I purchased the Peoria living room set and recliner from their Huntington WV storeThey got the item in stock within the weeks as promisedThey even held it for me until the remodeling of my family room was completeWhen I went to pick it up they helped load it in the back of the truckThe furniture made it to the loading dock in excellent condition and the quality is great ! Cannot beat American Freight for quality furniture at a great price !!
I bought close to $3,worth of furniture from this store and it has been a NIGHTMARE! I set delivery up about a month before my move in date, I got a call from the store manager (Craig, one of the biggest is I've ever met.) the day of delivery and he told me they have to reschedule my delivery for later in the day, that's fine
I get another call to tell me he won't deliver my furniture because he can't find a piece and won't deliver unless it's the full orderI went as far as switching the bedroom set to another color just so I can have my furniture as now I'm in an empty houseHe tells me ok, 2hrs later, he calls me for a 3rd time to tell me he won't deliver again because he can't find that piece nowIt's somewhere in the store, but be doesn't know where, he doesn't know when he'll find it, maybe 6-weeks when a new order comes in6-WEEKS?!

Before purchasing I was told I could have my items delivered for "no extra" but I would have to wait a week or two for the items to come into the store, as they only had the floor model of my couch, and did not have the recliner I was told 2-weeks and my items would be in-store After paying I was asked if I would like to have the items delivered or if I would pick them up, I said delivered and the same associate who had said "no extra" informed me that they use a contractor company who charges $to charge to my home zip code I argued that she had promised "no extra" and she said "well, yeah, no extra from US." She refused to refund my money, pointing at a point on the receipt which stated ALL SALES ARE FINAL

My husband and I purchased a whole living room setRecliner, loveseat, two end tables, and coffee tableIt was made clear at the time of purchase that we needed the furniture before the new yearWe even we so far as to offer to pay full price for the display couches and were denied because, “they could sell of those couches before they even get them restocked.” Well we decide to order the couches when we were assured that they would be delivered in two weeksWe call after two weeks and we were told that it was running behind and that we would have it bythe 1st for sureNOW I just called the day after Christmas as I need to have the couches by the new year and the manager says that the date of delivery is now moving even further again!, to January 15thI expect when I spend $with a store that they can atleast own up to there side of the contract of saleI would never come here again after I cancel my order
I placed an order for new furniture over a month agoIn between me placing my order and yesterday, I called times to see when I should expect my furniture The response was always the same: 'Your furniture is not in yet.? Growing frustrated with that reply, I decided to take a trip to the store yesterday to see what was going on The initial employee told me that he was unauthorized to look up customer's orders; that is typically a manager's job He told me he could call a manager and call me later This answer was completely unacceptable as I have been getting runaround responses this entire time I needed to know something about my furniture ASAP He reluctantly called a manager who was able to assist me From speaking with the manager, I was informed that no one fulfilled my order to have my furniture delivered to me! My fiancee' and I ordered a sectional on 11/28/ We paid in full and at the time were told the location was out of stock, but a truck would be arriving in roughly weeks After a month went by, I called the store and was told there was no truck and they had no idea when it would be arriving, and that they would call when it eventually showed up I called customer service and spoke with their customer service VP and she assured me that it was just the slow season and that they should know something in roughly more weeks She was actually very nice and offered to compensate us for our patience It has now been over weeks and I spoke with both the store and the VP again only to once again be told that they have no clue when one would be arriving and was offered an upgrade to a different sectional if we found one we liked that was actually in stock in their store We didn't We just want our sectional that we were promised would have been here by now Not a substitute

I received my couch and one of the leg anchors was broken, there is a tear in the favric from where the delivery guys tore it and the main seat spring is brokenI called them right away and it took them two months to get me a new couchWhen they came to deliver it it was the wrong color After that I informed them I was moving soon and instead of delivering to a second story apartment I told them I would be okay if they would want to wait until I moved into a one story houseAfter I moved I called and they said my couch is discontinued and I could have one similar, it was less expensive the the one I have and they never actually sent me the email to look at itWhen I called back again they told me my couch issues were resolved so I asked them why I still have a broken couch They then wanted me all by myself to take pictures of the damage and I expressed to them I couldn’t lift up the couch on my ownThen insisted they couldn’t proceed with out pictures of the broken couch after
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.....you get charged triple for crappy furnitureThey don’t tell you all the hidden feesThis place will rob you dry while you think you have good furniture, it falls apartNeedless to say I’ve asked them to come and get the furniture and they refused to come and get itI’d rather sleep on the floor than to keep paying for this crap!!!! I would recommend this store to anyoneGo to Ashley’s Furniture, or better yet shop on Walmart.com for furniture, I’m pretty sure it’s better than this crap!!!!
