sent the larger size because the smaller wasn't available at the time. I, as the customer, am not at fault if Amazon provided a larger size. What I expect is the this company to stand behind their product and their distributors to provide a replacement of the same size or value under warranty. I have contacted the Amazon seller for replacement and no longer wish to do business with ArtNaturals unless they can offer a refund on a warrantable, faulty product.

Item never delivered. Contacted via eBay where I got it and they told me to file claim with post office. I can't as the item was not insured by comp.
Item never delivered. Sent ups and then for some reason handed to my post office to deliver and I never got it. They send ups and then it goes to usps to deliver and I didn't get it. Contacted artnaturals via eBay and the rep *** gave me the USPS tracking and told me to file a claim. Her exact words. I tried and since artnaturals didn't insure I can't even do that. I'm tired of the *** and want my money back. They shipped without signature whe should have and NO INSURANCE and now I'm out money and item. Their mistake and lousy customer service to a long time customer who will never buy from them again.

On December 16th, I placed an order and it should have been delivered before Christmas as per business terms listed on invoice "Free (Est. 5 Business)..***
Package arrived crushed and AFTER Christmas. One of the content; Peppermint Oil 4 fl oz / 120 ml spilled in the the box due to too many items placed inside and box arrived crushed.
I immediately informed the company about this issue on 12/27 and I haven't from them yet. Their web site/email claims that a customer representative will get back to me within 48 hours of my inquiry. So far, no acknowledgment of this issue.

ArtNaturals does not fully respond to my inquiries and I cannot accept their resolution.
First, package did not arrive in a timely matter based on business terms specified on the invoice ("5 business days"). Content was intended as a Christmas present and it was delivered after the due date.
Second, content arrived leaking and its content spilled all over the box. In addition to the delay of the delivery, I could not give the other presents which were marked with oil spills.
I do value the quality of ArtNatural products and I was looking forward to be a long time customer with this company.
However, their customer service / resolution department did not address my original request(s) and did not replace entirely my order as original requested.

ArtNaturals did not fulfilled the order as per their business terms.
On December 16th 2017 (Saturday) I placed ***
On the actual invoice provided by this company, it stipulated that the order will be fulfilled by UPS Ground ("Estimated 5 business days delivery" which is actually written on the invoice.)
First Business Day = 12/18 (Monday)
Second Business Day = 12/19 (Tuesday)
Third Business Day = 12/20 (Wednesday)
Fourth Business Day = 12/21 (Thursday)
Fifth Business Day = 12/22 (Friday).
Since I ordered this gift for Christmas, I was expecting a delivery before Christmas (12/25) (like most all other vendors).

Second, one of the large bottle spilled all over the box . As a direct result, I did not have a gift for Christmas for the intended person + it could not be presented as a gift since the entire box was spoiled by oil stains.

On a separate note, I did receive the replacement for the leaking bottle but it's not commensurate to the damages that occurred during this transaction.

As per my original request, I would have been grateful to receive another similar order or a voucher for the value of the entire order for a future purchase.

I do recognize that incidents might occur but ArtNaturals must stand by the business terms of its own terms of conditions of sale.
