This is a horrible company to work with we went in we didn't want to buy one of their mattresses that were on the floor we ordered one and they kept telling us after we paid for it that it was on the truck coming in they held our money hostage for three weeks and tried to sell us a different mattress on our first callwe didn't want to entertain that idea so they kept saying it was on next week's truck next week's truck do not go in there if you think you're gonna walk out with anything other than the broken down stuff they have on the floor

I paid off my recliner and went to store to pick it up and they didn't have it in stockThey told me I had to wait to wks, they attach a paper to your lay-away, after you give them your money and you are locked in they have no description of there lay away policy any where so you can see what they do, they take your money and then staple the policy to your receiptI am calling the Attorney Genoffice to report this

we bought a mattress set and got the product home and it didn't work with our sons bedI looked online that night to see their return policyit stated that if we returned the complete set in original packaging we would get a refundI called to verify with the store manager the next morning because the receipt had two different things listedhe claimed I did not see that listed on the website and I told him exactly where it was listedit was under frequently asked questions under returns/refundsI then proceeded to read him word for word what it stated on the websitehe then told me that what it meant to say was that only lay away items can be returnedI continued to argue and tell him that because the website did not say what he was telling me that I want my money backI was getting no where and ended the phone call frustrated and not happy with how the manager handled my situationwe will NEVER be purchasing anything from this company again

I purchased worth of furniture and paid cash at the Brooklyn Ohio store My salesman was Ozzie Not one time did Ozzie tell me there is a so called set up fee When the guys delivered my furniture, they said they were only delivering the furniture not putting it together The told me there was a 30.00/hr charge to do that I told them I was never told about the set up charge The delivery guy advised me to call the manager Tim at the store I called Tim and he promptly gave me to Ozzie I argued back and forth with Ozzie over the fact that I was not told of the fee to set up the furniture He basically was calling me a liar!
