My son was in an accident, the paramedics who responded stood there and did nothing to help while his friends were seeing about himThey did not put a neck brace on him or even help him onto the stretcherThey were more concerned about what he was on (which was nothing) than helping himHe has fractures in his back and had emergency surgery to check for internal injuries

The original date of service was years agoHere are the things AMR has done wrong, and why this bill still shows as pending:
I was not sent the first bill until months after the date of serviceSince I only have months with my insurance to file a dispute, I could not dispute this bill because I received it so late
After numerous calls to their call center, I was finally able to talk to a managerThe manager said I will qualify for their financial welfare program, through which my bill will be waivedI gave them extra information as requested, mailed in everything as well as faxedAfter months, I just got a bill in mail and when I called back in, I was told I did not qualify for the program
After trying to contact them through social media, I was connected with another manager who gave me a 30% discount on the billI agreed to that and made the payment of remaining balance in sept
After months, I still got a bill in mailWhen I called and inquir
Taken by ambulance to the ER on 5/5/(insurance card provided to EMT upon arrival)Received bill on 6/6/stating that no insurance had been billedCalled customer service and provided insurance info againRep stated 30-for decision6/18/letter states again that my insurance cannot be billedCalled and provided insurance info again to rep "Rain." She stated 30-days for a decisionCalled on 8/2/to get update on insurance submissionAsked rep what insurance they were billing and I was told *** *** (haven't had that insurance in years)Gave insurance info againOn 9/6/18, I spoke with rep "August" who informed me that "info was put in but never uploaded for processingI will do that now."
I received services from them on 4/2/18; my insurance paid them, and according to my insurance company my copay amount was $102.29, which I have paid My insurance ruled that $of the total that they billed me for was "disallowed." I have received threatening letters/phone calls stating I owe them the additional amount I have sent a letter in writing on occasions with a copy of my EOB, highlighting what I owed, and what they cannot bill me for I continue to receive notification that they will submit my alleged balance to a collections agency
On September 18, I suffered a concussion due to a collision during a softball gameI was taken to the hospital via AMR ambulanceI provided the ambulance with my Insurance Card, just as I did the hospitalMy insurance was billed in January of The bill was sent without a diagnostics code and in return it was denied by my insurance company due to the error of AMRI realized that the bill had gone unpaid and re submitted the bill that AMR had sent meDue to the bill not having a diagnostics code it was again deniedOctober I found that my bill had been sent to a collections agency, because it had gone unpaidI called AMR and was able to have them reissue a bill and I was told that they would be pulling my account out of collections and to call back in two weeksI called back two weeks later and it had still not been removed from collections and that they would escalate it to their supervisor and to call back in hoursI called back today and spoke with someone w

The level of incompetence of the employees resulted in my account payment plan being canceled, and my account was being sent to collection I had a bad accident that resulted in thousands of dollars of medical bills despite my health insuranceI set up payment plans to manage these with my HSA accountI asked for clarification from the representatives I spoke with multiple times and asked for a supervisor in one of the first conversation to which I was told none were availableThis company also had my accident noted as automobile and it was not an auto accidentMy understanding was that my payment would be due by the 4th of each month and it took more than a month to get this set upI made payments 6/19, 7/5, 8/6, 9/10, and then called in on 10/to check on the account and considering paying off moreIt was my understanding that I was paying far in advance of the due date (first one being 7/4) and never once did a representative say anything about delinquent or late paymentsT
On the 22nd of March AMR transported me to a hospitalTwo weeks later I got a bill for $ The bill told me that I had to pay them by a certain date I called my primary health care insurance and they said they would work with AMR and pay the charges My primary health insurance paid AMR for all but $ I was told that was my responsibility I contact AMR and asked them to bill the $to Tricare After a VERY unprofessional conversation, where AMR told me that they would not bill Tricare, I called Tricare and was told once they received an invoice from my primary health insurance they would pay the $ I call AMR back and AMR agreed to bill Tricare Yesterday I received a bill from AMR stating that after several attempts at contacting me, I have until May to pay the $or they would go to a collection agency
I contacted AMR this morning and they admitted that they didn't submit an invoice and will not submit an invoice to Tricare I conta
