Bed was paid to be assembled but was completely in correctly put together..been giving the run arounds for months and they tried to send a guy out at 930pm I wasnt home..he came the next day but didnt have the pieces that were missing and they havent helped me and has been very rude I spent cash..I shouldnt be treated this way

On March 17, 2015 I purchased $714.38 worth of furniture from this company. I payed for 2 sets of twin mattresses, 2 sets bed railings, and 1 dresser chest. At the time of purchase, they were advertising a 15 month layaway, even though my things were paid in full.....I asked that it stayed there until I moved in my new place. At the time of purchase Applicant Information was received such as: name, phone number, and address, so I did have an address on file, which was the last address I was living at. About 2 or 3 months later I started to receive phone calls from men asking where was I and they were trying to deliver my furniture. I've called them several times and I also stopped by a couple of times to make sure my things were still there.....each and every time I was told "Yes". Well that I've finally got things together in my life and was ready to pick my things up on June 10, I called and was told that my things were ok to pick up. I bought furniture on 2/26/ Once it was delivered and opened, I noticed a few small tears in it already, it is very cheaply made I looked on my paper work to see what the return policy is, and it says that a receipt is needed for a return and refund I called the store and they told me that all says are final and that my items can not be returned I explained that It doesn't say that on their website , nor on my paper work He told me that there is a sign behind the desk, which I did not see I haven't even had this furniture for hours, I have the full receipt and according to their website and my paper work, I should be able to return this and recieve a full refund

This customer placed a claim with the manufacturer and it was a approved for a replacement which was not in stock though an order had been place for it When the order came in on the truck this sectional was not there Immediately another order had been placed and today 8/3/ it has come into stock We very much apologize for the inconvenience of this back order Please advise customer this furniture is now in!

Purchased an $Simmons mattress in 8/Why is it already having a butt indentation in February? I talked to the mgr by the name of Zack in 3/and he told me to send him picsI did thatSo when I call back in 4/they give me the round about and tell me that John is the mgr now and why can't management give me an email that Simmons denied the credit? If you go to their website and type into the search engine queen size mattress scroll down to the ones that say at this time they were $69 POSTURE PLUS 4.0 QUEEN MATTRESS there's a picture there that looks like a regular real mattress but when I went into the store to find this fabulous mattress and box springs for $69 each piece I find a mattress that looks like it belongs on a cot not in my bedroom. It's faults advertisement plan and simple. Of course if they put a picture of the real cot mattress on their website no one would come in and buy anything. Thank you for your time. I appreciate it. I really can't see with things like this how they could have an A+ from the BBB.

We were able to find a photo of the person who used the credit in the [redacted] location and it was not Ms [redacted] She has been taken care of She came into [redacted] yesterday and we gave her a mattress set at no charge We apologize for any inconvenience

I purchased a bed frame and bed from American freight When I purchased the bed and frame the sales person said I had a life time warranty and if I ever needed to replace my bed I can always have it replacedWe were son on a king size bad and a frame With in the first year the frame broke and I called multiple times to get a new frame never received a call back and I ended up staying with out a bed frame Now I’ve been having issues with my mattress sinking in and I called last year and spoke with mike about taking a ticket claim on my mattress He informed me to send in pictures measuring the dips in my mattress and he will forward the claim to the mattress company I sent in pictures and waited approximately weeks for a callFinally called and spoke with another associate and he informed me my claim wasn’t sent in to call back I called again and spoke with mike who put me on hold, I was left on hold for over minutes and I called back and was told by another employee t

My name is [redacted] .I wanted to share with you what happened on today.so the manager at the American freight store did contact me & begin questioning about why I contacted you all & I gave information,& that he has done nothing but tried to help me.I told him that I did the right thing contacting you'll to mediate & help resolve this matter,& I ended the call...5/mins.later he called back and stated he spoke with his regional manager & their gonna cough it up & take do lost, so if I wanna come in & pick out any living room set at the same value as the I purchased,then they would swap it out "(Just this time)".!!!!So I said I will come in and take a look but I'm not 100% saying I accept the offer...so I took off work, & I went there I look around for about 30mins then Gabriel",the manager came up & we spoke briefly about the matter because he mainly was focused on that..but I then saw 2/living room sets,that I was willing to choose from if I accepted their offer.then we spoke about it & I again inquired about the warranty...so I narrowed it down to 1,& this set is priced at $798,which is a $difference ,in what I paid for..& their is an 3rd item also optional to go with the set .it's an ottoman which they priced it at $250,..so I ask him what the total would be for the 2piece set only & we went over to the service counter & he done his figures & said I would have to pay $107.??,so I said OK I'm gonna think about it & between this evening & tomorrow I will have my decision.I also ask him again are u sure this is set is (Brand New),& again he said yes he has 8/of men in stock.& I said what type of warranty those it has??? He said 1yr in-store manufacturing warranty on the (Frame) only.so I told him I will get back with him he explained I could bring my furniture or pay for delivery & they will bring the (New Set)&Take the (Old Set),so I said I will let u know by tomorrow for sure...so I left & as traveling I went to other furniture stores towards the Chicago area,that sells very nice name brand quality furniture ,at very reasonable prices.outta both stores I found in this very same (Brand Name), that American freight had,& their price was for $-2PC./with the option of add the 3rd PC.for $165.=$750,so I compared the 2different store prices & found that this other store had a way better deal,for all 3pcs.so he even agreed to knock off $of the final price & it will be $715,out the door..only if I was paying cash....so without speaking on American freight & given any names I just told him another story had it price much higher for both the 2PC./& 3ed PC.so,he said he will put his final price to me in writing only if I not show it to another store,in comparison & I agreed & gave him my word & he did do so.therefore I told him I would get back with him ,so this evening I contacted the American freight store asking for Gabriel & I explained to him I found the same item priced better & much lower both 2PC/&3PC.,& as I have my word I didn't give the name of the location or business ,but I did share the actual pricing & final sale price with the amount knock off..then he said he could only match it if I brought in proof,& or the paper..I then told him I had given my word that I would give their company name out for this very purpose he is wanting it for....to look them up & see.so I told him that the other manager who previously work there said & did the same thing & when I did go get the proof,he then wouldn't honor it & said oh that's there store & this is ours we set our prices,&they set theirs to their liking...so I told him just like the warranty issues they screwed me around I'm not doing it & I know their word is not guaranteed......!!!! On April 3, In June the couch started coming apart at the seams and they have yet to replace it On April 3, I went in and bought a couch for $and matching ottoman for $108, also purchased the Guardian Value Plan for $ In June the couch started coming apart at the seams, so I called and they gave me the number for the Guardian Value Plan, when called they said since it was less than a year, I had to deal with American Freight So I called the Manager, Jacob He told me he would order a new couch and it should be in the store in about days I waited weeks and called back, he then stated that I would just be getting new covers, which I agreed to as long as they match the rest of the couch Well, here it is November and I still don't have any covers I call at least once a week, I have posted a review on Facebook, I have called the corporate office and left several messages I have emailed the corporate office and no response I am at a loss of what else to do

I purchased mattress and boxspring, I called because of the dent forming, I was told I had warranty, to submit email with pictures Why in the world would I pursue something if I was not told to I did not even call about warranty I wanted to know if there was a way to fix, since it was still a fairly new mattress Whom ever is answering does not get I am not asking for something for nothing, I was told the warranty was still good I did not know that This is why it is best not to buy in places where the price sounds good, even though we paid over $for them Again, if I was not told there was warranty I would have NEVER submitted emails nor pictures
