I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted all of those partiesIt is apparent that Amazon does not consider me a valued customerMy account was compromisedI do not have access to the accountI will be contacting my lawyerI highly recommend Amazon call me directly as I have asked them to do for two monthsI'd rather not go through the courts and sue Amazon for liable and identity theftBut if that is my last resort then I willPlease call me discuss and resolve this matterI have already emailed all email addresses you have provided and received no response.

I also understand that you sell many products and cannot be an expert on any one particular productHowever, we who are fighting the battle against the Japanese Beetle lose many entire crops to themIt is extremely important to us to find the most effective productIf I can find the higher concentration, I will buy itI just don't feel that showing the 0.37% product is anything but false advertisingMy reputation was put on the line by letting other growers know that I had found the higher concentration which turned out not to be true
