In September of 2015, I experienced an issue with my sofa where one of the pieces sprung out of place and is now out of place, threatening to rip a hole in my sofaI contacted the American Freight location where I purchased the sofa and I spoke to the manager at the time by the name of Bruce M***I explained the situation and he walked me through the process of initiating a warranty claimI submitted photos of the issue on 9/8/and on 9/13/15, I was advised that the claim has been sent in and the process take about weeks
In late November, I had not heard anything from the company, so I reached out and spoke to MrW***, who is currently the new manager at the Norcross locationI was advised that my claim was not properly handled prior to the previous manager's departure and that I would need to re-initiate the claimI re-submitted my claim on 11/27/and I was advised of a day turnaround at that time by MrW***

I purchased items from this store, first Item was a sectional in which I purchased in 2016, I also purchased an extended warranty in which I was told needed to be paid in cash, I went ahead and paidI started to have issues with the couch and I called in to let them know I paid for the warranty and my warranty was listed under my phone number but there was no sign of my warranty at allSo I had to take that lossI went back and purchased beds one wooden bunk bed set and another wooden single twin size bedThis was either July or August of I paid extra for delivery and was told we had a year warranty on all woodNow the delivery people did not get to my house until 10pm and did not finish until after midnight They seemed to be putting everything together with no problem I came in and examined the furniture with my husband and the wood was missing, the slacks were not screwed in and the bed was wobbling to the touch the ladder was also loose and it could only be used

I bought over five thousand dollars in furniture from the tampa flstorewe bought a place in old fort tn .well thry have a store in chattanooga tnthat would delivery our furniture to us so they didbut after they left and we went through our stuff as we were putting it up we didnt have our recliner or a headboard to one of the twin bedswell we call the florida store and told them about itwell after they finally got back to us they said that the chattanooga store had sold it well they said it got damagedso we call the chattanooga store when we were there last year and they told us to come pick out another recliner so we did so we told the manager that we would be back this year so he said to call a week ahead of timeso we called last night and they said that the manager wasnt there anymore and they couldnt find us in ther systemthey have been us the run around for a year trying to get the rest of our furniture we are fed up and want something done

on 11/02/i purchased a bedroom set and the hardware to the bedroom set was not available so I went to the store and they made an order of the
hardware..it was hardware handles so in days I got the hardware in the mail but it was handles instead of so I went to the store and they said they would order more and I noticed they did not get on the computer to order more like the first time I was there
until this day my bedroom set is missing handles and im not getting any response from them or the handles
please help get these handles

I have a mattress of poor quality I purchased from American Freight The mattress has developed a severe dip in the middle which I believe to be covered under the American Freight warrant When I called to resolve the issue they instructed I take pictures to show the wear I sent pictures but got no response for weeks I called to inquire American Freight requested more pictures I sent those pictures in on Oct and confirmed they were received I have since called and emailed multiple times but no one will respond to my claim (deny or accept)

I ordered a sofa and love seat back in FebruaryOnce delivered I discovered it started ripping at the seamsI called and the Store Manager stated that since I was within my days, they could replace itThe first replacement had staples coming out of the back of the love seat and a rip on the sofaI called immediately and was promised a replacement and they would call when it came itThird replacement came with only a love seat with staples coming out of the back but no sofaI called and left several messages but did not get a response until I said I was going to write a review on the Revdex.com website I was promised only 1/of what I paid if I kept the furniture or replacement for the 4th time because they said I had "used" it for monthsFunny because the months was from my waiting to get them to ship and deliver my replacementsI will never, ever buy from them again and will steer everyone I know to stay awayThis was a sad state of affairs for meThe whole experience lasted until June 30, :(

We purchased a living room suit in November which included couch love seat coffee table and end stands paid 1,for it the cushions on the couch went flat within months so much we were feeling the board under us I called the store let them know they had me email pictures which I did they told me it was under their warranty but they had to contact the company who manufactured it I have kept in contact with them weekly they keep telling me the company has not given the ok yet they assure me that they will replace it but still after weeks I still have this broken down couch we sit on love seat i'm afraid doing this the love seat will look like crap before the couch is replaced

I went to the store on the February 26th and purchased some furniture the was suppose to deliver my furniture on March 4th I never received a call about my furniture I called up to the store later that day and Pat one of the CSR informed me that my merchandise was had been damaged and I had to wait a whole days to receive my furnitureI went to the store on the 6th do get a refund and Melvin that was the manager did my refundI have received my $back on my card but every time I call them about my $corporate check the keep giving me the run around like they don't know where my money is I'm becoming very impatient with this companyI just want my check so I can cut ties with them

I purchased a dresser on March 24th it was delivered to my house that same day damaged I contacted them the next day with pictures showing of the damage they did not have a replacement dresser I waited months no contact from them even though I called them every week found out that they do have another dresser in stock and have had for weeks and I still have not had my dresser replaced I have been told that they only replace and deliver on Sundays I work every Sunday they have not made any contact with me at all

On Wednesday August 10, I went to American Freight to look at and possible purchase mattresses for me and my family When I got there this gentleman JoQuin just started talking and truthfully I kept making him repeat himself but he was talking in circles he showed us 3-different mattresses I wasn't sure what we were getting and he kept changing what he was saying Needless to say no one told me that "All sales were final"! The next day when they brought the merchandise it was not what I had expected the queen mattress which is advertised on their website was not what was shown on the website it is a 3" foam mattress with material I got right on the phone and call to speak to the store manager Nate and spoke to a really rude employee and I had to call several times before speaking to Nate and then Nate gave me the run around tell me he would call me and never did I had to call him again several times before getting him on the phone to talk Finally I asked to speak to the R

I received my furniture from this store with a missing black chair which was placed in their layaway however when I went back to find what happen to my chair I was told by the store manger a man came in cancelled the chair(I signed the contract), no one called me to tell me of the change The manger Thomas then went on to say the chair had been discontinued (again no call ) to inform so I could find another chair or get a refundthe manger said as first the chair was not on my contracts however I still had my original contract which shows different information from contract redone 11-8-2016.I will never purchase anything from them again and will advise everyone "Buyer Aware"

We visited the store on Sunday 6-3-at approx1pmOur mission was to try to locate a ottoman that came close to matching existing furnitureAs we walked through the area there were two smaller ottomans sitting beside a post and clearly marked $99.00each, tags were attachedThe salesperson came over and we advise him we might want one of those but wanted to look at the rest of the itemsWhen we went to the counter to purchase the $ottoman, the salesperson started keying in stuff and then oh its priced wrong, the price tags are attached to the ottomansHe then says that the correct price is $198.00, he said that was a old sign from a sale awhile ago, this is nothing but a bait and switch operation

On May 14, I purchased a sofa at American Freight in ***, **My salesperson was JakeThe store only had the loveseat in stock but Jake said he could order the sofa size for me and have it delivered to their ***, ** store where I could pick it upThis was a perfect solution since I live in ***.Jake said it would take a maximum of weeks to arrive and the *** store would contact me when it arrivedI agreed and paid for the sofa in fullI waited weeks and never heard from anyoneI called the *** store and they said I was not even in their systemI called the *** store and spoke with JamesHe checked and said a sofa "similar to the one" I ordered was delivered to their ***, ** storeI told him *** and *** were hours away from me on the opposite side of the stateJames told me the ONLY solution available to me was to drive to *** and pick it up thereI asked why it could not be redirected to ***
