My elderly father the customer has been waiting since July 26th when he paid in full for the furnitureIt is now October 6th and I just got off the phone with my father, he said no one has contacted him from the company to let him know anything!!! My sister and myself have both called the company on be half of our parents to no avail, thus the complaint , as far as her conversation with them I can't say, as for me I gave them the respect they gave meI am attaching a copy of the original receiptMy parents want the loves eat they purchased with cash to be delivered free of charge and they want a full refund of the the cash they spent because they have waited so longAccording to the responses from this company on the over complaints about delivery alone with the Revdex.com( as you know this company has had over complaints in the past years., the company says the products purchased if not delivered in days will be fully refundedIt has clearly been more than days!!!
Customer placed a Revdex.com complaint because claim on chair approved but its been months to get merchandise Spoke with her, we will swap out for free when in with in with 12/23, both pieces of furniture
This customer purchased on March 7th and paid in full, American Freight had given her a $discount She set up delivery for a week and half later When our delivery people came to her residence she told them to come back a couple hours later, they did and she asked them to come back the next day Our delivery crew came back the next day and she told them "SHE WAS TOO BUSY" for this delivery Our delivery crew brought her purchase back to the store and we never heard from her until now asking for a refund She told our Regional Manager that she had gone to Pennsylvania for a while and had come back and now wants a refund stating she is homeless She became combative with our Regional Manager and because she would not listen to reason that all our receipts say "our sales are final" and there are signs above all our counters stating this policy....she became more aggressive and Regional Manager had to let go of her callThis customer's mother called into the corporate office and became belligerent so her call was referred to myself I told her mother that I needed to speak to the person on the receipt and her mother became foul so I let go of the call Minutes later Ms [redacted] called Ms [redacted] called our corporate office over a dozen times I spoke to Ms [redacted] and tried to explain our policy and she became defiant so aggressively I let go of the call also No one here including myself was anything but hateful....all of us felt extremely disrespected by her behavior and had to put her in our voice mails to make her stop calling!!HERE IS WHAT WAS EXPLAIN TO MS***:Our Sales are FinalShe has options, she can get her furniture delivered (WHICH HAS BEEN HELD FOR HER SINCE MARCH), she can use the money for a reselection to anything else in the store or use as a store credit OUR SALES ARE FINAL, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND!On the contrary...ALL OF US TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THIS CUSTOMER THE AMERICAN FREIGHT POLICY BUT CUSTOMER WOULD NOT LISTEN; CUSTOMER WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ANY REASONING SO HER CALLS WERE LET GOThese two call our corporate office over a dozen times being belligerent and plainly rude Our sales are final, this is stated on all the receipts and signs above all our counters This customer purchased in March and was told it would take some time for the other pieces to come in Customer stated she wanted to wait and pick up the pieces ALL TOGETHER This customer told our Regional Manager that she went to Pennsylvania for awhile came back and now does not want the furniture and now claims she is homeless to heighten the plea for the claim of a refund
The money was never refunded to my cardI contacted the bank who states that it should not take longer than days for the money to appear back on my cardIt has now been daysThe bank does not show any refund pending or in processPlease see attached bogus receipt from American FreightThe "receipt" that the store provided me nowhere shows the last digits of the card that the money was credited toIt also has other errors on itIt shows there was a store credit the same day and then the store credit was taken backAt the bottom of the "receipt" it shows a layaway balance of $which is incorrectI have no layaway balanceI believe that this isn't a receipt, but some kind of word doc that they're just typing information into and trying to pass it as a receipt to once again rip me offIf this isn't resolved within the next week I will be filing a lawsuit in order to get my money back
I put a layaway in on 7/17/15.After the intial $deposit The total was $The original delivery date was set for 10/11/I called and cancelled the delivery on the morning of 10/11/,but I went into the store and I made a payment of $1,My new Balance was $1, On Thursday 5/19/I called to find out my balance and set up a new delivery dateI was told my items had been delivered on 12/16/Furious, I asked where the items had been delivered. The associate then says ,"Oh ,I see you took the money off the bedroom, living room and dinette and put it on mattresses and you picked them up 12/16/I said sir, you've obviously given my things to the wrong person, how did you allow someone to make account changes AND "pick it up" without them showing proper identification? He nonchalantly told me to come in the next day and the Store manager Damon B [redacted] would be able to show me the tape,and the signature abd resolve the issueI asked for the regional
Nathan our Regional Manager called and spoke to the customer after leaving a voicemail which was returned We do offer several options in the 7pc package and have them in the store for purchase She purchased a sofa that wasn't included in the package and expected the tables and lamps at no cost because of confusion on the ad Upon reaching her after her complaint, we offered the customer the pierce tables at not cost she didn't agree or disagree and stated that she would be in touch

I have been waiting for days past my verbal delivery dateCan not tell me when my product will be deliveredI called and was told I could cancel on 7/7/by Cedric and now a Brenton will not honor Cedric's word and will not void or cancel my contract Product_Or_Service: Bed
American Freight has compensated this customer already This inconvenience by the sub contracting delivery crew must be addressed with themThere will be no more compensation by American Freight!
First of all if you listen to the "recorded " call I did not hang up on himI was up to my neck in dirt and digging up my garden due to slugsHad simply come in to get a paper towel when the phone rang and furthermore I will call [redacted] back if you'd like, been waiting for his return call to inspect underside of the mattress which I cannot possibly see because I cannot lift it and it was delivered wet.AlsoAll this time you thought I sent pictures of the second/ replacement mattress ? The replacement mattress that I called and texted you and the Dist Mgr about within in hours when it was delivered wet? You have been fighting this issue thinking that the mold pictures were of the second mattress and wont do anything about it? You are sick and lousy people!! You are below skank and sm!!!! To think that you would not replace a moldy mattress from your warehouse is simply beyond comprehension!! No refunds?? No replacements?? You thought the pictures were of the second mattress set and WOULDNT cooperate ?? No peopleThe picture were of the first disgusting mattress you sold and deliveredThe second was simply wet and would have looked like the first in a matter of weeksI want these emails posted for ALL to see how disgusting you people areYou are disgusting peopleI laugh as I type this You wrote vengeance? I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10629541, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI would like to set up a time and date on when to make the exchange of merchandise

I purchased a bedroom set from the [redacted] location of American Freight and made my final payment on 05/25/I was assured my furniture would be in stock by 06/03/I rented a [redacted] to pick up my furniture, but when I arrived it was not in stockThe company promised that I would get free delivery of my furniture on 06/04/When I called to find out what time the delivery would be made, I was told that my furniture was in [redacted] It was then promised that my furniture would be delivered on 06/05/2017, but again, I never got my furnitureWhen I called to complain, I was promised that I would receive $back as compensation and that my furniture would arrive no later that today, Monday 06/12/Today I got a phone call from a delivery driver saying that he was in my area and would be by to deliver my furnitureHe never showed up and when I attempted to call him, he did not answerWhen I called the American Freight store to let them know, they also were unable
Consumer called Revdex.com and stated that she has scheduled two appointments for the business to pick up the furniture but they did not show up either timeShe would like the store to call her and set up a time

American Freight has spoke to [redacted] about her dressers that are not opening and closing properlyWe explained to her that we will be out before noon tomorrow to fix or replace the damaged kennedy piecesThis was the first available time for [redacted] to meet us at the apartmentWe will be following up with [redacted] tomorrow after the delivery to make sure everything is in good working order
Claim has been approved and we will be replacing this customer
