This was possibly the worst decision I’ve made to buy furniture from here. I ordered a bed set 12/12 and was told to allow 6-8 weeks ok fine. Well 8 weeks approach’s and I was told the trunk has been delayed and they don’t know when it’ll be there. I said ok this shouldn’t be more then two weeks correct and I was confirmed that it wouldn’t. I waited an additional 4 weeks before calling back to be told it would be there that Friday, called back that Friday and was told sorry it was delayed again won’t come in until Monday. So now I’m mad of course, I was given a $400 credit( which I wasn’t allowed to use but I’ll get to that) and the regional managers number. I gave her a call she upgraded me to a better bed set and I was told it’ll all be at my house that night. The delivery did not show up until 11:30 and a good bit of the upgraded furniture was not on the truck. I open the chest I had gotten and it didn’t have a top drawer. They then say we can get this out to you when you get back from vacation. So it comes we build the bet many many issues with it and the brace for the mirror are missing l. I send all the concerns to the regional manager pictures videos all of it. I go into the store and tell that manager what happened because the regional didn’t get back to me in the 15-20 minutes I was promised. That manager said what can I do to make this all right, I said well I have to furnish my house. There was a table a chair and bed set I still needed. I said can you comp the table and chair I’ll keep the damage upgrade bet set and still buy the other bed set. That manager said yea, but then the regional called him not me called him and told him no that’s not happening. So I called her she says to me there’s nothing wrong with that bed my frame is Crooked and that she’s never had some have the audacity to ask for that amount of free things. In response I said well ma’am you also said you never had someone wait 13 weeks for furniture. (Which still to this day they don’t have the furniture I purchased) so I said well fine I ll use my credit that I was promised and be done she in response says no that offer is off the table you can either have a refund and we will pick up the furniture or deal with it. I then ask for her bosses number he just was no help he said you can have 35% off your additional order. That was no help. The product is a liability. It has been awful. I should have been compensated for all of the wait time the issues and missing pieces. Absolutely horrible would not recommend. I also witnessed multiple other customers complaining and coming in for refunds because of multiple issues as well.

Company fails to tell.its customers that upon buying the furniture, that set up is not included with the $100 delivery fee. They did NOT deliver furniture that was scheduled for 3/4/19. After several times of telling them where I was located, they still did not arrive by close of the day. I received no call from the delivery team. Also, someone hung up on me, I wanted to advise them about the gate at that point. I stood outside to wait for them for 45minutes to make it easier for them to come through the gate. They simply did NOT show up. No one else called to reschedule for another day. The gates are open during business hours. I need the cash fee for delivery waived and my furniture delivered.
American Freight confirmed that this customer was delivered on 3/4 and has received all product.
On 02/27/2019 I purchased a couch at American Freight off *** Avenue in Jackson TN. Dave was the man who helped me which gave me great service. I purchased a “truffle” color couch and he went back to make sure he still had one in stock before we made the finaiazed purchase. after confirming he still had one I purchased the couch for a total over $1000. Originally before I bought the couch it was going to be delivered over the weekend and after purchase they couldn’t get deliwvery until 03/04/2019.
On 03/04/2019 I received a call asking if I had came and picked up the furniture I advised no. Then said would call me back after locating it. I received a call back stating they SOLD the couch I PAID for. I was a little upset but sent my mother to go look at a different one to replace since would be 2-3 weeks before I would get another! So we settled on another couch that was to be delivered today 03/04/2019.
As of 7:30 pm on 03/04/2019 I still had no couch I called the store to try to get confirmation it will be deliwvered tonight and they advised yes but had NO WAY to contact the deliwvery driver because it’s a 3rd party apparently and I don’t know who I have no number they don’t have their number to contact them so I have no way of knowing where my purchase is.
It is 9:00pm on 03/04/2019 still no phone call of deliwvery, still no couch in my house and no resolution of this matter.
American Freight confirms that this customers order was delivered to them on 3-7-19.

I purchased two sets of mattresses from this company and purchased the lifetime warranty as well. The box spring in the guest bedroom that is rarely used broke today so I called to inquire about my warranty. The gentleman I spoke with stated that I must've purchased prior to the beginning of last year as they had updated their system. I told him I didn't know the date as I assumed it would be in their system. He asked my number again and informed me that my warranty was only valid for a year from purchase date which was very misleading. When I purchased, I was informed that this was a lifetime warranty which covered anything, even stains etc. my mattresses and box springs are both in brand new condition and the broken one is from a guest room that is rarely occupied. I feel that the warranty was misleading and would like some sort of resolve for a replacement.

I purchased a 3 piece bedroom set about 3 weeks ago and it was delivered on 02/09/19 the delivery guys dropped the dresser and left a scratch on the bottom of the dresser & the panel at the bottom was damaged they also didn't attach the headboard to the rails so I called the store told them about the problem. The gentleman I spoke to said no problem he spoke with his warehouse manager who would come back out with a new dresser and he would also attach the headboard nobody showed up. I called the store back to let them know that the manager never called or showed up so he told me he would make sure I got the replacement dresser and the headboard would be attached well when the new dresser was delivered the delivery guys still claim they didn't have the right screws so I went back to the store on 18th to explain the issue one of the workers came out to my house that evening looked at the headboard and said he could attach the headboard but he would have to come back on 02/19/19 but he never showed up. I had my boyfriend to call on 02/20/19 and speak with someone about this issue and they assured him it would be fixed so I went into the store on 02/20/19 & picked out a new headboard because the other headboard the leg fell off and once again I was assured someone would come out on 02/23/19 and again nobody showed up and nobody called I'm tired of playing games with the store. I would like my $50 setup fee returned & I was promised a new headboard & paid an additional $25.78 because the new headboard was a different model I want what I paid for.
American Freight replaced the customers headboard. American Freight has also made several attempts to contact the customer to ensure everything else is in working order but has not received a response.
