American Freight receives their furniture from the manufacturer packaged and sealed and when purchased is made customer receives in the same packaging.  American Freight also sprays all their stores for bugs and rodents.   This customer has had this furniture for 7...

months, too much time has elapsed and furniture has been exposed to all elements.  American Freight is happy to give a 10% discount if this customer wishes to replace.

The product in my house is broken and is not over a year old. The product is 6 months old and American Freight was made aware of the issue immediately upon arrival of the furniture in February 2016. It is not my fault that a broken couch was delivered and for 6 months I have been trying to get the right product sent to me. A replacement couch is NOT sitting in the store. I was told I could exchange the damaged product that I received for a different product of the same value. I don't want a different product and I was told the product that I paid for is no longer manufactured or available. If the couch I paid for is no longer available, I should receive a refund. Pictures have already been sent to the business not once, but twice. This is unacceptable.

Here it is Friday afternoon 2/26/16 at 5:04 pm and I've not heard or seen anyone to replace my damaged piece to my table, I was told someone would be here between 3-5 and nothing yet...Really and I spent out all this money and still not satisfied, what kind of company does business like this...
